You need to be aware that the drive up to the apartment is quite steep and there are quite a few steps down to the road. Although the bus stops nearby.

We had a short stay, an overnight stay so regarding accommodation and hospitality, everything was excellent! The pictures do indeed correspond with the reality! Was a delight to watch the sunset, night lights, sunrise and during the day, 24/7 the view it's breathtaking!

I liked a lot that the apartment is very big, the view over the bay is great and it is also well equipped. The host is great, very reactive and supportive. It is also at 15 mins by Uber to the Old City.

In general, all was good. Maybe a thing that could be better is a washing machine for clothes, but it is not mandatory.

No coffee machine. Not enough cutlery/ glasses . Had to ask for extra towels. No washing machine.

- Owner/Host goes into your apartment when your away. I have a habit of locking everything in my bags every time I go out. Specially when there is no deposit box. I hope the hosts stops this as it's not allowed while people stay in the apartment, it's counted as break in and entering illegally, specially that it was not to clean or do a cleaning routine... - Very thin walls, you hear other guests next to you when outside and inside. - TV had no English channels or channels for tourists. - Cleaning was not done well or I sensed none almost at all. I felt sheets and bed covers having other people's smell on it. So cleaning process should be done more properly like at hotels regarding everything that should be washed at least at 60°C or actually 90°C like at hotels. Also I found spiders inside and a lot of spiders webs in ceiling and in corners. I noticed the cleaning process of next door apartment and it had all windows and doors wide open for 24hrs from one morning to the next, during this time there is no wonder how spiders and insects can go inside in the meantime. - Bed mattress needs to be changed, I didn't want to have a look at it as I didn't want to see how old it is, gave the feeling of the old mattress when you visit a family member which bed is and old bed since over 10-15 years ago. - Toilet was modern but they had located in the corner of the room so it was not usable in norm way. There was no way fitting hand between the wall and the toilet, so you have to sit sideways on the toilet which is quite uncomfortable. - Check-out is very absurdly early and no flexibility in it.

We received a very friendly welcome and felt immediately at home. The apartment is nice and cosy. Everything you need for a longer stay is there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 2 people. At the time of our stay, beginning of spring, we were very happy about the heating and warm bed covers. The view is spectacular and the walk down to the harbour easy to find. Although lots of steps and recommended to take Bus No 3 back up! The road leading to the apartment is steep and parking is free of charge.

it was my second time to stay here but different apartment! I loved it! every minute! the views are incredible! Host very kind. the apartment is super clean and well equipped. It’s about 12 min down the hill from bars and restaurants where you can take also the bus to old town, which takes about 10 min. It was always nice to be coming back from busy town to quiet place. 4”5 min walk to the right from the apartment you can watch incredible sunset. terrace is the top! During the hot evenings and warm nights I would just watch movie there on the sun-bed and enjoyed it all. If I ever come back again I would only stay here. Beautiful.

The little shop down the steps from the apartment is a rip off! lady charged me for wine €23 which I then saw in the shop for €5. I was disappointed. walk 10 min down the hill and you find bigger food shop.

I liked everything very much! It was clean. Just perfect. Very good view from the balcony.

Did not stay.

Booked the apartment as it advertised free parking. When doing the booking it asked how many cars I needed parking for, to which I replied 2. There was never any mention of this being a problem or of any extra charges. On arrival we parked our cars and were ready to move into the apartment when we were told there would be an extra charge of 30 euro to park overnight. We felt this was unreasonable and unfair, owner refused to negotiate even though the parking was not fully occupied. We left the property rather be extorted for an amount more than 50% the cost of the accommodation for a parking spot. Most unpleasant experience I have ever had on Booking.com

Perfect location in a quiet and nice area of Dubrovnik. Local bus will take you in 15 min to the old town. The view from the terrace was amazing. We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment and my friend even extend her stay there for 2 more nice because it was such an amazing place. We highly recommend to stay here.

1 -the location was 20min or so on the bus, and a very steep walk up a hill and 68 stairs (yes, I counted). A person with physical challenges would have a lot of trouble. 2 - the host was actually nice, but when I arrived at the time I messaged I would he was very short with me. He had no time and I was chasing him with questions to get basic information. It did not make my start there very comfortable. (However, the next day he was quite polite.)

the view is really amazing, you can see the whole city from the hill. (it's a bit far out of the city - 15 mins car ride, but the view totally made up for it).

it’s a bit far from the town (which is also why you can have such a view!) so make sure you have a car!
