The focus of details
There are over 30 led lights that are blinking in the night from all kinds of devices. Its like a silent fiasco!

The apartment was very clean, which is number one priority when I am looking for a place to stay. The owner very polite, perfect location and plenty of space for parking the car. Definitely I would choose it again!

The apartment was very clean and well furnished with a nice balcony. It was also possible to use the washing machine on the roof.

The facilities were exceptional. There was coffee machine, a microwave oven and other electrical appliances that helped us organize our trip better. Not to mention that, the whole room was really cozy to enjoy even on rainy days.

Very clean house, excellently equipped, very kind and responsive owner, large shower/bathroom, excellent location to explore the city and easy to park in the neighborhood.
The internet connection did not work properly (too many disconnections) so keep this in mind if you depend on it.
We chose it because of the soundproofing, but you can hear some noises at night.
Last, a bigger TV set would be a really great improvement.

The location is excellent - very quiet street in the centre of the city. There’s a great supermarket 2 minutes’ walk away - a huge plus. Every convenience is provided in the studio - it’s a good size with a lovely balcony. I loved the peace and quiet - a great place to rest and relax. A good range of toiletries is also provided and everything is very tasteful with real consideration for guests. Mr Andreas was an excellent host. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you.

It looks very recently remodeled. Very clean. Very comfortable. The view from the balcony wasn't great, but not bad either. The staff were great, very helpful but not intrusive at all.
It would be perfect if it had a private parking space, but it was easy to park on the street right next to it.

Charming one-bedroom apartment with one bathroom recently refurbished to a modern contemporary style, located within easy walking distance to the city centre. Useful local amenities around the area. Would definitely choose it again.

Room is very clean and comfi. Everything you’ll need during your stay is there. Lovely shower and specious balcony. 10 min walk from Kalamáta center, supermarket on the corner. Owner Andreas is very kind.
