Beautifully Landscaped Private Executive Home
Home Pool 3 camere da letto molto privato senza vicini nella vista dalla piscina. Ben posizionato a 5 minuti da Port Charlotte Beach o dal centro di Port Charlotte con molti ottimi ristoranti e negozi! 8 o più spiagge aggiuntive ovunque da 20 minuti a un'ora di auto. 2 ore da Miami o Ft Lauderdale. 2-1 / 2 ore da Orlando / 1-1 / 2 ore a Tampa. Ottima posizione nel sud della Florida. La nostra casa è ben arredata e viene continuamente aggiornata. La piscina è esposta a ovest e consente di prendere il sole da metà mattina fino al resto della giornata, comprese le vedute di splendidi tramonti. La grande camera da letto principale vanta un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto / videoregistratore con accesso alla piscina. Enorme bagno con vasca da bagno, doccia, doppi lavandini e cabina armadio. Seconda camera da letto dotata di un letto matrimoniale e TV LCD include bagno privato e uscire alla piscina. 3a camera da letto include due gemelli vicino al terzo bagno completo. L'ampia zona giorno aperta con sciopero per piscina e 65 "4K TV / sistema di intrattenimento domestico e Internet wireless ad alta velocità è disponibile in tutta la casa.

if you’re looking for somewhere quieter and relaxing this house has it all a crystal clear pool. A house with everything that you need with so much to do around this area I won’t be hesitating to come back.

I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this home. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need to stay there. The pool was absolutely wonderful, we spent a lot of our time at the pool. Shopping and restaurants are all within a 10 to 20 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet. The booking process, checking in and out was very easy.
I would give this home and process twelve stars out of 10.

Beautiful house, on beautiful property. House had all and pool was amazing. Nadine was great and easy to reach and communicate with. Extended our stay . Ty Nadine for perfect vacation and we look forward to staying with you again. Highly recommend to everyone

The home was spacious, immaculate, and very well-appointed. The pool was lovely and well-maintained and the kitchen had everything I needed. I cooked most of our meals and didn’t find anything lacking as far as cooking, serving, plates, etc. The yard was beautifully landscaped and maintained. This property is a 10/10!

The property was everything we expected was awesome. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperating. You didn't get to use the pool. It hardly used anything actually, but we really enjoyed. A filthright home away from home for us.

This is a very comfortable home stocked with everything you need. We loved the pool and lanai area and the landscaping is gorgeous. Very quiet area but not far to shops and restaurants on Tamiami and not far from Punta Gorda. We saw a turtle, possum, and a bobcat Mom passed thru the yard with her two babies. We can’t wait to come back in August!

The homeowners have created such a welcoming vacation home. The home is beautiful, the location ideal with easy access to so much and the house is set up with everything you could need. The pool is ideal with beautiful landscaping offering privacy, serenity and the sounds of nature. This was our second visit and we hope one day to have a third.

We stayed in this Port Charlotte rental as we were meeting with a realtor to find us a new home. This rental was just as stated. We spent most of our time outside on the lanai and in the pool. Even though you could see a few homes, the house felt secluded which is what we wanted. The landscaping was beautiful. We met the pool person and he was a wealth of knowledge about the area. There was plenty of room for us all. We would definitely rent this property again and have already told our friends if they are visiting to do the same. You won't be disappointed!

This home is beautiful and every comfort for guests has been included. The property landscaping is amazing with many different plants and flowers - even a lime tree! The kitchen was very well equipped and prepared easy dinners so we could continue to enjoy the perfect pool. Very private and quiet. The owner was exceptionally helpful and responsive.

What a beautiful home, inside and out. Every detail taken care of, the landscaping is beautiful. We spent majority of time while at the home outside in the pool and lanai area. The space provide the perfect opportunity for a relaxing retreat. Anyone in the area looking for a home I'd highly recommend this one. We enjoyed every minute.

Comfortable home away from hom
My husband and I stayed at this property with our three children, all under the age of 13. All items that we needed were available somewhere in the house. The layout is great and it was very spacious for our family. We loved the easy access to the pool from most anywhere in the house and the pool temperature was great. We have nothing bad to say about the property. It is several miles from shopping and groceries, but we knew that when we chose the house. The location to many beaches was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!
