Très très bom séjour. Très bon endroit. Très bon Appartement.

Situation géographique, facilité de se garer et contact facile avec le propriétaire. Appartement rénové. Salle de bain très spacieuse et séparé du sanitaire. Le propriétaire nous a laissée des ventilateurs pour les chambres et salon.

Il faisait très chaud les jours de notre séjour. Il manque juste des rideaux aux chambres si tu pense dormir un peut plus après le lever du soleil.

Somewhat disappointing

Good location, a short walk to the main square but 20 mins to La CIté.

Three flights of stairs. No curtains or blinds at bedroom windows. Small double bed. No hanging space in double bedroom and nothing upon which to put your luggage. We were asked to strip beds (revealing stained duvet) and dispose of rubbish on departure. Asked and paid for parking pass to 5pm but told to return the pass at 3pm so we had to buy another ticket.

Lovely apartment in Carcassonne 20 min walk from old city, 2 min walk from restaurants & shops

Lovely view over the cathedral (but thankfully no bells, which I was concerned about before we went) 2 min walk from shops and restaurants and cafes. Lots of nice little touches (chocolate on arrival, information pack, dishwasher tab etc) Fans were very effective in very hot weather Shower was good, great TV Nice little place, good value for money

The apartment was in a very good location. Near the bars/shops/ restaurants but quiet at night so no problems sleeping. Modern clean and fresh interior with helpful touches like having fans in all the rooms. Lovely large bathroom and shower

Perfect, Luxurious Apartment

Le Voltaire exceeded my already high expectations. The location of the accommodation was within a little over five minutes walking distance from the station. The hosts were super friendly and assisted us with any questions we had regarding our stay and even allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours before check-in. The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and cozy with a lovely kitchen to prepare meals in.

Fabulous property, clean & very well appointed. Great location, minutes from main bars / restaurants & shops. Access to property easy, information via e-mail / folder in property really useful.

Carcassonne's best kept secret - clean modern apartment in a fantastic location.

Fantastic place to stay - don't hesitate - just a few blocks away from the Bastide quarter, with shops, bars, restaurants, etc. The airport shuttle bus stops at Le Dome just a few blocks away from the apartment, beautiful view of the small square in front of the apartment - faces St. Michael's Cathedral - so beautiful and peaceful.

Superb

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped in a wonderful location. Communication was excellent and we were very kindly allowed early access as we had an early flight.

What would improve this property would be some very minor things like providing shampoo, shower gel and mor toilet paper.

Overall a great place to stay and highly recommended.

Great location and extremely comfortable with good cooking and food preparation facilities. The instructions on how to enter the property were very clear which helped enormously. Great food and wine shops within easy walk.

There was no soap or shampoo available in the bathroom and perhaps that could have been made clear so that we brought some supplies along. Likewise the toilet paper was insufficient for our stay and was difficult to access given we were there over the Christmas period and shops were shut.

Fabulous apartment in central location with all amenities supplied.

Tastefully decorated apartment with all amenities, plenty of room for two adults, adult daughter and teenage son (good sofa bed). Fabulous shower room. Location 15 mins from medieval city and a few minutes from main square of Le Bastid. Only five minutes walk to Airport Shuttle at the Dome. Not for persons with mobility issues. Host was very responsive and helpful but would have been nice to meet in person.

Fantastic apartment but beware Carcassonne can be hot and this apartment has no aircon

The apartment is totally beautiful and the location amazing.

There is no Aircon and we were unable to sleep properly. Fans were provided and we left windows open but it was still unbearably hot. Plus having left windows open we were plagued by mosquitoes. It would be an amazing 10 out of 10 when the nights are not so hot.

Well presented, centrally located modern well equipped apartment.

This apartment was in a great central location for access to the old city for sight seeing, restaurants and shops. It is very modern, clean, well equipped for self catering and very spacious bathroom/shower facilities. There were plenty of parking options nearby which were very well detailed by the hosts before arriving. You do need to pay for parking but it is not that expensive and there is overnight parking at €7 for 24 hours in a nearby underground car park.

There was nothing I did not like about this apartment. However, it is worth pointing out that because there is no lift the three flights of stairs could cause a problem for some people carrying luggage or small children.
