Incredibile grazioso appartamento con piscina situato a 10 passi dalla sabbia della più bella spiaggia urbana di Puerto Rico (Kite-surf e Paddle-surf). Situato a Condado, la spiaggia di Ocean Park a San Juan, un quartiere vivace (e il più sicuro) (abbiamo 2 guardie di fronte all'appartamento). A pochi passi da una varietà di ristoranti locali (in via Loiza) e alla moda (zona Condado) e 10 minuti in taxi dall'aeroporto e dalla Vecchia San Juan.

Lovely unit DIRECTLY adjacent to a gorgeous public beach just steps away. The rooftop pool is great, as are the views. Easy walk/uber into Condando. Quiet neighborhood on a one-way street. Unit is clean and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Did I mention the location?!

Views of the ocean from your rooftop pool with quick beach access in a very secure location. Walking distance to quaint cafes and boutiques and a quick hop to Old San Juan. A definite yes to this fabulous oasis.

This was a great place for me and my friends to stay in during our trip to Puerto Rico! We had a group of 8 which was definitely crowded in the space but we expected that going in and it was not a problem. The rooftop, pool, and proximity to the beach made up for it. Ana was very helpful and communicative whenever we needed anything.

We stayed here in June with a group of 6 adult friends. The location was even better than we expected, literal steps away from a beach entrance at one of the most popular spots. Also the pool is amazing, with a great view and nice depth variation where you can hang out and play games all day. Even though it was shared we had zero issues splitting time with the other group, it felt private. The only thing I would say is that 6 people is probably the most I would want in this condo with the extra person fee and sleeping accommodations. Finally I have to add that communication from the host was flawless, which was especially nice since we weren’t familiar with PR. She also went above and beyond to return some forgotten belongings to us. All around 5 stars and would stay again.

This place was incredible. Great location, safe neighborhood. Plenty within walking distance as well as easy uber rides to the airport, Old San Juan, bar hopping areas, and other beaches. We slept 7 which was cozy but perfect for a close group of friends!

Very clean updated unit with amazing ocean views from the balconies and pools just across the street from the beach! The hostess and cleaning staff were quite helpful. This property was a great bargain.

I would love to leave a negative review so this place is always available, but I just can't. It is well situated in a neighborhood not far from great restaurants. The beach is across the street and very easy to access. We enjoyed the terrace and roof top area. It is very comfortable and a lovely property!

Million dollar views
We had such a lovely time here. The rooftop pool was amazing for my 6 year old. I thought the waves and rip tides were bad in this area so I was surprised to have perfect size waves and no under currents. Watching the kite surfers was an added bonus. Isabelle adopt me as your daughter! 😆 The restaurants near the area are delicious and if you want to stay home lots of choices for food on Doordash. Thank you for everything ❤️.

Had a great stay perfect location
Perfect living- beach and pool. The roof top pool was so nice. You can hear the waves crashing. The beach was so close and quiet. We sat under the palm trees when we needed some shade. The ocean was beautiful. Lots of great walkable restaurants, bakeries, convenience and drug stores. Inexpensive Ubers to Old San Juan, casinos, T-Mobile District and airport. Ana was so quick to respond and replace a minor appliance. Washer and dryer were very convenience and efficient. The apt had everything you would need. Well maybe one suggestion, a Brita. I really don’t like bottled water. We Felt safe, there was 24hr Private security on the block guarding 6 million dollar homes. Neighborhood People were friendly. I would definitely return!

Perfect getaway.
Extremely convenient location and a beautiful, clean, and safe place to stay. We loved our time here! Ana made the check in process go smoothly and provided a lot of suggestions for restaurants and activities near by. We were traveling with our toddler and it was perfect for us, and we were thinking how amazing it would be for a group trip with friends. Would definitely recommend!

The perfect vacation!
This was the best spot for our vacation to PR. Clean and spacious. We loved the pool area and deck. It’s a 2 min walk to the beach and in a great location to explore, not too far from the airport or Old San Juan. The property manager was easy to get in touch with. They provided beach towels and basic necessities. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location
First let me complement the hosts, they are so gracious and they want to make sure guests are comfortable and have a great stay. The apartment is beautiful, cozy and in a perfect location. My group was all female and we felt safe. Restaurants are close the beach across the street I mean just perfect. This place is in a 3rd floor so be prepared for stairs. To be honest it was perfect way to burn calories from all the yummy food.

Excellent location, excellent support
Excellent location, and a beautiful apartment. Ana was fantastic helping us navigate the check-in process and working out a few issues that came up. This is a no-brainer - stay here!
Also, Ana put us in contact with Sergio, who runs a business helping folks plan tours around the island. Sergio is GREAT - super easy to talk with and very honest. Do yourself a favor and just let Sergio make all the arrangements for you. Our trip with Sergio to the rainforest is something I know our kids will never forget (in a good way)!

Fun location in San Juan
Great location across the street from an active beach where you can try beach tennis, kite surfing, and volleyball. The unit is clean and has a lot of enjoyable outdoor space. Ana was extremely attentive and had recommendations for fun outings.

We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment is really well appointed and is so conveniently located. The beach was gorgeous, and there were lots of great restaurants within walking distance. It was perfect for our family and we definitely want to return. Thank you!

Wonderful place!
Our family rented one apartment and had family friends who rented the one below. It was wonderful to be able to share the pool with people we knew. The apartment was lovely - so bright and airy. The view from the terrace and the pool was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed watching the sunset from up there. The beach was just a few hundred feet away and there were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to take from the apartment. The distance to Calle Loiza and all the great restaurants there was a definite bonus. It's also a quick uber ride away from Old San Juan. Ana was incredibly helpful and quick to solve any issues we had. We would love to come back!

Great location
Great place! Clean, well thought out small details (soft linens, providing bath products, stocked kitchen accessories etc). 30 second walk to beach, 10-15 minutes to airport. It is in a residential area with lots of restaurants nearby, less touristy so if chill is your plan, this place is great however it’s only a 15 minute ride to Old San Juan. Isabel and Ana were very responsive to emails and phone calls.

Perfect location, all you need
This place had everything we needed, towels and beach towels, beach toys, chairs, you name it. The private pool was great.. although we had to share with a neighbor group who was a party of 8 just like us.. (16 people total). A few times we found ourselves a bit crowded on the rooftop but, it wasn’t terrible. We just rolled with the punches and would adjust the plan according to the amount of people in the rooftop pool area (shared space). The location was great, walking distance to all sorts of convenient spots like liquor, restaurants, bakery, etc. The grocery was only a 5 minute drive away. Place was clean. We enjoyed ourselves very much. I would totally rent this place again. Just a warning, you have to lug your stuff up and down quite a few flights of stairs which a super narrow. There’s no elevator. But it wasn’t a huge deal once settled in. Just something to note.

I’m waiting on a total refund please let me know what you can do , we have never been so deceived in our life we would’ve never ever chosen that if I would’ve seen the street the neighborhood apartment complex from outside and the view from the outdoor bedroom window totally misleading says it’s literally 10 feet from the beach maybe for a giant but if you were allowed to go to somebody’s backyard it would probably be more like 500 feet just to get to the neighbors front door to go through their house to get to the beach, This is the first time I was able to check my grandson away from the United States without a passport honors kept telling me how wonderful everything was there with no restrictions we couldn’t even get into the water the police came to see & you had to get out of the beach and water ,,, so so disappointing they also said we did not need to worry about Covid we could not even get through customs without a negative Covid test & on and on ,,, pictures I can’t tell you how to see them and the four flights of stairs narrow stairs we couldn’t do all that, very upsetting

Amazing host, beautiful home!
I was on my honeymoon and we arrived to a bouquet of roses and chocolates from Isabel with a beautiful message. The home is exactly like the pictures. Lovely views and very comfortable stay. Excellent communication with our host with plenty of recommendations of places and things to do. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Isabel!

Amazing Rooftop/ Beach front Find
Had a wonderful stay at "Sol"- it is exactly as described! The rooftop pool and patio were incredible as was the short stroll to the beach. Easy uber ride to old city, but the restaurants are right around the corner short walk away! Impeccably clean and well kept- The Property manager communicated with us easily and was really quick to respond with any questions we had. Will absolutely stay again when we return!

Excellent stay
My family and I (including a toddler) had a blast staying in this superb condo. Steps away from the beach and with easy access to a semi-private rooftop pool, this was a great way to spend the week in San Juan. The hosts were helpful and available, and even provided a crib for my son. I would come back here in the future.

The location can't be beat. Pool deck was nice and has a great view of the beach. Owner replied promptly and accommodated request to leave bags in unit after check out (before our flight).

Breeze with Ease
a 2BR/2BA Condo sleeps 6 comfortably. There's a private patio and a rooftop pool/BBQ patio, both overlooking other rooftops to the ocean. The crane working neighboring construction proved more a landmark to navigate the streets than an eyesore to the beachview.
This location had exceptional viewing, from our private balcony of all the surrounding fireworks on New Years Eve and all the appliances, fixtures and furnishings were in working order.
The tap water was drinkable and the kitchen well-equipped.
Minor nuisances common in rental properties, (remote batteries and a few ants) were promptly remedied. Even the slow to dry dryer was functional and serviced at least twice in our weeklong stay. Management was ON TOP OF IT!
There were ample pool towels and beach chairs, toys and accessories in working order.
