We had an awesome experience we loved it, and we wish to come back again

We loved the privacy and how clean it was. Nothing better than waking up to that beautiful view. Conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants, loved that it was within walking distance. The welcome wine, bottled water and fruit was a nice touch.

Excellent location, excellent staff, comfortable and clean rooms and facilities.

The view from the room and terraces was exceptional. Breakfast was superb - a good choice of food and served to the room/terrace as requested. The Pantelia Suites are located conveniently for the town and other restarants etc. The room and bathroom were of a high standard and very clean. George and his team provided excellent service, care and attention throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.

There was little I didn't like - the bedroom would have benefitted from a chest of drawers or similar and the bed was slighly on the firm side for my own taste but these are minor observations.

We love the stay there. We will love to come back again

We love everything about this place! the friendly staff, everyone there greeted us whenever we see them. Manager George was exception in showing hospitality and sharing information about the island and all the restaurants and sightseeing sites. He even helped us to print out our ferry tickets! The property is beautiful. The room was well kept and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and lots of varieties to choose from. It was set up with table cloths beautifully.

Location! easy accessible to everything, food, walking etc. Manager George & Staff were amazing! The service was beyond 5 ⭐️ Our 2 bedroom Executive suite was quirky & had lots of space for our family of 5

I personally hated the steps, but it’s Santorini 😂

Fantastic holiday location with premium feel and stunning views

Direct views of the caldera, stunningly beautiful, will never forget the amazing location. Beautiful traditional architecture. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good with plenty of variety, and you get to eat it with a beautiful view. The hotel is very centrally located within waking distance to all shops, but far enough that it's quiet and peaceful.

As with most other hotels built on the caldera slopes, you have to take steps up and down to get to and from the room to the street. People with limited mobility will find this challenging.

Fabulous stay at Pantelia Suites - highly recommend

Pantelia Suites was fabulous - the architecture of the suites and the views of the caldera and sunset were remarkable. No need to fight with the crowds for a spot to watch the iconic Santorini sunsets when you can do it from your own patio. The breakfasts were something to write home about! Elias did such a wonderful job setting up our breakfast in the morning with a fantastic spread. We could specify what we wanted the day before and when and where we wanted it. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had such a wonderful stay at Pantelia Suites.

The property was in an amazing location. Just on the edge of all the action of Fira. Close to amazing restaurants, shopping, bars, nightlife. It was exactly what you would expect a Cycladic hotel to look like! Spotless room, comfortable bed, nice rain shower. You were able to order breakfast from a menu with numerous choices for the following morning. It was absolutely amazing. Always came piping hot, with enough food to feed an army!!

A Beautiful & Romantic Place To Be…

Everything, location—situated next to a busy area but yet quiet as the hotel is tucked away. Beautiful view of the Caldera and also the hotel itself. The hotel is also very clean. Breakfast and services are excellent!

The perfect essence of Santorini experience.

We loved everything about our stay at Pantelia Suites. It was exactly how we wanted to experience Santorini. The room, balcony, jacuzzi, views of the Caldera, sunsets, breakfasts, the privacy, location of the hotel - just perfect.

Great view and friendly staff

The staff were great and the view was incredible. Our room was overlooking the volcano, we were able to sit in our spa and watch the sunset. It was so amazing that we spent all 3 nights in the spa! We also lost our passports at the previous hotel. The team At Pantelia were very helpful in getting these back! THey went above and beyond with everything.

Would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Thera/Fira.

Gorgeous view, very friendly and helpful staff. The poolside was great. The private breakfast terrace was even better. Breakfast was A+ every day. Hot tub in the suite was a great way to end the day. Great location.

The single bed in the living room did not have a full spring mattress, and there is a 30 euro fee for airport pickup and drop off. That's about it.

Superb

The marvellous view. I think the best we had in Santorini. We room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast on the terrace was super nice and again with an amazing view!

Amazing Hotel in an amazing location.

This location is right at the edge of the busy zone, but facing away, so it's quiet at night. We didn't hear anything in room #1. Breakfast was amazing and plenty and served right outside our room. Staff was extremely helpful. The view is exactly what you expect from Santorini. #1 was perfect for family of 5.

The pool closed at sunset. We thought we can go and use it later that night. Not a big deal.

Absolutely beautiful, will hopefully be back in the future.

Location was perfect the views were stunning, staff were brilliant and made sure everything was to our satisfaction, breakfast was 10/10. Rooms had everything you needed and the communal pool and rooftop seating area was perfect to watch the sunset.

Rooms were perfect but quite expensive for the size.

Two lovely days in paradise.

The staff really works hard and took good care of us, carrying our luggage on the many stairs, bringing the lovely breakfast to the terras. The location and the view are just lovely.

Although this is a luxury place, there were several small defects: door handle damaged in one of our rooms, in the showers very little water pressure and no warm water in one of them. The hotel proposed to help us with organising a rental car, but at the end of the day they did not succeed to get us any car, finally we took care of it ourselves When returning in the evening around 22h, we were not able to enter, no response when sounding the bell, we had to push a special button in the door to open it, but we were not informed about this (neither were other guests who faced the same problem) These are all small suggestions for improvement that could make the stay and value for money even better.

Should have a 5* star rating!

Excellent value for money. Staff are fantastic. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Views from the hotel were out of this world. LOVED breakfast and very close to everything.
