Private Home in the Middle of Dallas/Ft. Worth
A pochi minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale di DFW e idealmente situato nel mezzo della metropoli di DFW. La casa si trova vicino all'Irving Arts Centre, a negozi, ristoranti, campi da golf tra cui il Four Seasons e molto altro. Ti piacerà il mio posto per l'atmosfera, gli spazi esterni e l'arredamento. La casa è adatta a coppie, avventurieri solitari, viaggiatori d'affari, famiglie con bambini e amici / animali domestici pelosi.

La casa è arretrata rispetto alla strada e ha tonnellate di aree ombreggiate dai nostri alberi maturi che fiancheggiano la proprietà. Il cortile è spazioso e privato.
Ci sono più fermate di autobus a meno di un isolato dalla casa. La stazione della metropolitana leggera Dart più vicina si trova a North Lake College, a circa 3 km di distanza. Inoltre, sono disponibili taxi, Uber / Lyft e altre opzioni di condivisione corsa.

Not worth the cost! Not even close! We read the reviews and saw a couple ones saying outside needed some TLC. That is an understatement! The front gate is hard to open. There are no stairs/steps to get to the front porch. There was dog poo in the back yard that had been there for a long time! Fence needs repaired. The inside: wasn't clean to start with! Couldn't use the oven because it had burnt food on trays and bottom of oven! There is a grill outside but it hadn't been cleaned either. There was trash under bed in guest bedroom (water bottle and candy wrappers), trash on floor in master bedroom, bed in master had long, black hairs on sheets, long black hairs in front of bathtub and around the toilet in master; and the best was pubic hairs in master bath, plus food in kitchen sink. Due to the master tub being dirty, we had to share 1 shower for 3 adults! We asked for a refund of the cleaning fee and they only agreed to refund half of the fee. When I notified them of the grill and oven and then additional trash under the bed, they gave us the full $150 refund for the cleaning fee. I offered to email pictures of all the issues we found but no reply....I also asked for a partial refund to cover not being able to cook meals etc. But no reply. The only positive thing about this duplex is that even though it is on a busy street, it was quiet. I would keep looking for a place to stay in Dallas.

Honestly the outside could use a little TLC, but it didn't affect our stay at all. Inside is tidy and comfortable. 7-11 across the street one way and Braum's the other which was convenient since we didn't have a car !

No dresser in 2nd bedroom.
Loved the rooster calls in the morning. True Texas experience.
House is a duplex on a very busy street. Going at night was not smart hard time finding the house.

Very nice place in a safe and quiet area. The owner and property manager were very polite and were very great when working with us and answering any questions we had.

Great value. Close to DFW and State Fairgrounds. Quiet area, considering it's the Metroplex and I'm a country girl!! But overall, a great place. Super clean. Nicely furnished. Well supplied. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Fur-Family Friendly
My husband and I and our 3 dogs enjoyed our stay in this lovely home tremendously. The proximity of this property to Dallas is excellent - far enough, but not far at all. The home offered all is the amenities you might need. I didn’t cook, but I think everything I might have needed was there. The convenience of parking in the garage and entering that way was wonderful.
Things we particularly appreciated include a nicely fenced, large back yard, well tended. Also, all of the entrances to the home were secured within the fence/gate - that was very nice and felt very secure. Nice deck and seating area off of the living room. I would especially like to thank these owners for trusting me as a paying short-term renter enough to leave rolls of paper towels and bathroom tissue in your home. I’ve rented vacation properties where not even salt and pepper was left in the home and I find that incredibly offensive. Thank you again.
Don’t pass up this rental! The neighbors in the duplex were very kind and quiet. They are the only neighbors. This home has it all - clean, nicely appointed, comfortable bed and great yard - all in a wonderful location!

We loved our time in this vacation rental. Clean, beautifully appointed home with a private, fenced in backyard with grill and outdoor seating. Comfortable beds and plenty of room throughout.

This property is immaculately cleaned, relaxing out on the patio & incredibly spacious even more than what pics show! Pet food was even provided with various sizes of bowls! There was no additional “basic need” products or amenities required! After our 1st night-we wanted to extend as long term stay! Highly recommended

Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, great water pressure ... we had everything we needed for our 5 days in the area and could literally role down the hill to our family. Our only problem, our first morning there the coffee pot died, but Adam quickly remedied this and had a new one delivered that day and our next three mornings were great. Would stay again, thanks Adam.

Had a good time in Texas. House was centrally located to the area we visited. Well laid out and easy access.

Fort Worth short stay
This property was clean, quiet and perfect for our brief stay. Adam is cordial and quick with responses. The yard was a welcome site to our dogs after a long day of traveling.
Thank you Adam for allowing us to stay with our dogs. We would definitely return to this house if and when we visit the area again.

Great Stay!
The house was perfect for the group of us We were in town for a conference in Irving. It was very convenient and easy to get around town. I will stay here next time I attend the conference.

A Must Stay!!
Renting this property was seamless and Adam responds quickly and is kind. This was one of the best home rentals we have ever stayed at(and we have rented quite a few)! Well decorated and stocked with all the things you need. We were completely comfortable and didn't want to leave. So many good restaurants around as well and he has a nice private backyard, perfect for families or pets! Would definitely recommend renting this place. Money well spent!
