Incredible - would return in a heartbeat

The views were incredible, the apartment was spotless. Hillory and team were quick to respond and assist with any queries and requests. This really was a luxury stay. The area is quiet at night, and a very short walk to to restaurants/ bars. The intercontinental breakfast was delicious. If you want to dip in out of the busy streets and come back to some peace and quiet this is the place for you. The pool is as private as it could be given the way buildings are positioned on the cliff face.

Can’t think of one thing, loved it.

Just book it!

The property was awesome, very clean and housekeeping was great. The breakfast was awesome delivered to us fresh every morning. Chris the manager is very passion about his job and goes above and beyond to make his guests happy, Hillary in the ‘office’ will get you whatever you need, transfer, island tour, flying dress experience… you name it she will organise it for you!

That we had to leave!!!

BEST ACCOMODATION IN FIRA! Stunning views, great location, just amazing in every way!!

WOW, just WOW! why this property doesn’t have 10/10 from everyone is surprising. It’s truly a gem and just amazing in so many ways. The views of the sea and sunsets are stunning from this property! Then there are the 3 pools, the extremely clean and comfortable beds (steam shower even?!), breakfast brought in daily during our stay. Milk, Water and Juice stocked every day…. The location is also perfect. It’s truly steps from the heart of Fira restaurants and shops. My husband has traveled all over the globe and he said this is the best property he has ever stayed in (his bar is HIGH). The host was amazing and so responsive and helpful. Everything was just so perfect at this property, just an absolute dream place for our time in Santorini. Book this property, it’s a must!! The pictures are spot on. absolutely perfect!!

Without a doubt the best villas I’ve ever stayed in, everything was exceptional & I could not fault.

I can genuinely say this was the best accommodation we stayed in throughout our Europe holiday, whether you are travelling with a family or on your own I cannot fault this property. The best rooms, the best view, I’m inlove.

This place makes your Greece vacation feel like a dream!

The location is everything! The most coveted spot in Fira! Beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the espresso machine is perfect! It was wonderful having a small pool and rooftop view to enjoy in the afternoon. The location is right in the center of everything!

There was a language barrier with the bell boy and the some of the staff which caused some confusion on when we could check in. The host was amazing though. We had a couple issues with the pool and A/C but the Host was very responsive and fixed them remotely.

Bad

The issues were numerous. One of the bedrooms and very small living space opened directly onto the street. The only source of light was through the door, when closed the room was dark. People from the street would stop and look into the accommodation. No privacy at all, unless you wanted to be in a dark room. The pool was tiny , the paint was coming off the bottom and sides, leaving black spots all over it. Also the sides were yellow. The outside space was inadequate for 3 adults. There was nowhere to lay down, only 2 deck chairs. Beneath the base of the umbrella was a dirty towel. If was,an offence to describe this as deluxe. The accommodation were very unhelpful, would not allow us to cancel the reservation without losing 50%. They offered us,an alternative, but wanted us to pay 459€ extra per night. I would actively warn anyone against booking this accommodation

Best Santorini Villa

Everything at the villa was amazing and perfect. Hilary and Chris were very accommodating and so easy to deal with. The villa was beyond our expectations, cleaned daily and the daily breakfast was delicious. Comfortable beds, great air-conditioning and the villa felt luxurious. There is a bellboy to help with luggage (as there is a lot of stairs) and they can help organise transport. Chris also spent time telling us about local attractions or must do things to do. Highly recommend booking a villa.

would recommend and stay again!

the location is on the quieter side of fira, but it’s just a 5-10 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. all staff and owners are so, so generous. they upgraded my family and I to the biggest, nicest villa, making it a top highlight of our family trip. breakfast was delivered on time, the owners were communicative and resourceful.

hot tubs had insects but I guess that’s normal and inevitable in every tub. floors can get slippery too, so be careful stepping out of water.

Exceptional

Perfection! Hosts were thoughtful, communicative and just lovely. The location was amazing - within steps of restaurants, shopping and all of the action, yet silent and with the most spectacular views. The villa itself was spotless, well-equipped and very comfortable. We loved spending time in the plunge pool and on the roof deck. Breakfast was delivered daily and comprised lots of goodies. Highly recommended!

Exceptional

The owner is super nice and helpful person. Arranged all transfers, taxi and provided all information. The view from villa is amazing. Also heated swimming pool as a bonus

Cold hot tub / jacuzzi. Other hotels were much warmer to relax in the evening. But this was minor. Still beautiful and lots of space.

A stunning stay in the heart of this beautiful town... Totally magical.

Just a totally 'WOW' experience - Amazing setting, great service, the villa host arranged for a taxi to meet us and someone to help carry our luggage down all the stairs of Santorini, the Villa was clean and very original in its layout. Nothing was a problem the villa host was available after the first face to face hand over 24/7 on whats app and could always help with any requests. Amazing Sunset Views a totally magical experience.

Superb

Our host, Hillory, was superb! She was helpful and knowledgeable, she went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and made sure our stay was perfect. The villa is a good size, very well-equipped and the view is unbeatable! It is ideally located, close enough to all the amenities of Fira, but also quiet.

There was a minor issue with the air-conditioning, which was quickly addressed.

Amazing stay

Perfectly situated in the heart of Fira. One of the room is built inside à cave which gives the villa à real "cachet". The view from the sofa roof is amazing. The owners were very friendly and helpful and they made sure we have an exclusive experience.

Great, one of a kind experience, but with shortcomings.

I liked the location of the villas with the Caldera view, the hot tubs, the design of the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. It offers transport from the airport and I appreciated the guy who helps with the luggage on stairs.

I didn't like the fact that all the photos from the villas were mixed together on booking.com and you see which villa you booked when you already completed the reservation. I expected the breakfast to be already cooked and ready to eat at this price. We received groceries which we had to cook ourselfs for breakfast. The pool at villa Drop had pieces of plastic ripped from the walls of the pool, I guess it happened due to the sun exposure, but it needs to be repainted. Also, in the first day, there was an issue with the heat at the Drop villa, which was fixed on the same day, but the pool got heated the next day.

Great wonderful unique designed Villa.

Great place, in the city center and yet in a quiet street. Restaurants, bars, supermarket all within a minute walking distance. A strange beautiful unique architecture. Purity for relaxation and fun.

Perfect!

A top location with some of the best views over Caldera, very close to restaurants and bars as well as other amenities. Villa is in a top condition and beautifully designed. All tanning decks and plunge pools are simply fantastic. Would certainly recommend and gladly go back!
