1 Nacht in Berlin

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, alles hat reibungslos geklappt, das Zimmer ist sehr schlicht und einfach, alles da, was wir für eine Nacht gebraucht haben. Am Morgen gab es ein kleines Frühstück aus Müsli, Kaffee , Brezeln , Obst , Haferdrink und Milch. Die Bahnanbindung ist sehr gut.

Im Bad gab es keine Steckdose, im Zimmer keinen Spiegel. Beides in unmittelbarer Nähe, wäre schon praktisch

I was very satysfied with my stay. I could visit this place again.

Breakfast was available 24h/day. Staff was nice and kind. Check in and check out was perfectly organised.

They don't have parking in the hotel.

Für ne Übernachtung reichts

Zuvor schon zwei mal hier gepennt, damals für einen relativ schmalen Taler. Der Ausstattung angemessen würde ich sogar sagen. Zum pennen reicht es eigentlich.

Diesmal leider der hohe Preis. Ich schiebe es mal auf die EM und den Sommer im Allgemeinen. Klimaanlage wäre top.

Wir kommen gern wieder in diese Hotel zurück.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel mit Garten und Terrasse. Nettes Personal und kostenfreien Heißgetränken und Obst rund um die Uhr. Der Zugang zum Hotel war dank Türcode immer möglich, auch wenn die Rezeption mal nicht besetzt war. Die Anbindung an Tram, Bus und U-Bahn ist dank der Lage Top.

Everything was super !

The location was perfect, close but calm. The breakfast was super good and helpful in the morning before starting the day. Staff were super helpful and friendly, and everything was clean. As young people, everything we needed was met.

Zum Wohlfühlen war das Zimmer nicht, aber die Lage hat uns mit der Ausstattung versöhnt.

Top Lage und nettes Personal.

Es gab keine Nachttischchen neben den Betten, keine Nachttischlampen, Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert und trotz Bemühungen des Personals konnte das Problem während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht gelöst werden. Der Eingangsbereich/Lobby war gar nicht wie in einem Hotel gestaltet und sowohl dort, als auch im Zimmer bestand die Austattung aus zusammengestellten gebrauchten Möbeln. Einziges Plus für diese Hotel: Top Lage.

Tout était très bien et super topissime accueil - Merci à la personne (Bretonne) qui nous a super aidé pour les transports (il y avait des grêves à berlin), et beaucoup aidé pour plein de choses. Au TOP ! Mille merci !!!

Supersauberes Hotel freundlichstes Personal. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gerne wieder

Superfreundliches Personal. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis. Ruhige Lage, kein Autolärm. Perfekte Sauberkeit. Und zusätzlich noch ein kostenloser Frühstücksimbiss zur Selbstbedienung.

Da gibt es Nix zu berichten.

Budget-friendly hostel with great staff

Very friendly staff who try to make the stay as pleasant as possible, with coffee and snacks for travelers both for breakfast and during the day. It was a clean and well-located housing for a budget.

The room was a bot cramped, as bathroom and bedroom were the same sized, but with the bed and other furniture leaving only turning space in the first room.

Nice hotel near subway

Great value for money. Clean and nice rooms, location immediately close to the subway.

The shower water temperature was difficult to control, and the water pressure in the shower was low. Not enough electrical sockets in the room — having one near the bed would be nice.

Clean, nice, accommodating hotel

The hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms were nicely cleaned. It was in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants and a little market on the corner. You enter the hotel from the street through a locked courtyard so it is quiet and secure.

The lights in the hallways turn off really quickly at night. They need to extend the delay on the light timer.

Nice clean place, good value

The room was good, nice shower, comfortable bed, very clean. Marko was an excellent host who made me feel very welcome. I would recommend this place.

Good

Good location, parking space that belongs to the hotel and is cheaper than parking on the streets. Comfortable bed.

Extremley small bathroom, the lift stops half floor lower so you have to take stairs anyway which is very unconvienient if you travel with baby. Very basis equipment in the room, room is very old and needs urgent renovation.

Nice small hotel in friedrichshain with the best location possible.

Best location and good service from the staff.

You can easily ear the noise from the hallway or other rooms but not a problem in my case.

Nice room but CAUTION: pre-arrange check-in, otherwise you

Loved my room, large, spacious and with much light!

However, the reception was quite unfriendly and a problem is the late check in! Luckily I told them I was coming late and they arranged for me to collect my keys from a box outside using a code. However, there was a couple that came at the same time as me and had not arranged for the late check-in. They had not received or seen the email that was sent out by the reception 2 hours before they closed so they had no key in the box waiting for them. I spent one hour helping them to try contact ANYONE from the hotel. Impossible. They could not get in and had to sleep elsewhere. NO ONE was available past 20:30. Before, I had asked the reception via booking if they could give me an emergency number in case the code system did not work. Instead, I received the reply that it had always worked before. When I told them about the couple the next day, I received an unfriendly reply that I could not just let people inside the building (to the reception, mind you, and they had a booking confirmation). Should I have left them in the freezing cold trying to find a way to contact the darn reception?

Second time in here. Location is good, price is very nice and staff is very friendly. I will come back again.

Breakfast was decent but not so good as before corona so I understand this situation. Wall is maybe little thin but in night there is silence in hotel from 22.00-6.00 so I can sleep well.
