Questo è un delizioso condominio fronte mare, pronto ad accogliere due famiglie o 9-10 persone. Il balcone ha una bellissima vista panoramica che si affaccia su una spiaggia privata. L'arredamento del patio comprende un comodo divano, 2 tavoli con 4 sedie e 2 poltrone reclinabili. Le 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni aggiungono al vostro comfort. La colorata camera da letto a castello può ospitare 5 persone collegate ad un bagno della hall. Le splendide camere da letto degli ospiti principali hanno bagni interni. Ogni camera è dotata di TV e ventilatore. Il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale hanno nuovi televisori da 68 pollici e la camera degli ospiti ha una grande TV da 58 pollici.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile aggiornati. Il Wet bar ha una macchina Margarita. Lavanderia ha una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice LG.

This is such a gorgeous home and was absolutely perfect! The condo was ultra clean (and I am very picky on clean), had great amount of space for our large family and had everything to meet our needs with ease. The property it's self is well-maintained and convenient. All our kids said this was the best trip ever!

Clean and roomy home as well as the property. Easy access to the beach and having private access is a plus. You can enjoy the beach without being on top of each other. Great location walkable to restaurants and entertainment. Definitely will book again. Thanks Pat for being a great host!!

We spent our annual family vacation at this location and it was spectacular! Beautiful views, great location, clean property with plenty of room for the entire family. Pat was extremely helpful before, during, and after our stay. Hope to stay again if we return to the area.

This place is on my top 10 list of best condos we’ve ever stayed at the beach! The view was AMAZING! The balcony was huge and the seating on the balcony was the best! The amount of space and the layout of the condo was perfect! Everything was so clean and well taken care of. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the pool and the condo grounds were beautiful! It was right in the heart of Gulf Shores, and so close to the best restaurants and shops. The owner, Pat, was the sweetest and easiest to work with. Everything was so easy to book. She answered all our questions that we had, and the communication was excellent! If we return to Gulf Shores we will be staying in this condo again!!

We stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend. It was our first trip to Gulf Shores and this unit in the San Carlos was the perfect location. We enjoyed morning coffee with a beautiful ocean view on the balcony and walked right onto the best part of the beach where our rented chairs/umbrellas were ready for us by 9am each day. We could walk to multiple restaurants and mini golf/shops/The Hangout. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions for us as well as a list of recommended activities and restaurants. The unit had plenty of space for the 5 of us, it could have fit double that. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and vacation here! The condo was beautiful and clean. The balcony had an amazing view of the beach! The resort itself was clean, safe, and well maintained! There were excursions available such as para sailing, jet skis, and banana boat rides right down on the beach close to the condo. Pat was fabulous to work with from booking to check out. She wanted to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything not long after we arrived. Any question we had, Pat would respond in a timely manner. This resort is located in close proximity to shopping and restaurants-most within walking distance. We will definitely book here again in the future! By far, one of the best places we have stayed in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach!! 🏖️

Our stay was amazing. Pat was super nice to work with. Was very clean at check in. And even ready a bit early. 10/10. The elevators were super fast and not crowded either.
Only downside is I wish there had been curtains in the living room. It got a bit bright on the mornings.

This location is perfect! We wanted to be close enough to be a part of the action surrounding us, but far enough away that we had peace and quiet too. The owner reached out to me within a few days of booking to make sure we each had all of the correct contact information just in case, which I have never had an owner do so that was a pleasant surprise! From the day of arrival to the day of departure, Pat was easily accessible for anything, no matter what it was we might have needed, and checked in to make sure the unit was cleaned properly and to our standards! The fact that the living room had enough seating for us all to be comfortable together was a renter’s dream! The balcony was just as comfortable with the zero gravity chairs and love seat with table! The kitchen had everything we could need for cooking, and the closets were stocked with extra blankets and pillows (which we always need). The day before we had to leave, there was a cancellation, and Pat made sure to let me know in case we wanted to extend our stay! Unfortunately, we all had to return to work the day after our checkout. We already plan to stay here again next year because our experience and our stay was so pleasant! We would recommend this unit to anyone looking!

We booked this trip last minute, just a weekend of relaxing before getting back to school routines. This was the easiest booking I have ever experienced. We stayed at this condo for just under a week to celebrate my daughter and her best friends 21st b-days. The condo was clean and the host was very kind and gracious and made sure everything was perfect. It was close to everything and the weather was perfect. We hope to go back again next year!

Pat’s condo is fabulous! It is spacious, airy, inviting and comfortable. We didn’t want for anything during our stay. Each morning I got up and drank coffee on that balcony like it was my job. Dolphin sightings, sunrises, sunsets, storms rolling in….the balcony was a perfect place to experience them all. Pat was a delight to work with. She’s incredibly accommodating and truly wants her guests to have a wonderful vacation. Don’t hesitate to book this gem.

We stayed here a year ago. Condo was as described. She has contacted us by phone, text and email no less than 50 times to leave a review. We understand it’s a business at the same time if you get swamped with please review messages it doesn’t make you want to give great reviews. I will say again the condo was good. But if you don’t review the stay you will get harassed weekly until you review it. Seems like a bad business model.

The condo is ideally located. Been coming to GS for 40 years and not much better location than this. San Carlos is much better than neighboring condo complexes, with faster, big elevators and ample parking. The condo itself was good. Love the 3rd bathroom.

Great Beach Vacation!
What a great way to spend time at the beach and surrounding attractions! Condo was clean and had all the needed amenities. Beach and pool are well run and maintained. Parking was convenient and unloading was pretty painless. We had 10 people staying and did not feel crowded. Attractions are within walking distance or short drive. Definitely recommend!

This property was fabulous- great location, extremely clean, wonderful condo! Definitely plan on using again. Surprised that parking in the condo lot was an additional cost- wish we would have had one included pass, but highly recommend.

We stayed as a family of 8, 6 adults and 2 toddlers. This unit was very spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony and view was amazing. The location was walkable to area shopping and restaurants. The property manager Pat was amazing and checked on us a few times throughout the week to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I highly recommend this unit. The property is well maintained and the beach is beautiful.

Perfect Property & Location
We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect being right on the beach. The condo had everything that we needed. I was concerned that I would have to take an elevator 12 floors. To my surprise, it was the fastest elevator I was ever on. The owner was in contact with us during our stay and did everything possible to ensure our stay was perfect. We will stay at this location next year. I highly recommend this property.

Incredible experience! Host is available and answers any questions immediately. Very clean, great location, and from booking the reservation to leaving the host was more than helpful and always pleasant. I plan to stay at the this property for multiple up coming events.

Couldn’t ask for better!
My biggest concern when traveling is always cleanliness, and this place was definitely up to my standards! The location was great! The 3 elevators were fast and in great condition. The pool and property was clean. The owner is very attentive and easy to contact, and she actually cares about the guests and the quality of their stay! We would definitely love to book with her again!
