Eeerrr.... nothing to like about the hotel. Only that there are a few eating places near the hotel.

Rooms are small. Staff couldnt speak english. Bath towels are not automatically provided - . I had to ask and then collect them myself, but towels provided are stained and torn. Limited parking places.

Basic, functional and clean hotel. Stayed in the Korean room for 4. No room service throughout the 5 days stay but there is daily supply of fresh towel and water.

No cleaning of room for the 5 night stay.

A note of appreciation to front desk officer Mr Park Jun Chul who was very helpful in spite of his limited English. There were many things which I liked about Hotel Winstory (1) the washing machine inside the room, (2) the convenient location of the hotel which was walkable to Seogwipo Olle Market about 10 to 15 mins walk away, (3) Many buses at the Lifelong Learning Center bus stop along the road behind Hotel Winstory, (4) Nearby food street about 5 minutes walk away, (5) Jeju Olle Tourist Info Centre opposite the hotel about 3 minutes walk away, (4) Olle Trail 7 which was just down the road. However, do note that while Olle Trail 7 is scenic along the coast - there is no way out of the Oedolgae coastal walk and you will need to complete that stretch for about 1 hour and 30 minutes before it gets back to the road.

- One of the staff is very helpful. He could speak English. His name is Park Jun Chul. Very helpful 👍 - Need a little time to orientate around the place. Rather hilly so if you have old folks with you may want to re-consider. - Many restaurants around the area.

Might be the location walking to bus stations. Need a little bit of time to navigate around and finding bus stations.

The no face-to-face service was good, they sent fresh towel and water each day. We also liked that the room has washing machine, kettle and microwave in the room. Room was also clean and well designed.

Had a washing machine in room

Asked for room to be cleaned and front desk agreed but when returning we found it was not cleaned. Air con is very loud and will make it difficult to sleep. Bathroom is very old and was not cleaned when we first arrived. They will only drop off small hand towels for use in shower. Overall should be classed as a motel and would suggest you avoid. We should have booked at Heyy or other accommodation.

The hotel is in a good area. The room was clean. The washing machine in the room is very useful. There is a convenience near the hotel.

I wish the staff were able to speak a little bit more English or that the instructions they give us on a paper has more information on it (for example about the cleaning of the room which was on the 4th day). My Korean is not very good yet so it was a little bit difficult to understand each other at the arrival but it was fine. We didn't dare to ask too many questions at the lobby.

Great location!! Staffs were helpful and kind. Value for the money. Rooms were clean and ideal room size.

Atleast few changes in buffet breakfast menu every alternative days.
