Location, breakfast

The room was not as in the picture... We have ordered quadruple room but instead of two beds there were two sofas... On top the double was not comfortable. Problems with hot water, it was only sufficient for one person to take a super quick shower at a time... On top there was a lot of unnecessary stuff in the room that took space (e.g statues etc)

Katerina is a very hospitable host, she is super helpful. Hotel was very clean and the location is amazing. Also, we really enjoyed the breakfast!! Thanks for everything.

This guesthouse has extremely friendly service and great rooms, both of which only add to the incredible location at the best of the fortress here. couldn’t reccomend it more

Location is perfect. Eka is a wonderfull owner who does its best to make you happy. Breakfast is abundant. There is an excellent restaurant just across the street.

I had a small room (for a small price) and it obviously brings some disadvantages : windows overlooks the corridor and not outside (meaning it's difficult to get fresh air), bathroom (though private) is outside the room and it gets noisy at 7:30am.

This is a lovely little guest house run by a lovely lady for whom nothing is too much trouble. Our room was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The location is right at the foot of the hill to the castle and close to a number of restaurants. All is quiet and peaceful. The Georgian breakfast is substantial.

Wifi, whilst fine in the communal area, is weak in the rooms.

That we couldn't stay longer... We only had a night in Akhaltsikhe but wished we could stay longer in this amazing guesthouse!

Small Family run Hotel at the foot of Rabati Castle. The location is very good, you can walk to the castle in under 5 minutes, Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. The owner is very nice, welcoming and made the whole stay feel like a family visit. Both dinner and breakfast were home made and tasted fantastic. Highly recommend staying there.

I didn't get the room that I booked. Smell not so good in room.

Very hearty welcome! Good breakfast with jam made from roses! On top of that the family set me off to my transport to Khulo, which otherwise would have been really difficult.

Everything was wonderful! The rooms were large and comfortable, the location was so close to the fortress, and the food was delicious. Best of all was the hostess. She was so nice and welcoming, making sure we had a great time and helping us with whatever we needed. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

Best location, just next to Rabati Fortress and only a few minutes walk from the city centre. Katharina is a lovely and caring host who also speaks sufficient English to be able to answer all questions. She provided a self cooked wonderful breakfast in the morning.

Ekaterina is the heart and soul of this basically perfect hotel. You can tell that it's her absolute priority to make your stay at pleasant as possible. The hotel is spotless clean and the breakfast so good and rich, a 4 star hotel couldn't compete! The location is perfect right below the castle and in walking distance to the bus terminal, supermarkets and restaurants. All in all, the price is very fair and I would come back any time again. Thank you for your hospitality!

I'm a fan of soft beds, so for me the bed was a little hard.

The breakfast was good! The location was excellent, next to historical beauty! The staff was the best, personable and warm! I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants a personal touch and be close to amazing historical sites.
