Sve osim ono sto smo naveli u poglavlju "sta nam se nije svidelo"... A posebno dorucak je vrh!
Zato sto u mini baru nije bilo nijednog pića ili grickalica, a prodavnice ili marketi su daleko od hotela.
Isto tako, chek-out je prerano u 10:00 sati, poželjno bi bilo makar u 11:00...

EV wallboxes sind nicht funktionsfähig! Sehr enttäuschend da wir mit eigenes E-Auto angekommen und könnte es nicht aufladen! Das hat uns viel Zeit und Stress gekostet! Also E Auto sollte das Hotel definitiv vermeiden! Wir haben dieses Hotel nur auf diesen Grund ausgewählt und war umsonst. Ser schade...

Good price-performance, near the city center (Bascarsi) and has an underground parking lot. Also has 3 charging points for electric vehicles. However, be warned that none of these e-wallboxes work!
The hotel and amenities were good. However I was extremely disappointed that the electric vehicle charging points are not working which caused us a lot stress and discomfort. I was actually asked move the vehicle back and fort between the 2 underground parking lots and 3 charging points and eventually none worked. At one charge point there were even trash and litter, which made a very strange impression. I am actually very disappointed with the experience and therefore wouldn't even consider this one if you have an electric vehicle!

Great location. Close to the old town but a little bit distant that you're away from city noise and traffic. The staff were very professional and would attend to any question and request. The building itself is new and the rooms are clean and spacious. Parking is provided on site if required. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, compliments to the chef!
My one and only complaint is that the common walls between rooms are a bit thin and could hear our neighbouring rooms TV all night.

The hotel is in a quiet part of the city but even centrally located. Approximately 15-20 minutes walk from the city center. The hotel is located on a hillside but easy to approach and there is plenty of parking plots. The building itself is new and clean. Our room had a balcony overviewing parts of the city. The breakfast was versatile and complete. The staff was very helpful and active.

We didn’t get what we booked. It says there is balcony, microwave and kettle. There wasn’t anything of that. We asked at the reception, why it’s like that, and could they provide what we ordered? They said, no, it’s impossible.
And also they mentioned that hotel just lists that they have balconies, but in reality they have just few for suite rooms. Very disappointed. Cause if I would know that they’re lying I would choose different and cheaper place to stay.

Hotel is new, very clean, staff apsolutely frendly and profesional. This is new hotel and you get small apartment with kitchen. The toilet is big with walk in shower, very spaceous.Breakfast is also good.Centar (old town) is 15 min walk by the river. Across the river there is good shoping centar with restorants and supermarket visible from the hotel. You can leave the car in the hotel parking (under, very good and spaceus) and walk arround town.There is cable car to the nearest mountain (Trebevic - 7 min ride - 20 euro return) with beautiful view of the town and old bob slide from the olympic games in Sarajevo.

In the Downtown, really nice and bright rooms with all amenities you need. They decorate the hotel walls with amazing drawings.

Apartment is really nice and comfortable. New, modern, very well equipped, underground garage.
Location also very good, near shopping centar and apox 10-15min easy walking to Baščaršija.
Breakfast was delicious.
Stuff is very nice and warm and welcoming.
Our second time in this hotel and definitely will come back.
