Full Remodel! Sparkling Clean! Patio & Grill!!!
Sii uno dei primi ospiti a prenotare qui! Completamente rimodellato per le borchie la scorsa estate! Nuovi piani cucina, armadi, pavimenti in legno, nuovo bagno scintillante, 2 camere da letto, nuova lavanderia, patio, barbecue e fontana con elmi torreggianti, pioppi e pioppi! Colibrì e fringuelli lo adorano e anche tu! Se prenotato, controlla le nostre altre proprietà al numero 883663 e una casetta al numero 889880!
Il letto Master Serta è solido e alto con cuscini privi di allergeni, federe per cuscini e lenzuola in cotone. Divani in pelle nel soggiorno e due sedie a dondolo aggiungono comfort per guardare la TV o leggere. C'è internet ad alta velocità e WiFi. I controsoffitti splendidi sono in cucina ei nuovi mobili in pino sono pieni di articoli da forno e articoli da portata. Abbiamo l'aria condizionata per i tempi in cui l'aria di montagna non è sufficiente.
Se la Casita è prenotata, visita le nostre altre due proprietà: un cottage scintillante # 88663 e un'autentica capanna con 1 camera da letto - # 889880.
Gli animali domestici sono ammessi solo con permesso dal proprietario.
Gli uccelli e la fauna selvatica visitano regolarmente la Casita e la proprietà, quindi vedrai molti colibrì, cardellini, cimeli maculati, picchi muratori dal petto bianco, cinciallegre di ginepro, corvi e ultimamente un gheppio, quando i corvi non se ne allontanano! Abbiamo appena aggiunto una scatola di gufi e una scatola di pipistrelli alla proprietà! La javelina passa attraverso ogni altra notte, in più abbiamo visto un coyote e procioni.
Siamo situati a 6 miglia dal centro città in un quartiere lungo una lunga corsia di 1. 25 acri. C'è un prato e Miller Creek, quando è in esecuzione. Il negozio di alimentari di Fry è a un paio di isolati di distanza.
Siamo autorizzati, ispezionati e conformi alla città. Abbiamo estintori, rilevatori di monossido di carbonio, rilevatori di fumo e un kit di pronto soccorso.
Prescott ha un'ordinanza sul rumore dalle 22:00 alle 8:00. Non permettiamo feste o eventi.

Even before I arrived the hosts were in contact and very helpful!!! The accommodation's and extras were above and beyond including a dog toy & chocolate by the bed plus many more!!! They thought of Everything in the kitchen and bathroom too!!! We were able to explore the lakes in Prescott and I only wish I was able to stay longer but they are a very popular location!!! I can't wait to go back!!!
As incredible as the inside of the cabin's are the outside and walking, sitting area are magical also!!! I wish I could give them 10(*) stars!!! If you're lucky enough to book time at the Hideaway you'll have a Spectacular Experience - Enjoy!!!

What an amazing place. The owners are so kind. The house had everything we needed. There was such nice little things. If you forgot a toothbrush they had new ones in the bathroom. The kitchen had everything even a crockpot! We enjoyed BBQing. The grounds are great. They have horse shoes which was fun to play. It is very relaxing. The location was great for what we wanted. We will be booking this place every year!

It was the perfect size for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay. They had binders of local places to eat, shop, hike and things to do.

This is the nicest VRBO we have stayed in! It is well supplied with everything one could possibly need. Any questions were promptly answered. There is a nice variety of books and brochures about the surrounding area. Even though the casita is on a relatively busy street it is very quiet inside. We would stay here again and will recommend it to others. The yard is private and comfortable, too.

PROS:
Owner did well on the re-model. Well stocked kitchen, games, puzzles, etc. Karen did a nice job on the binder compiling info on restaurants, hikes etc. Dave was responsive to a TV issue. The location is convenient to downtown. Bed was comfortable for one of us, not the other.
CONS:
Property is located next to a busy, noisy street;
Unable to use the patio due to sap and cottonwood fuzz on the furniture; sap on car daily; the owner manages other properties on Hideaway Ln. so consequently were on the property daily. We prefer more privacy and anonymity. The owners met us at the property to “explain things.” We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties and the owners have never met us unless there was an issue.
Overall, it just wasn’t up to our standards as an exceptional property. We will not be staying there again.

Very well equipped and comfortable!! Indoors is very quiet and pleasant. Is located on a busy street so the patio area had a lot of traffic noise, however they do have a lovely sitting and hammock area further away from the street which was very pleasant.

It was a perfect cottage, beautiful decor outside and inside, very well supplied with all the extra things such as spices, kitchen items, bathroom items, and they use nice products. We loved the place and hope to be able to stay there again!

We were impressed with the attention to detail by the hosts. From exact directions, to leaving the lights on for a very late arrival, to chocolates, fresh flowers & champagne awaiting us, to complete "Welcome" notebook we felt taken care of! The cottage is exactly as described. It is very clean, has a very complete kitchen & great beds. The washer & dryer in the cottage was a bonus. We truly enjoyed the private, covered patio, nature area, ease of access to freeways, closeness to grocery store & downtown. It was a perfect for jumping off spot to many hikes close by & for a day trip to Sedona. We would definitely stay there again!

Myself, my daughter and her father went up for a soccer tournament. Dave was so kind to show us around when we arrived and also gave suggestions on local food spots. The place was cozy and had everything that anyone could need. I found the beds to be comfortable. It was also convenient to be so close to a grocery store . Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful place.

Such an enjoyable stay- we met the owners at checking. Karen and David we extraordinarily great hosts- they thought of everything to make our stay so pleasant.

Great little house just right for two women taking a break from everything. Both bedrooms are small but plenty of storage and closet space. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean and fresh in bedrooms and bath.
Kitchen has everything you need for cooking, etc. We ate out a lot and always had leftovers so we didn’t use the stove/oven. Maybe next time!
The property is along a small creek and we were looking forward to seeing the javelina, just weren’t there enough to see them…drat!
Hosts are friendly and easy to get in touch with.

We stayed in the Casita for 3 months, Dec- Feb. We couldn't have found a better place! Karen and Dave are amazing hosts, were very responsive, checking on us regularly and offered fun activities around town. The Casita was stocked with everything you could need, including paper products, laundry soap, spices, coffee, cooking utensils, and local info brochures. We also received a nice welcome gift for us and for our dog. The Casita has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a laundry room, and nice outside patio area. The "meadow" is their acre property that was so nice for our dog, but also included multiple seating areas, bird feeders, and a runoff creek that 2 mallards hung out on. They have 4 rental properties on the private drive along the meadow, with ample parking, and we enjoyed socializing with some of their other guests. We had never been to Prescott before, and we even fell in love with the town, despite the 2 times we got 4-6" snow, lol. We may make this an annual thing! Kudos to Karen and Dave, and Terri, their cleaning person who makes amazing zucchini bread!

We enjoyed our stay, especially the surprise horse shoe pit and board games at night after a long day out. Kitchen was well stocked which was a big plus for Thanksgiving. There is pride in ownership.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. From the coffee in the kitchen to the bandaids in the bathroom every item I might have forgotten was already there for me.
Dave and Karen were there to greet us and show us around this cozy home and beautiful outdoor space.

We had a wonderful experience. The host waited late hours to help us find the exact location of the place and gave us a tour of the place even during that time. The place was clean, cozy and well stocked. They had additional things like recommended restaurants and places to visit which was very helpful. We would definitely return back and recommend it to anyone!

Just what we needed. My wife is about to start a medical regiment and I wanted to get her away from the valley for a few days to recharge her batteries. Very quaint casita freshly remodeled and had everything we could want. Really enjoyed the outside patio that made you feel as if you were in the middle of the forest. Hope to come back for a longer stay sometime in the future.

My wife and I came up to Prescott to get away from the heat, and we'll, stresses of life. David & Karen were absolutely fantastic! The place was beautiful, but moreover, so are the hearts of these amazing hosts! They worked with me when I mis-booked the dates, they welcomed our pups as if they were their own, and even recommended a phenomenal movie that had to do with local events/history. This was truly the getaway we needed and David and Karen made it a perfect experience!

Lovely place in a very nice setting. Dave and Karen were very sweet and acommodating for my husband and I and our two pups. Our Casita had everything we needed and then some. Even a gift for our dogs. I would recommend this VRBO for anyone looking to escape the valley heat or just to get away to beautiful Prescott.

We felt such peace and tranquility while staying at the tucked away location- although we were in Prescott we felt transported to another place while sitting on the patio. House was well stocked with everything we would need for the weekend but also close to restaurants and shops. Owners were inviting and so pleasant at check in and when we had a issue locking the door, they were there in under 5 min.

Love the location of this property. Easy access to stores, food, adventure. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. The furniture was comfortable and truly felt like home. We will definitely be coming back and using them again. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay here. The host are very attentive and clear in giving information about the area. The home was sparkling clean and easy to navigate. The area is quite with many gardens and birds. There are places to just sit and enjoy the sunset. Every one we interacted with was helpful and friendly. I was impressed with how well the cottage is organized and everything is designed well for guest. If you are looking for a friendly well maintained place in Prescott you won’t regret the Hideaway. We had an awesome time. Property is well suited for most activities. You are real close to the city and downtown, yet the house is in a park like setting. The downside is that it can be a little noisy with street traffic. Karen and Dave are great host. If you forgot something, they most likely have it there. We would stay here most definetly again. Our dogs enjoyed the property especially the little stream. This is a great place to stay if your in Prescott, We would recommend very highly.
