great holiday house in a super location

the house design was great modern but comfortable. the location is very nice near the lake and forest. there is an entertainment and restaurant area next to the property.

extra charges for bed linens and towels. charged for use of water and electric. on our last day, the power in the house went out at about midnight and couldn’t get it turned back on.

Value for money

Location was a bit out of the city, but on a calm and quiet place.

Central Heating was not on, so we had to heat with the A/C. They charge you if you don’t take out the waste. Restaurant closed at 18:00 in the evening and there is no other in walking distance.

Rubezahl? => Sie Bezahlen! (German for YOU PAY!). Stay away. Go elsewhere. 5*hotel will be cheaper

The lawn mowing robots were friendly. The gate opens if you enter the correct number on the correct keypad. No human staff to be found anywhere.

Rubezahl? => Sie Bezahlen! (German for YOU PAY!). Lakeview? =>Car-park view. BBQ? => BBQ forbidden or pay extra to have an electric grill cleaned. Airconditioning? unsleepable hot house when you enter that takes all night to cool down. Quiet? Loud banging party that keeps you from sleeping until 4AM. Paid for entire holiday home? Pay some more for one of the bedrooms. On business and only use the house for a couple of hours sleep and a quick shower in the morning? Get charged 500L of water and 20kWh electricity per day. Ask for an invoice at checkout? Forget about this, get one by email and find your credit card debited for some more invented 'services'.

Family stay close to Berlin and nature.

Very nice house. Save and secure complex. Great surroundings in nature and close to the lake. Easy late checkin.

Expensive and uncomfortable.

you need to pay extra for everything. Lack of bedsheets and towels, no single shower gel, no hair dryer, no washing machine. Even grill is an electro grill. The house was dirty when we arrived, i even found someone's used sock near the bed. There is no beach nearby, even though the lake is nearby. Highly NOT recommended.

Fabulous

The sauna, the size of the house and the the interior.

To have a cottage at the lake with an own spa inside the house is just amazing. The only sad thing is that the balcony face the houses next to and the parking lot outside the cottage, so it's not really private.
