The house is totally independent. Brick, stone slab, door and solid oak flooring are the key words of this restoration.
In the walled garden, a saltwater pool will relax and refresh you.
The house is very bright thanks to its 5 windows overlooking the garden, can accommodate one or more families. In RDC a splendid room of life with voutains of bricks and stone wall is opened on the garden and the swimming pool. Built-in kitchen with island, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, freezer compartment, 2 Nespresso coffee makers, juicer, toaster, coffee maker, soda stream, kettle, large induction hob. Dining table 16 seats, large leather corner sofa, bookcase and board games, will make good family moments.
TV, DVD, Bluetooth sound bar, wifi, network socket in the rooms.
Two bedrooms (1 bed 160 and sofa bed) and a bathroom with separate toilet, open onto the garden. You will also find on the ground floor a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The first floor has two other bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90) with a bathroom and separate toilet.
The second floor with a 180 ° view overlooking the countryside has a first bedroom (1 bunk bed and 1 bed 90) and a large bedroom with exposed beams and mezzanine (1 bed 160 and 2 single beds on mezzanine ).
In total 15 beds with new bedding.
Sheets and towels provided, great comfort thanks to the washed linen duvet covers, it's soft, light, cool in summer and comfortable in winter!
3 bathrooms with double basins, bath and walk-in shower. Closet in each room. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and central heating radiators on the floors.
Outside: Swimming pool 8m / 4m salt water, net fence on request, pool alarm, deck chairs, garden tables and chairs, pool house with toilet and shower, large plancha, ping pong, trampoline, sandbox.
The property in the countryside is near Carcassonne with its famous city, bordered by the Canal du Midi which is the most beautiful bike path in the region. It will allow you to access Carcassonne by bike or on foot (7kms). You can discover the Cathar country with these hilltop castles and picturesque villages. We will be very happy to receive you for a relaxing holiday full of discoveries!
