A simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os funcionários em atender às necessidades dos clientes. O sossego do local que é ideal para descansar e relaxar.

Não é uma crítica, até porque conversámos sobre isso com um funcionário do Hotel. Pela estrutura do edifício, alguns quartos podem ter um pouco mais de humidade. Não se sente durante a estadia, mas percebe-se nos cortinados e na casa-de-banho a existência dessa humidade. Foi-nos dito que já está a ser tratado.

Atendimento, espaço confortável . Fui a trabalho e o alojamento atendeu minhas necessidades .

The location is really nice and the property is very clean. Confortable room and breakfast in the morning was really good.

It's a worthless hotel. They are well organised fraud. The room which they showed while i booked in booking. Com is different from the room which they provided me. lodge manager is very rude. Complete room is mould and heavy bleach smell. No toilet accessories, etc .I paid 975€ for 5 days. They mentioned it is a 4-star hotel in booking. Com .But it s not a star hotel. It's a local lodge. I stayed less than 12 hrs, and they took 600€. They refunded me only 390€ back to me.I am going to raise a formal police complaint to lisbon police. Please don't get cheated by a picture posted on their website and booking.com because it's completely different. It's a under rated hotel. I won't recommend this hotel .
