We liked how close the condo was to everything but also far enough from the strip that it wasn’t busy in the beach.

The elevator was broke and we had to walk 5 flights of stairs several times with 3 children. We also found a used CRACK PIPE with residue and other paraphernalia in our mattress. Staff told us multiple times that they would contact us and help dispose of the items. 6 hours of the run around and staying out of the room, we finally called police to dispose of the items. We had to contact upper management several times. We did get a very small refund for the issues. The lack of care, urgency, and support was horrendous.

Great location.

The condo had food still on the floor and was much smaller than the pictures made it seem. Beds were not comfortable and we had 8 people and there were only 4 towels for showers.

No property management on site. We had someone next ro us makeing loud noises and disturbing us continually 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed! I had to call the police myself because it was so loud the whole experience was frustrating and very disappointing.

We received a code in an email and it didn't work to unlock the door. We had to call and get a new code before we could get into our room.

The mattress was terrible and sagged in the middle. Bedroom electric outlets were worn out and plugs wouldn't stay plugged in.The top of the bathroom sink was always wet like may have a leak around the faucet. Oven had rust inside it.
