Wir kommen vielleicht wieder 😀

Die Lage ist Top. Personal super freundlich. Gutes Frühstück.

Das wir erst um 15 Uhr auf das Zimmer konnten ohne 25€ extra zu zahlen. Obwohl Zimmer frei und fertig waren.

Standard hotel to stay if you have business travel by train.

The location’s really good. Near to the central station, walk distance to some dining places.

The air conditioner seems to be working not very well. It was cold at night and the air conditioner cannot be shut off. The bedsheet was not clean, can easily see dots on it. What I could really not understand was that the reception gave me the room for disabled people!!! So I have to bow when brush my teeth and washing my face!!! How come this could happen? What if there were people in wheelchairs come but the room they needed was already occupied by me???

Prima OV basis voor Berlijn.

Prima locatie, fijne kamer en vriendelijk balie personeel. Fijne service mbt bagage stalling en fietsen berging.

Ze hadden geen fietsenpomp in huis met een hele rij leenfietsen voor de deur. Maar dat was dan ook echt t enigste puntje.

Zoals gebruikelijk prima

Prima hotel, direct naast het Hauptbahnhof en dus goede verbindingen met het openbaar vervoer. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

We hebben gebruik gemaakt van een kamerupgrade maar dat is eigenlijk niet de moeite waard. De standaard kamer is al prima. De dame bij het uitchecken was niet erg vriendelijk. Kan gebeuren, de rest van het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Excelente ubicación a dos cuadras de la estación central de Berlín! Un lujo el voucher para utilizar el transporte público gratis! Sin dudas lo mejor!

Noisy - not the trains (which are very close), but delivery trucks and emergency services vehicles.

The location was perfect for us at the railway station. Convenient to the city and the sites. Huge selection for breakfast and good option for HH reward members with free day pass on public transport.

Up selling of early check-in. Either do it for free if available. If not don't offer at a charge.

Great location, comfortable room

Room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. Unlike some other reviewers I did get tea and coffee making facilities in my room. Great location literally round the corner from the main station. I got given the free City Ticket when I dropped off my baggage, which was really helpful.

Overall great option for spending transfer time between trains

Localisation and hotel staff.

Small shower (but it was very clean and well made and it's size was the only downside). Breakfast was a bit disappointing in case of variety of options, scrambled eggs were tasteless, but other aspects were fine.

This hotel feels brand new, very modern and spotlessly clean, the bedroom was spacious and everything you expect a capital city centre hotel to be. The staff on reception were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They even gave us free city transport tickets for us to use during our stay. We only stayed the one night, and due to leaving early the next morning we didnt have the breakfast, the location of the hotel couldnt be better, a two minute walk to Berlin main railway station. The area around the hotel was safe even late at night, a thoroughly great nights stay.

Would recommend. Great location and English speaking.

Bar open 6-12pm Breakfast didn't go was looked good. 1 min walk to central train station to get around anywhere, airport or sites.

Would have liked free coffee somewhere on site.

Central position for seeightseeing Berlin

The hotel has a perfect location, as it is situated almost at the Central Railways Station. I should mention that if you are coming by train, look for the exit to WashingtonPlatz, otherwise it is not so close. My room was nice, soundproof with thick curtains, so I managed to sleep normally. After reading other comments I was expecting a super soft bed, but mine was normally so I was able to rest well. I found the breakfast very good: there were savory and sweet things, fruits, coffee, tea, everything but normal natural water. I like the place and if I am back to Berlin, I know where I will be staying.

I missed a kettle in the room, as it was freezing outside and a cup of hot tea before sleeping would be very welcomed. I went to the bar twice but, unbelievable, the bar was closed on Sunday evening!

nice hotel in a central location of the city and very close to the Hauptbahnhof

the property is close to the station, the room and place in general was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was very good with a wide selection.

Queen size bed with only 1.6 m

good location. room is clean

Extra fee was asked to pay a check out time because Check in at 12:58(15:00 is official time). This was really the first time! Bed is too small. In description it say queen size but only 1.6m.

Superb

good breakfast, big room, location was great because I came to Berlin by train

staff at the reception were correct but not friendly. I asked how to get to one place and the girl was talking to her college and I was waiting for her replay. And in the end I got a paper with the direction from google maps, how to get there by transport. No comment - right answer to my question. But I have google maps, om my phone I am not quite good at maps. I expected personal answer with maybe some tips how to get there by foot. I was with a child ( 4 y.o) and was looking for a playground. In conclusion I will say everything was good and correct, standard, but it would be great with some individual approach.
