The property is great, located in a very quite place, surrounded with rice field. Room was large, same with a bathroom. The territory was green and beautiful, can’t stop thinking photos. Staff was amazing and careful. I like the teras as well, you can stay and breathe fresh air. Owner was great and very helpful.

The toilet could be more clean. And you can see the building is not new.

Very nice pool in the courtyard where one can have a some quiet relaxation time. Very friendly and helpful staff providing any service needed, from tips to scooter rental etc. Room was large with a separate kitchen. Nice bathroom. Rather big spacious desk for working. Location is great in terms of being close to the center of ubud, while away from all the noise.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt hier und haben nach der ersten von unseren 4 Nächten gleich noch um eine verlängert. Die Anlage und Zimmer sind sauber, der Wasserdruck sehr gut und das Wlan hat auch für einen 2,5 Stunden Videocall super funktioniert. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und mit Früchteteller wirklich ordentlich. Scrambled Egg war unser perfekter Start in den Tag. So lecker. Mit dem Roller 5 Minuten entfernt, findet ihr eines der unserer Meinung nach besten Warungs von Ubud. Das Angkringan Gori Golden River. Kleiner Tipp: Oropaks mitnehmen. Würde ich generell in Asien und auf Bali. Derzeit ist nebenan noch eine Baustelle, die aber nur morgens ein bisschen Lärm macht. Über den Tag ist dann Ruhe und morgens wenn man länger schlafen will,hört man mit Oropacks gar nichts ;) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich bis ins letzte Details genossen :)

Heel fijn en rustig verblijf. Leuke huisjes zo rondom het zwembad. Mooi onderhouden tuin. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en ze hebben een groot aanbod aan leuke activiteiten tegen een goede prijs

Het zou fijn zijn om een watertap neer te zetten, beschikbaar voor iedereen. Een extra haakje in de badkamer ook. Volgensmij was deze eerder wel aanwezig te zien aan de muur.

Breakfast was limited but tasty. The hotel inside looks great.

Poor soundproofing. Far from Ubud.

The staff was amazing! Very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Buda who was so kind and helped us with everything we needed. Moreother, he and staff speak english. Food was also tasty. We had several breakfast options: omlette, scrambled eggs (our top), fried eggs and banana pancakes, coffee/tea. The rooms were cleaned every day. The cottages are much more beautiful than on photos in Booking :) The view from breakfast area is also amazing!

Unfortunately the sound insulation is poor so we could hear everything from outside. But it’s understandable because cottages are close to each others.

We had the best stay at Buda Cottage. The location is perfect, in a calm area, out of Ubud's crazy traffic. The cottages are very nice and clean, the garden was beautiful and really well maintained, as well as the pool. The breakfast included is from far the best we had at a hotel in Bali ! Special thanks to the manager and whole staff who helped us rent a motorbike, do our laundry, get Balinese coffee and also accepted to keep our luggages while we were on a few days roadtrip to Munduk. The manager is absolutely amazing, honest and friendly, was waiting for us when we arrived (after 10pm) and who upgraded us when we reported that our AC was not working ! Absolutely recommend this place !

Buda is a very friendly host. The place is quite. Confortable and clean. Nice breakfast and swimming pool.

The owner made me feel quite uncomfortable because he was pressuring us to book our transportation through him all the time. He asked us where we had booked, the price, etc. for the transportation that we’ve already booked. So we feel constantly controlled.

Delicious breakfast (banana pancakes or eggs) beautifully presented everyday. Set in lovely garden and nice pool. Nice quiet location but need transport to get anywhere. Room is nice and clean. Friendly staff.

Very hard bed and weak AC

Good location, very quite and clean, close to ubud center. Staff is very nicec always keeping the place spot on. Buda is a top man very helpful.

Great host ! Lovely , great and helpfull . Kept rooms clean always , proper breakfast and has discount on for many places . I can only recommend him to everyone who wants to stay at Ubud

You will find the same issues with every single property where you go in Bali, no matter how much money you pay. Gekkos here and there but not often. If you go to Bali , get used to these creatures 🙏

Beautiful location, so friendly and lovely stuff, very nice and well maintained pool. Tasty breakfast options, clean room and not far away from the center of Ubud. The shared kitchen is also well maintained, clean and have everything you need for cooking your own meals. We had a great stay for 2 weeks here.

The room is small, not much space and also not a lot of privacy (close to the other rooms), but for us was ok for some days.

Everything was perfect, clean, good bed, great staff, beautiful garden and pool, fast wifi, good location if you have a bike.

The A/C was very weak

Love the pool and the gardens, so peaceful & no barking dogs or roosters. Good place to chill. Breakfast was better than most places we've been. Yes, it was clean.

The air-conditioner was the only downside, it wasn't really working properly.

Location was gorgeous, in the middle of rice fields and jungle near by, with monkeys. The staff was friendly and kind to us. Decent breakfast, 5 options with eggs and banana pancakes. The pool and outdoor area is well maintained and looks great. Clean spacious room. Good internet.

Because you are in middle of the nature there we're a lot of lizards that entered the room thorugh the roof, and if you are not accustomed to them, they are terrifying. The sink was clogged and old shower.

it was my favorite stay in Ubud by far hidden from the central crowds, very nice and beautiful little garden with a perfect pool, good breakfast and welcoming people working there, i was able to extend my stay and move to a better room without extra cost 🌱
