Once in a lifetime dreamy experience

Loved all the white buildings against the blue pools. Loved all the inbuilt concrete furniture. Julia was amazing!!

Séjour parfait

Chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner très bon et copieux, nous avons appréciés la proximité de l’hôtel avec la gare routière, à seulement 3 minutes à pied. L’hôtel est placé idéalement à l’entrée de Fira ce qui permet de découvrir la ville à pied. Le fait que l’hôtel ne soit pas sur les hauteurs de la Caldeira permet d’apprécier le calme. De plus le personnel de l’hôtel était au petit soin durant tout le séjour.

Superbe hébergement

D'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toute l'équipe de l'accueil était disponible et a répondu à toutes nos demandes. L'hôtel est magnifique, calme et très bien placé par rapport aux différentes activités. A 2 pas de la caldeira en plus... Tout était parfait. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel.

Overall it was a good place to stay but could be dangerous for young kids or elderly as the steps are steep and could be

The bathroom is like a cave which was very interesting and the private hot jacuzzi was situated on the roof top so you had a view of the ocean.

When you get out of the jacuzzi it could be a bit slippery and it was difficult to get in and out as there were no steps.

Amazing family stay

I had a fantastic stay at Palmariva villas! The breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect in the heart of Fira, the room was comfortable and well-equipped and the staff were friendly and attentive. They even provid us a late check-out because we had an infant. Highly recommend !

Wonderful stay... will stay again.

We thought the level of service was execeptional. The manager gave us so much care and attention. The breakfasts were great and the level of cleanliness was excellect.

Great location,easy to find,beautiful hotel,and great place to stay!

The staff was very nice and helpful. She was kind to upgrade my room because I would check out in the early morning.The room was so nice and well furnished.The hottub was so cool and we felt so relaxed to be there.

Beautiful wee haven in a busy resort

Friendly lovely little oasis at the quieter end of Thira . But within minutes of everything . Staff are a credit to the villas everyone of them so kind and helpful , beautiful and well laid out accommodation . Would definitely recommend.

If you want a fantastic stay in Santorini, stay here.

It was peaceful and quiet without feeling like we couldn’t have family time by the pool. Everyone who stayed there was also lovely, and the staff were exceptional. Dimitra specifically had such grace and professionalism about her, I’d have trusted her with anything. She’d have given us the shirt off her back if we had needed it. She’s hands down the best host/manageress I’ve ever come across while travelling. I’d return again simply to see her.

The perfect paradise

Absolutely everything. The room was absolutely stunning - we were even given a free upgrade which was wonderful. Dimitra and her colleague were absolutely lovely, helped us get a quad and took care of us so well. The pool is great and the private jacuzzi is incredible. Fantastic location in the heart of Fira and the room has everything you could need and more! We will always stay here when we come to Santorini!

Perfect!

We really love the beautiful and cozy villa of ours. Our host Dimitra is extremely helpful and thoughtful, she recommends many good places and ensure we stay comfortably throughout. She definitely make our vacation a wonderful one. The location is excellent and we have a supermarket just next to our villa. The breakfast is super delicious and we enjoy. We will want to stay in the same place again when we are back to Santorini again! 😊 Thank you Dimitra! Love Sally and Lenny ( Singapore)

Exceptional

The hotel was very central yet very quiet. Our villa was stunning and we loved having our own pool and roof terrace, which had incredible views. The staff were exceptional.

Superb

Quiet and peaceful despite central location Character filled accommodation, spacious & well appointed. Hot tub on balcony was a nice touch. Excellent friendly staff

As a family with 2 kids the pool is quite small but this is quite typical for properties in the centre of town in Fira

Exceptional

We had an incredible stay at Palmariva Villas! The place was beautiful and in a perfect location, especially as it was right near the main bus station, but the real highlight was the service provided by Dimitra and Apostolos. I've never stayed anywhere with such kind, helpful and accommodating staff. They were so friendly and really enhanced our trip. Thank you to you both and all of the other staff for being so lovely!

AMAZING

Great location Hotel staff (Dimitra in particular was the nicest host ever)! She made our stay so memorable and we could never forget her generosity and kindness. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and like a hidden gem !

Excellent experience.

Hello, This was an exceptional experience. The villa was very clean and luxurious and within walking distance of main attractions. Breakfast delivered to the villa was a nice plus. Most worthy of mentioning though is the host Dimitra who clearly masters the art of hospitality! She went above and beyond to accomodate our early check-in. Thank you Dimitra!

Perfect stay, highly recommended

Beautiful villa in a central location, lovely pool and hot tub, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. That’s what really made the stay memorable for us. We would definitely return! Recommend a trip to the volcano which the staff helpfully organised for us.

Great family holidays

Located in Fira centre, close to shops and restaurants, bus station and free parking spaces, yet separate from city noise. Comfy and nicely designed, Santorini-style villas with private jacuzzi and shared pool (although it was like private, because there are just a couple villas). Very helpful and nice staff. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, good facilities, would go back

Loved the villa's, excellent service from when I first booked from Dimitra. She was amazing, booked transfers, met us on the street when we arrived, organised a rental car and looked after any other queries we had. The villa was cleaned every day and breakfast brought to our room. Our 16yo loved the hot tub upstairs, her own little private space, while we enjoyed the communal pool. Would definitely go back.

Great Location and Tasty Omelettes

Dimitra and her afternoon colleague went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed— advice on hiking, an early-morning breakfast to facilitate an early start, and transfers to/from the ferry port snd the airport. We felt well taken care of.

We liked the exceptional customer service. Demitra was excellent and was readily available to answer all the questions not only regarding hotel property, but also places to visit. Cleaning and other services that are offered to us were seamless. Breakfast was great too.

Incredibly homely in an extremely beautiful city.

Location and cleaniless were exceptional. The location was just a 10 minute walk to Santorini Nikos Nomikos Street but in area quiet from the bars and nightlife. The facilities overall were incredibly comfortable.

Great find in Thira, Santorini! I recommend

Palmariva Villas had a great facilities- the bathroom was big in our suite which is hard to find in some villas. I loved the split room layout and rooftop jacuzzi. Everything was really clean and the breakfast was great and on time every morning. Dimitra was super accommodating from booking to checking in and checking out- such a great host. Location is good too- just a 5 min walk from the main square/restaurant area and amazing view of the volcano!

Fantastic property with a personal touch.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Fira. 2 minute walk from the bus station, which is the central hub of Santorini for getting around. Loads of space for 2 people with a kitchen, living area, double bed & 2 singles. Large bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. The room is cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Dimitra on the reception desk is brilliant! Can’t do enough for you. She will go through a map of the island with you when you first arrive and recommend things to do, places to eat and give plenty of information on each of the parts of the island. She helped us book a sunset cruise and reservations for places to eat. Overall, great value for money and would definitely recommend.

Being very picky, as there wasn’t much we didn’t like. There wasn’t a great choice for breakfast. What they do serve is lovely, but does get a bit repetitive after a few days.

This resort was beyond any expectations that we could have ever had!

The host, Dimitra, was incredibly kind and helpful. She organised our shuttle from the airport to the hotel and met us at the door. She even carried out bags!! We checked in at reception and she spent a lot of time with us explaining the island, tours available, best place for shopping, lunch and dinner! She booked all of our tours for us and even walked us out and to where we needed to go. The villas were spectacular, beautifully designed and always very clean. The staff were so incredibly lovely and thorough. We had a breakfast incl package which was ABSOLUTELY worth it. There was a huge menu to choose from, it was delivered to your room! It felt very first class. Honestly Dimitra was so amazing, she let me sit in reception and borrow the phone to make a 1 hour long international call to my bank and just bent over backwards trying to help. We couldn’t recommend this stay more.

An amazing cave style villa which exceeded our expectations and the highlight of our Greek Islands holiday

Such a beautiful Villa located in a good area within easy walking distance to everything. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Santorini
