There was a lot of general maintenance on the home needed to be done. Patch work from what appeared to be water damage in the living room, paint chipping, and missing light lenses in the kitchen. We found a dead cockroach in the downstairs bathroom when we checked in. The air conditioner stopped working on the second night. I thought the communication was going well with the owner until the AC stopped working. It was 78 upstairs when we woke up in the morning. The owner told me to give it some time to cool and of course it was check out day. Will not be renting again from here again. I don’t believe it’s an actual owner but a company based in Oregon.

Our entire family loved this home away from home. The kids fit right in they loved the spacious bedrooms, the pool and the privacy of it. Great location. Peaceful neighborhood. Would have loved to bbq but we prefer a charcoal pit.

San Antonio is a central location for our small family to gather for the holidays. This is the second time we've stayed at this lovely home. It is perfect for gathering. We love to sit on back porch and the backyard is lovely. Great experience. This home is perfect!

Comfortable home minutes from Sea World. Convenient gated community with a grocery store around the corner. Liked that there is one Master bedroom and then 2 bedrooms connected with a Jack and Jill bathroom. Kids bunk room very roomy with a full top and bottom bunk and an additional twin trundle. The only change I would make is to get newer pots, pans, silver ware, and measuring cups. There wasn’t any Tupperware. We were traveling by car so I had brought my own kitchen wares and food storage so not an issue for us, just something to be aware of. Plenty of seating and tvs throughout the house. Would recommend.

Great place to stay at. We were able to come to a quiet home, prepare dinner while the kids swam in the pool. In San Antonio for two days of Sea World and do the River Walk. Plenty of cooking utensils and towels. Would definitely use again!

The house was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Slept 7 adults and 2 babies comfortably. There was a grate missing from the pool, which was a little concerning and the thermostat kept changing itself to 77, which was way too hot. But overall, great experience

Floor in master bath water calcium marks
Master bathroom Tub and shower left hair and needs to be scrubbed clean
Other bathtubs look discolored due to soap scum, dirt or other debris. Suggestion to get the tubs deep cleaned and reglazed. Also all the calcium buildup everywhere indicates the need for an updated or treated home water softener filter to better handle the hard water deposits.
All toilets have a rings inside bowl

Chair in master bedroom needs to be cleaned

Grill needs to be replaced because it is burned all the way through and a hazard
Couch in downstairs living room needs to have upholstery replaced because it is ripped badly
Master bathroom, Jacuzzi tub was pushing out constant black debris and dirt even after 8 times of clearing it out and cloroxing this tub and the Jets ….took me 2 hours to clean out

On the positive side, the house was in a decent, safe neighborhood. Also the property manager, Glenn, was very helpful and easy to get a hold of.
Other than that, when we checked in, the first thing we noticed was the cleaning crew did not do a very good job. We ended up washing all sheets, covers, and even comforters.
There was only one towel per person, so we had to constantly wash loads of towels. No hand towels for the kitchen sink, and only one dish towel. In the 2 weeks we stayed there, we probably did 20 loads of laundry. Thanks to Glenn for bringing us more laundry soap as there was only 3 pods there when we arrived.
Also not even a salt or pepper shaker.
In the main tv room, there was only seating for 5 people at most. We had to use kitchen chairs if we all were in the tv room at the same time as there were 7 of us. If you have a bigger group, good luck all being together.

We were pleased to arrived to this beautiful house and it was clean over all. The light in the kitchen were out on our last night there, i didnt call the property manager because we went to sleep early so not need it anyways, and we found 2 cockroaches outside the first floor bathroom, one is walk away and the other one was just walked up the wall and dropped to the floor and half death. It was around 930AM and we were ready to check out. I hope the cleaning people will see them. Over all we enjoys the place because its so convenient for seaworld vacation and close to other stores. Thank you

Our family had a great time in San Antonio. This place is a great location to everything we went to. A bit confusing check in. I will say, you need dish cloths, (there were none), dish towels (only 1 there). Your frying pans need replacing. Also, extra blankets would have been helpful. The bottom bunk(trundle) when we pulled it out, it had Crayons, tissues, and trash on it. No sheets. I am done with my finds. It is a very beautiful place,

My family and I had a wonderful stay. It was myself, my wife, two kids, and our parents. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids had books and toys to play with which you usually don’t find at places. They also had a high chair and play pin if you needed one. My kids really enjoyed the bedtime stories to read and the Australia Monopoly. The house was extremely clean with all the basics you needed including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and dish washing soap. One of the biggest things for the family was how many TV’s they had so everyone can watch what they wanted at night as we were winding down for the night. Also, the management company had great communication with us about everything and got back to us extremely quick when we had any questions. When we are in San Antonio again we will see if this house is available to stay.

This home is ideally located near SeaWorld San Antonio and an easy drive to the downtown SA riverwalk and historical sites. I stayed here with my daughter & son-in-law and 4 teenage granddaughters for 10 days and had a great time. The house was spotlessly clean, and check-in was simple. Our property manager, Paul, was very responsive to the few questions we had. Our only issue was that the automatic pool cleaning equipment was not working. We loved the beautiful landscaping but sadly the pool doesn't. We had to call for pool cleaning three times during our stay :(. I imagine this will be resolved soon but it was a disappointment as the pool was a major deciding factor in selecting our vacation home. Otherwise, we loved this wonderful home, the neighborhood, the security, the easy parking, and the professional cleaning and property manager. We would definitely rent again.

This was a great, convenient location and loved the house. I would suggest doing something different with the bathroom door in the 2nd Master. There is a pocket door to another bedroom that adds to a little lack of privacy.

Great communication
This home was just the size we needed for a recent family funeral. The pool was enjoyed, the home had enough living areas to break things up and a comfy one to bring us all together. With plenty of bathrooms for us all to get ready. The bunk beds weren't really comfortable for an adult though. The landscaping was in need of an update and we had some wasp problems but the owner or manager of the home called to talk with me personally when I contacted him. He was extremely nice, helpful and basically bent over backwards for us. He totally understood our grief as he too was dealing with a family funeral. It meant a lot to have someone so understanding. I won't say we had fun in the home because of the reason we were there but it was worked perfectly for our family stay. It really is a nice large home. The jetted tub helped ease some of my aches and pains, I thoroughly enjoyed that tub. Neighborhood is quiet, while out front the neighbors walking were extremely friendly. Not sure we'll use the house again because we probably won't be back to San Antonio but if we do, we'll sure consider it or any Vacasa home, they truly were just great! Thanks so much for the personal care you gave us!

House was very nice, lots of room, pool was very nice kids and grandkids really enjoyed themselves. Extra seating area on the enclosed patio was great good for adult late night talks while kids are inside. Lots of restrooms that was a plus for the ladies, only down size was the shower head in the master bedroom needs to be changed.

Great home for families
We stayed for 6 days and everything was amazing. The home is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Including cooking essentials, bedding and bath essentials. The pool is nice and having the enclosed patio really helps. Host was quick to respond for assistance and made our stay fantastic. Close to everything, especially seaworld.

A Good Place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was minutes to Sea World, which was our main destination. The beds were comfortable. The inside was very clean and comfortable. Check-in went off without a hitch. It is a huge house. We were only three people. I can imagine a much bigger group having plenty of room to spread out. The house does need a little TLC. There were several ceiling lights out. The fans on the porch didn't work, neither did the pool light. The outside trash cans were full when we arrived. The pool had lots of debris in the bottom when we arrived, but storms had blown through the area, so that was understandable. It took a couple of days for them to come and clean the pool and mow, but it got done. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay. Great location and the complaints are small ones and easily fixed.

Great weekend stay!
We loved having the screened patio, and the pool would’ve been great if we were here in the right season. It was also great having kid toys, a pack and play, and highchair already at the house since we traveled with a toddler. Very family friendly!

Nice Getaway
Overall the house was decent. It could use a deep cleaning. It has a nice layout and feels modern and the pool was nice. Location is about 8 mins from food or the store so quite close to everything. On the downside, we had bad experience as we were locked out of the house twice. Once we had to climb through an unlocked window. The manager responded but was convinced the doorknob was just sticking. Not the case. Anyway, the smoke detectors chirped all week. The house alarm batteries were low so that chirped all week. The stereo, speakers, TV, cable, etc took awhile to figure out as there were no instructions and the cable boxes were not connected, nor was the cable service; however we soon discovered some streaming services worked in the smart tv’s so that was a relief. But we lost some time there. The house is not well stocked at all. The kitchen has basically nothing except some ancient pans that were really a last resort for us. Worst kitchen stocked of any house we have ever rented. But again, if you prepare for these things then you will be very satisfied. I would stay here again.
