the properties were well-suited for our group of 14. we were especially grateful to be able to cook and have our meals together - we crowded the group around the table each night for dinner!

3 houses all together, 2 connected, one across the driveway. Each house was similar, plenty of seating and a decently stocked kitchen. Parking is an issue. The spots are very tight and require excellent parking skills, we mostly parked on the street. All the houses have stairs, these are not the rentals for anyone with mobility issues but we were fine. Green house has nice upper and lower porches with walk outs. Location is good but view not so great. We had a great time all being together and this property allowed that...

The property is as pictured. We were all (15) surprised by the amount of steps in the homes and between the 3 homes. Maybe I missed that part of the description the amount of steps involved and that there are no bathrooms on the main floors of the two attached homes. There are quite a few steps to get to a bathroom (on the 2nd fl). Thankfully we were able to climb steps but for families with older members this would be good to know before hand. Other than that we had an enjoyable visit.

Very nice property but very loud with highway so close. We all had trouble sleeping.

Highly recommend for a big group

Booked this house for my sister's bachelorette group of 18 girls! Was the perfect size house for our accommodations and needs. Great location, walking distance to King St and would definitely recommend for large groups and/or bach parties! Overall great experience.

This was the perfect location for a large group of girls. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably as well as socialize within the houses. King street is super close and we were able to walk down to bars and restaurants. If you are planning a large party this is the place to be!

We were a group of 7 business professionals on a retreat so looking for group space yet privacy and separate bed/bathrooms. With the 3 separate houses the arrangements was a great fit for us.

Houses were very clean and well furnished! The group loved the privacy and loved the location! Parking was tight but once we were parked we walked or UBered to where we wanted to go!

We were very disappointed when we called and sent a message about the outdoor lights, only to NEVER receive a call back and an email back stating that there may not be outdoor lights on hand. We had NO ice maker and notified you of this with no response, which I find very unacceptable that you would not have the courtesy to respond, nor offer to bring us ice. In addition, we send you a message about the kitchen light bulb being out and lamp light bulbs being out, and the response was to check under the sink and in the kitchen closet, which I responded we did. Fortunately, another until had a kitchen light bulb, but they were also experiencing NO bulbs in lamps. The disappointing part of this is that you all did not even respond back to us about the lack of light bulbs or having an ice maker in the large house, so we had to uber to find ice. Needless to say, the group of 10 over 50+ years of age will not return to rent your property, nor will we recommend this as a place to stay. We had a great time with each other, despite the inconveniences and lack of response.

Great property for our large group! Location was perfect - east enough to get to what we wanted to do without being in the middle of everything. Plenty of space for our group of 17. Would definitely recommend!

3 houses provide great separate spaces but near enough to feel they are one property! Modern and clean! Very cute properties! Only down fall was very poor internet connection with our large group. Had trouble watching any TVs when we were all at home. With that said, we did have 12 teenagers all using the internet on the premises so I am sure that is why. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Our family (party of 16) met and stayed here and it was great! Parking is quite a challenge unless you have a small car. Very tight quarters. Also a lot of character, very unique set up.

Our family had a great time in this spot, perfect to have your own space or to all easily gather in a central location.

We were quite a big group... and had a great time in that conveniently located, clean and huge property. We happened to have a plumbing issue and the property manager reacted quickly. Excellent experience overall !

The President Street Trio was perfect for our group of 15 women visiting Charleston! We had plenty of space and felt that the set up and decor of the houses was perfect and adorable. We had a few issues with people (Uber drivers, food delivery, etc.) finding the property since it is down the gravel drive and away from the street, but really no big deal whatsoever. Mauri was absolutely fantastic, so quick to respond, really friendly, and went out of her way to share her recommendations with us to really enjoy the city of Charleston!

This property worked well for many reasons for our girls weekend. Location was ideal for close proximity to King Street. We also found some cute cafes and places to eat right around the corner that you're able to walk to. The units were all cleaned and stocked for the guests (with plenty of towels/TP, etc). By far the best part of this rental was Mauri (property manager). She was very quick to response to questions and checked-in via email to make sure our stay was comfortable. Her communication with me for this trip was above and beyond - thank you, thank you! Some other great perks were the balconies, master bathrooms and kitchen amenities. I highly recommend this as a stay for large groups.

This was perfect for our stay in Charleston. All the girls love the house and it accommodated our big group. One of the chairs was a little broken and one of the girls fell through but she was okay! Mauri was understanding of the siutation and very responsive to all questions.

Having three houses was wonderful for our family to spread out while still being close by. Three kitchens were VERY helpful to cook a Thanksgiving feast! Houses were well appointed and comfortable. Mauri was extremely accommodating! As others have mentioned, I definitely recommend bringing white noise machine if you are a light sleeper. The helipad for the hospital is pretty close by. We had one and never had any problems sleeping on the third floor. I am grateful to other reviewers for mentioning this as it was helpful! Location is great: 5-10 minutes to all Charleston has to offer; great banh mi spot out the back fence. Neighborhood felt safe to me. Parking is tight but we managed to get a 15 passenger van down the driveway and turned around (admittedly did take awhile, but do-able). Once you are down the driveway, there is ample parking. Overall a great experience, and we loved Charleston.

The three houses at President St. were exactly what we needed. They are located in the heart of downtown just a couple of minutes (Uber) away from everything. The surrounding neighborhood is hip and has some great neighborhood restaurants a couple walking minutes away. The proximity of the three houses was awesome. Our group of 15 slept comfortably in the separated spaces but also enjoyed spending time together in the largest house. They were all clean, updated, and nicely decorated. The only minor downfall is that the driveway is narrow as it is in between two houses. The parking is tight/ has height restrictions. However, it was nice that the listing warned us beforehand so that we could choose which vehicles to bring. The parking and driveway situation was nothing terrible compared to the other cities that we have visited and we didn't use our cars much so it was only inconvenient upon arriving at night. Overall, highly recommend this property for a large group!!

The property was well maintained and met our needs exactly how we planned. The challenge of the property is driveway access if you drive with a car. The driveway entry is very narrow with a fence that protrudes on one side and reliant on front tenants to park optimally on the other side. Once all the way back, it is a challenge unless you have a compact car to park and change directions to drive back out. It is noisy at times due to emergency vehicles/ medivacs to the hospital close by. Of importance, Mauri and VRBO team was great working with us on the property.

Pulling up to the address you feel like you have the wrong address. Looks like an alleyway to the unknown as you pull in. Very tight driveway and allocated parking spaces that are made for a very compact car or roller skate. Once inside all three units have been beautifully rehabbed and updated with modern fixtures. However the beds/linens are very uncomfortable and hardly luxurious. Being a block away from the projects and hospital makes for a lively loud walk to the corner store. Where if your not used to city life you would be nervous walking the streets. I really felt fooled at the proximity of this property to the ghetto and feel like we overpaid for what the area will be like in 10 years. At night we were woken up by the constant ambulance and service vehicles or the partiers next door. Which led to cranky children and husbands the following day. There are some high points as I said the interiors are nice and it was great to have a place for the whole family to hang out. Other than that our visitors all thought they were in the wrong place and had trouble pulling in the toght drive. I would absolutely do more research before booking any VRBO in the future.

Our group loved staying at this property for a weekend in Charleston. The houses were very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. Mauri was easy to work with. We were able to walk or take a quick Uber to all the sites downtown and the beach. Would definitely book again for a large group trip.
