Maravillosa elección

Excelente relación calidad precio y situación muy buena, con el metro casi en la puerta. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones buenas con ventanas grandes y camas cómodas.

Sembrava top ma non lo era

Posizione centrale. Fermata metro vicinissima. Bella stanza. Letti comodi.

I servizi sono da rivedere.Richieste 2 stanze vicine ce le hanno assegnate lontane. Chieste spiegazioni ne hanno trovate due più vicine. Si sono dimenticati (?) di rifare la camera senza spiegazione e nemmeno scuse e di conseguenza non avevamo asciugamani puliti .

La ubicacion es perfecta!

Falta mejorar la limpieza en habitacion, aire acondicionado no sirve, cabello en la tina del baño, solicite agua y nunca la mandaron, la actitud de la gerente de recepcion es pesima, el minibar de la habitacion desconectado y el producto que ofrecen a venta siempre caliente, preguntan si festejas algo durante la estancia, les dices que si y no hacen nada para reconocerlo, no limpiaron mi habitacion un dia, en general para ser un NH dan mucho que desear.

Schöner Aufenthalt als Familie

Das Zimmer war schön groß (Familienzimmer) und das Bett super bequem. Kinderbett für unsere Tochter, sowie eine Babybadewanne, ein Tritthocker und ein Toilettensitz waren vorbereitet. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, es hat sich niemand daran gestört, dass unsere kleine Tochter durch die Lobby geflitzt ist. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war toll, es gab auch Kindergeschirr, Hochstühle und einen kleinen Tisch mit Malsachen für Kinder.

Trauriger Aufenthalt für so eine große Hotelkette.

Lage war sehr laut, starker Verkehr, jede 2. Minute Blaulicht und Martinshorn, bis in die Nacht! Frühstück: 7 Tage denselben, einfachen Aufschnitt und Käse. Obst und andere Dinge waren gut. Der Aufschnitt und Käse war unterer Standard. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf eine Überraschung in der Kühltheke gewartet, doch es war immer das selbe an Aufschnitt und Käse in der Theke.

Zimmerservice... Die Flaschen für Seife und Behältnis für Schminktücher wurden 3 Tage nicht kontrolliert und so auch nicht aufgefüllt.

An average sort of hotel

Convenience for Ubahn Staff generally friendly and helpful

Gym is tiny, badly designed and non-functional. Breakfast buffet is too small for the size of the hotel and it gets too busy. Bad smell from bathroom sink. Coffee, tea and milk in room not refilled once during 4 night stay. Minibar temperature warmer than the room itself. Online check in and check out process a waste of time as the system did not work. It's 2024 so why no access to streaming services on the in-room TV? Hotel generally felt dull and tired.

Malgré les deux petits bémols, séjour très agréable et pratique. Je recommande pour un court séjour.

La chambre était très confortable avec deux petits lits côte à côté. Salle de bains bien décorée et très fonctionnelle également. Le personnel était très à l'écoute et très serviable. Mention spéciale pour Juyong, qui m'a servie le jour de mon arrivée au restaurant de l'hôtel. En plus d'être très aimable, il parlait un excellent français! Merci encore. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet: viennoiseries, charcuterie, fromages et autres.. Il est également possible de faire son omelette sur mesure avec une sélection d'ingrédients au choix. Enfin, la localisation permet de pouvoir parcourir une bonne partie de la ville à pied (Porte de Brandenburg, Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Museum Islands etc.)

J'ai trouvé le restaurant/mini bar de a chambre un peu chers par rapport à la qualité des produits proposés. Très peu de choix au niveau du diner/déjeuner. Salle de sport très petite et agencée un peu bizarrement.

3-Tagestrip nach Berlin

Die Lage ist sehr gut (U-Bahn Station Stadtmitte in unmittelbarer Nähe) und somit alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit - ein späterer Check-Out war ohne Probleme möglich. Frühstück war gut und alles vorhanden was man benötigt um gut in den Tag zu starten.

Wir hatten einen Zimmerwechsel (welches problemlos mögich war) aufgrund lauten Geräuschen (vermutlich durch den Regen) im 7ten Stock.

Immer noch zu empfehlen, aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht mehr.

Ich komme regelmäßig in dieses Hotel, die Lage ist für mich einfach perfekt.

Es schleichen sich in letzter Zeit kleine Mängel ein. Bei dem jetzigen Aufenthalt war z.B. die Kaffeemaschine defekt; der Wasserkocher fehlte; die Handtücher waren sehr abgenutzt, eines mit großem Riss. Das Personal war weiterhin sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Decent city hotel, centrally located with U-Bahn around the corner

Reservation via Booking.com not known in the hotel, hadn't transferred automatically (which is not the hotel's fault). Very helpfull staff at the reception desk and in the blink of an eye booking was registered. Extensive breakfast buffet choice. U-Bahn around the corner

Overall a good, nice and comfortable city hotel, but in the end a little expensive with regard to the overall facilities and therefore a mediocre price/quality rate.

Zimmer sind viel zu klein u schlecht ausgestattet für den Preis; Handtücher sind verwaschen u kratzig; keine Wattepads im Bad; das Housekeeping hat das dreckige Geschirr, ohne es sauber zu machen, einfach wieder in den Schrank gestellt; bei offenem Fenster hört man eine ganz laute Lüftung oder sowas in der Art...
