Hotel de ciudad con buen desayuno

El desayuno y la cama era muy confortable.

El quarto de baño no tenia privacidad. Las puertas de corredera de cristal dejan poco a la imaginación. El área social no invitava a ser usada.

Gut

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und hell. Die Betten waten sehr bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Personal war freundlich und hat uns Restaurantempfehlungen und eine Karte zum Metro fahren gegeben. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Man kann leider die Badezimmertüren nicht ganz schließen daher ist beim Duschen meist das ganze Zimmer feucht geworden. Obwohl das Hotel im Viertel El Poblado liegt, habe ich mich nicht so sicher gefühlt. In der Gegend um das Hotel herum waren viele Obdachlose und Drogenabhängige. Tagsüber sind wir zu Fuß gelaufen, wenn es dunkel war, haben wir ein Taxi zurück genommen.

Perfect base for travelers in Medellin

Conveniently located (2 stops from San Diego Mall where you will be dropped off from the airport if you are taking the shuttle, close to the mart and restaurants and parks, etc), clean, small but functional, solid breakfast a really good value for quality.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location.

The hotel was in a great location and provided a lovely breakfast. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

El desayuno y que estaba limpio

Habitación y personal: Nos dieron una habitación sin ventana (sin avisarnos ni indicarlo en ningún sitio) y yo padezco de claustrofobia. Primero nos echaron la culpa a nosotros de que lo ponía (me quiso enseñar fotos y descripción pero ellos mismos se dieron cuenta de que no era cierto) pero íbamos en grupo y las otras dos parejas tenían la misma habitación que yo (y el mismo precio) y la suya sí tenía ventana. No nos ofrecieron ninguna solución salvo que nos cambiáramos entre nosotros. Ubicación: está muy retirado y cerca no hay nada, da un poco de mal rollo dar un paseo por ahí. No hay sitios para cenar ni comprar cerca

Great rooms in a pleasant part of El Poblado

Room was clean and well furnished. Location was perfect in the quieter part of El Poblado. Breakfast was freshly prepared to order and was delicious. Bathroom was spotless and the shower was powerful and warm. The staff left a personalised handwritten note to welcome us upon arrival which was a nice touch. There was free water and coffee available in the lobby which is always nice to have.

Our sink didn't seem to have hot water. This might have been a once off occasion for our stay. Our two windows overlooked the street at ground level. While they only opened slightly, it would be more reassuring to have grates over them so that we could them open while we were out.

Hotel bueno.

La habitación estaba muy bien, a pesar de no tener ventana al exterior tiene una claraboya por la que entra luz. El baño también nos gustó. Diferentes opciones de desayuno, muy rico.

La ubicación no es del todo segura por la noche, o al menos esa fue nuestra impresión. Recomiendo quedarse más cerca de calle provenza, auqnue este hotel está bastante bien.

Ubicación, desayuno y atención del personal.

Las toallas se veían un poco antiguas y manchadas. El baño a pesar de ser súper grande, no tenía muy buena ventilación lo que generaba un poco olor a humedad. El tamaño de la habitación era un poco pequeña pero muy bonita.

Très agréable, nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel.

Très joli petit hôtel, bien placé, propre et au calme, personnel attentionné et professionnel. Très bon petit-déjeuner pris sur une terrasse à l'extérieur. Chambre spacieuse (avec balcon), très confortable et bien équipée.

Top hotel! Heerlijk gehad en prijzen zijn goed

Top lokatie Hele behulpzame personeel! Spraken vloeiend Engels. Wij wilden dagje naar Guatape, mochten wij onze rug zakken bij hun achter laten. Heerlijk douch Lekker en uitgebreide ontbijt Er lag een persoonlijke welkoms boodschap in de vorm van een kaartje. Erg persoonlijk en leuk!

Great hotel but bad room

Breakfast was great, nice location (but you need to walk)

I think we were unlucky with our room. It was on the street at the ground floor. We could understand the conversations of the guests that were having breakfast and the conversations at the reception. The WiFi was not strong enough in the room, so the Netflix on the tv that was promised also did not work. The safe was somehow also broken… (room 106)

Good value and good location.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. We spent two nights there at the end of our trip to Medellin. The room was rather basic, but very clean and quiet at night. The breakfast was great and included in the room price. A great supermarket within walking distance.

Bathroom wasn’t very private as you could see inside and hear everything happening in the bathroom.

Me encantó todo, el personal súper amable, el desayuno buenisimo y las instalaciones muy lindas y limpias. Además la ubicación es buena, cerca de los principales parques del Poblado y de la estación de metro.

Lindo lugar para visitar la ciudad con gran relación precio/calidad

El desayuno es muy rico y completo, la atención de las chicas muy atenta. Los recepcionistas muy simpáticas y eficientes, especialmente Sara.

Me parece que el balcón necesita más limpieza, ya que tenía mucho polvo. Tal vez se debería considerar otro tipo de puerta para el baño menos pesada y delicada.

Mi habitación estaba en la planta donde se encuentra la recepción y el personal que se encontraba ahí hablaba muy alto desde bien temprano en la mañana, impidiendo el descanso

Amazing staff service, location.

Breakfast is amazing, they have multiple options and accomodate to your needs. Staff is very very kind and their attention to detail is superb. The rooms are good enough, spacious enough, clean enough.

Some members of my family mentioned that their room was too exposed to street noise, doesn't happen on every room tho'.
