Staff at the reception is very friendly. We checked-in very late, they let us go sleep without going through all the standard rocedures. In addition, we came back to the hotel late every night, and the key was ready waiting for us at the reception.

There is space under the balcony door,allowing musquitos to enter the room (we had more bites than we had in Mombasa). They should hang musquito nets. The kitchen is not prepared for breakfast, unless there was buffet (because of a group bookingl, ordering breakfast took over 30 minutes.

The kindness of the staff was overwhelming, they support you at all times. We had dinner and it was just fantastic the same as the breakfast the day after. It is a good option if you are looking a Hotel in the west side of the city.

There was a leakage in the shower, small detail that is all.

The breakfast was excellent, with many dishes. The service was rather slow because each item was brought out individually rather than on a tray. I'm sure that improvement would be appreciated by both guests and staff! The outside pool was very good and on 2 afternoons we were the only people there, which was lovely. It was good to have a spacious balcony with table and chairs, although the view was not as described on booking.com information. Still pleasant. The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The bedroom was excellent, with a very comfortable bed.

The shower room needs refurbishment. The TV only showed football! The restaurant service is slow. The wifi did not always work.
