Bella 1 camera da letto, 1 condominio bagno completo direttamente sulla famosa passerella sulla spiaggia di Hollywood in un edificio più piccolo, elegante ed esclusivo.
C'è un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto principale, (anche un divano letto queen size nel soggiorno e due letti pieghevoli: due letti singoli e uno piccolo).
Il parcheggio assegnato è incluso: UN SOLO posto di parcheggio: un'auto berlina o una piccola auto non dispiace abbastanza spazio per un camion grande. Un parcheggio per gli ospiti aggiuntivo lo troverai a un isolato dall'edificio - Parcheggio in città - ti fanno pagare una tassa.
Una splendida piscina all'aperto si affaccia sull'oceano. 2 ° piano.
L'appartamento si trova al 6 ° piano. Non adatto a persone con disabilità fisiche o che non possono salire le scale. C'è un ascensore ma in caso di uragani o qualsiasi problema con l'ascensore dovrai prendere le scale.

If you only care about the view this rental is a 10. If you are an experienced vacationer who is going to get your oceanfront view where ever you rent and also expect excellent interior of your rental you will be disappointed. Calling this condo beautiful and upscale is just not true.

If you are looking for a really nice place, that is right on the ocean, look no further! You have a nice balcony with a table and 2 chairs that you can sit out and enjoy morning coffee, or listen to those ocean breezes. You can also watch the people walking down the broadwalk. There are so many shops and restaurants on the broadwalk, that you don't even need to drive anywhere. There is everything you need in the condo. A fully stocked kitchen with plates, glasses and bakeware. A bedroom with a comfy bed, a bathroom with a really roomy shower. Two couches in the living room! You can eat dinner at the dining room table and look out on the ocean, as you do. The host was amazing in getting back to answer any questions you may have. It was also quiet, no noise from neighbors, just the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. When I visit Hollywood Beach, this is the place I want to come back to.

Amazing location and overall great accommodations. Very spacious and everything we needed for a wonderful beach stay! Can’t beat Hollywood Beach!!!! We did have an issue on our last day with the air conditioner but the technician was fixing it at our departure!

The location of this property can’t be beat if you want to be right on great beach with a boardwalk 2.5 miles long and lots to do.
As busy as it is on the “Broadwalk”, we always felt safe while out and also felt safe while in the building.
It is an older building but had everything we needed and everything worked as it should.
If we go back to Hollywood Beach we would book again.

This place was an absolute gem! The location was perfect, offering easy access to the area and stunning sunrises in the morning. Safety was a top priority, and I felt secure throughout my stay. The property manager was incredibly accommodating, assisting with parking, providing information on local sites, and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I can't wait to return for another visit!

Fantastic Hollywood Broadwalk ocean/beachfront location steps from the action. Nice heated pool we enjoyed. Nice building. Nice unit. Great communication from the owner. Had a great stay. Will definitely stay again. Recommend.

Lovely place overlooking the ocean. Just steps to beach from 1st floor. Place was clean. We had everything we needed. We were able to watch the Candy Cane parade from the balconey at night.
I know several reviews mentioned that the apt needed some "work" but it was just aesthetics. Did not really effect our stay. We were more into the cleanliness and no smell ( which is hard to do in a damp environment). Quiet most of the time. Occ hear people on boardwalk. Loved being oceanfront. Hard to find an affordable ocean front room. 😁

We had a great stay at this condo. Provided everything we needed for a quick getaway on the beach and so quiet except for the sound of the ocean. We will stay again!

Great value for the boardwalk location & beautiful oceanfront views. Condo is very quiet & the pool was oceanfront on the second level just a few steps down to the boardwalk gate. La Playa condo complex is secure with cameras all over. Laundry room was clean $1.75 per wash & drying. Condo unit is somewhat dated but is stocked with everything you will need. Walmart grocery or Publix is 1.7 miles away. Owner is very quick to respond of any needs.

The condo is in a great location, none better. The place is comfortable. It is a little dated and could use some upgrading. Like the wifi, it was very bad, it needs upgrading for sure. RUKO tv only in bedroom not living room. But over all it was very good, I would stay there again no problem at all. with upgraded wifi the place would be 10 out of 10

Location/view was great. Coffee on the balcony/sunrise great. Back window could see sunset and intercoastal and could see the Hard Rock Cafe Guitar lit up at night. Host was awesome. Will definitely return here. Condo had everything we needed for a great vacation.

You don't have your own balcony, you share a walkway with next door neighbors. Parking lot is not on the premises, it is one block away. The inside is dated, need some upgrades. Overall the location and ocean view are the best.

Lourdes was very helpful getting us extra key, only 1 came with the condo, and a beach chair and umbrella. Property is lacking, such as: only 1 wine glass, baking sheets very used, and only 4 forks, for the most part the condo was clean and worth the price

The property was very clean. Perfect place for my wife and I. Close to the beach and all the activities the area had available. Check in process was smooth.

We really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely stay again. Sunrise view from the balcony on the quieter end of the beach. We were able to walk to many dining options and entertainment, including the water taxi into Fort Lauderdale. The host is super friendly and responsive. Slight issue with the AC and she was on top of it the minute we got there to rectify. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and really enjoyed ourselves. The condo is on the beach and Broadwalk making it easy to walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The unit is very clean but needs some updating. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a GREAT stay. Location is ideal about 15' from the airport and great place if you don't rent a car. Our host was very cordial and responsive! The condo was nice and comfortable and had everything that we needed. An added bonus chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Right on the broadwalk, steps from the beach. See the sunrise every morning from your balcony!!!!! Walk north or south and there are resturants and shops. We walked about 2.5 miles (easy walk) to a Publix for some groceries. Enjoyed evening special at Why Not, dinner at Grumpy Gary's, among happy hour specials at various places. We hope to return.

Can’t imagine a better vacation spot - oceanfront and right on the broadwalk. Beautiful private pool facing the beach. Condo has shared balcony but we had it to ourselves every day. Safe, clean and quiet building with laundry facilities on first floor. Can rent beach chairs and pedal vehicles next door; many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Lourdes was a very accommodating host. Highly recommended!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The view and location are perfect. The unit is clean and the kitchen is well stocked for preparing your own meals.

Located directly on the boardwalk. Although the balcony is not a private balcony. The view is great and I sat out there every morning and evening! Very simple oceanfront property. Very reasonable price. Will stay at this location again! Thank you so much.
