Benvenuti nel nostro piccolo paradiso in Florida!
Vieni e goditi alcuni giorni magici nel nostro Barra Villa Resort, che è rinomato per la sua atmosfera sofisticata e giocosa. Il resort è composto da 8 appartamenti e monolocali incantevoli con una grande piscina centrale e cortili che offrono l'opportunità di rilassarsi, incontrare persone e organizzare un barbecue (gas non incluso).
Fortunatamente noi che abbiamo trovato e comprato questa casa carina!
La casa II è composta da 3 unità: "Appartamento Pelican", "Appartamento Flamingo" e "Studio Turtle".
Ogni alloggio ha il proprio ingresso e un bagno privato, cucina e zona giorno / notte. Se richiesto, siamo in grado di collegare l'appartamento Flamingo e lo Studio Turtle a un grande appartamento che offre spazio per un massimo di 5 adulti.
L'area esterna comune offre una griglia a gas e molte diverse possibilità di posti a sedere.
Se ci fai sapere in anticipo, è anche possibile affittare l'intera Villa Barra II o l'intero Resort.

Rimarrete incantati dall'atmosfera da spiaggia del nostro appartamento Flamingo.
L'appartamento ti accoglie con varie tonalità di blu e ti farà sentire come se fossi su una spiaggia calda e soleggiata. La cucina ben attrezzata con tavolo da pranzo ha anche una TV a schermo piatto e un divano letto che è una possibilità di dormire appropriata per una terza persona, se necessario.
L'armadio nella camera da letto piena di luce offre abbastanza spazio per i vestiti delle vacanze e per i ricordi delle vacanze appena acquistati.
Dalla camera da letto, che è dotata di un letto queen-size, si ha accesso al bagno con doccia che è completamente rinnovato e separato da una porta scorrevole. Asciugamani e lenzuola fanno parte dell'attrezzatura dell'appartamento Flamingo per scontato.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and just wanted a comfortable bed, a cold drink and a quiet evening after a long hot day at the fields. The Flamingo was exactly that. Small but clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured. Very close to Publix and restaurants and not far from the fields. It was just enough.

I was contacted with all of the information I needed to check in very quickly. This is a great and safe neighborhood with a Publix near by. There is also a cute little breakfast and lunch cafe that has really good food and prices. It takes about 30-40 minutes to the beach from here. There is enough towels and kitchen supplies for two people. Bath towels and hand towels are provided but bring your own beach towels. A fresh sponge and dish detergent is provided to clean dishes. There is an electric stove and pots and pans for cooking. Only one ice try in the freezer. Cute little kitchen table and great maritime decoration theme. Because of the weather, we didn’t get to try out the pool.
Couple things could be improved:
In order to get in and out of the house you need a key located in a combination box by the front door. It was a little tricky and outdated. A newer combination lock door with a code would have been better so there is no key to keep track of. The window air conditioner was loud and didn’t cool very well. Only one TV in the kitchen and very small. It was very difficult carrying luggage and trying to keep the screen porch open. A door with a way to keep it open would be good and less likely to tear it up. My biggest suggestion is inside locks. Two females traveling, I would have felt much better with a way to lock the doors from the inside on the front door and the connecting door. Keys are easy to duplicate and this addition would make your guests feel safer.

Very clean. Heated pool was great! The area is a great place for walking. You can walk to stores, restaurants, breweries, and more.

Enjoyed our time immensely. The size of our unit worked nicely for us. The location was prefect and within walking distance of almost everything we needed and enjoyed. Fort Myers is a fun place.

The unit was simple, but just what I needed as I was by myself in Ft. Myers to play in a baseball tournament. A bathroom, comfy bed, refrigerator, table, and TV were enough to make my stay a pleasant one.

We were very pleased with the location. Walkable to downtown and very close to Publix, but street was quiet with very little traffic. Pool was also a great feature— quite large with nice lounge chairs. Bed was also very comfortable.

Nice and clean. Had all we needed. Enjoyed the screened in front porch. The pool area was available but we didn’t take advantage of this. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Me & my partner enjoyed our stay . Coming home to this listing was a dream . We were able to come back cook , do our laundry , and relax . We really appreciated the accommodations.

Everything was exactly as described! The apartment was clean and move in ready. I was unpacked and ready to relax within an hour. The interior was set up for ease of use and had everything needed except for food - of which I was aware. Shopping for anything was nearby. The outdoor pool is beautiful - very clean and also ready to use. The owner, Marco, stopped by to make sure I had everything I needed. He is so sweet and I could tell speaking with him that the place was set up with TLC - Tender Loving Care!! The available laundry room completed the perfect experience as I was able quickly prepare for my next trip ... but sadly because I was going to be leaving this wonderful place.
This was the perfect choice to begin relaxing and enjoying my new life as a full time retiree!
I look forward to returning next year!

The water early Feb is a little cold but 2nd half it warmed up nicely. The provided notebook gave us good, useful advice on local attractions. Will look at staying again next year.

The unit was very clean and cute. We felt the pool area was a little run down and didn't feel comfortable using the back deck since we couldn't access from our unit. The location was good. Lots of nice restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay. Could use a new fry pan and a spatula. Other than that, it had everything we needed

Charming: Reminiscent of B&B
Wonderful stay! caution for those who may have physical challenges. Tell Marcus (the wonderful and efficient property manager) "hello" when you stay!
The property itself is a charming unit reminiscent of a bed & breakfast but without the time table of someone else's kitchen. Fix meals in the cozy little kitchen. Nicely appointed and clean. It is only a half mile to wonderful downtown restaurants -- walkable. Beaches are only a few minutes to 1/2 hour drive away. Sanibel/Captiva visits a must when you stay here.
My husband and I would have loved this 2 years ago. BUT a caution to elderly and those with some physical challenges.
My husband recently was diagnosed with Parkinson's and had trouble with the lock box because of tremors. The entry way stairs (only 4 of them) are typical of old homes and steep, uneven and narrow. The pool is wonderful, but without a rail to get in and out, he was unable to use it. So in spite of the wonderful things I could say, this place could present some challenges to those with mobility challenges.
In all, I would recommend this place for the able, but it did present challenges to a 70+ year old couple with health issues.

Cozy stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Apt Flamingo! It was decorated nicely and very clean. The shared pool was perfect! Although there were other guests staying in the other apartments, we didn’t run in to any of them! The location was great as well-walking distance to a brewery and a grocery store. I wish it were closer to the beach but the drive wasn’t too bad. We will definitely be returning to Ft Myers and will be checking out another place from this company again!

Clean, Quaint and Great Location
Booked five rooms for a family getaway and had an amazing time! Rentals were perfect and allowed us to all stay together yet have separate space. The pool was heated and AWESOME! We even were able to BBQ twice. I would definitely recommend Barra Villa Resort.
