Apartamento espacioso con vistas espectaculares sobre el castillo de Caracassone.

Apartamento espacioso, buena ubicación cerca del centro y del castillo y con vistas espectaculares desde la terraza del castillo.

El apartamento está al lado del cementerio. En el anuncio no se dice nada y aunque para nosotros no fue un problema resulto una sorpresa al verlo. Entiendo que para algunas familias puede ser un inconveniente y creo deberían nombrarlo.

not a major problem but the wifi coverage was not great - but that didn’t affect our stay

Spacious but it does need a bit more maintenance.

The views were really nice. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location is close enough to both Cite’s. Host was very informative and helpful.

The garden area is not well maintained. It’s not possible to use the garden due to overgrowth. The terrace is a bit tatty and in need of a painting and repair in places (tiles, gates and railings). The Wi-Fi is very poor and the smart TV doesn’t really work. Found that the 10am departure is too early especially that you must strip the beds, clean and put away crockery and empty the bins. No security for the terrace as the gates are not lockable. Roller shutters need to be put down at night which causes a fear that should electricity shut off I don’t know how you would get out.

Very clean well equipped and comfortable

A little bit outside the town and up on a hill some of our group had mobility issues and with the heat of over 30 degrees the walk was a challenge

Magical

We had a wonderful stay here. We were a group of 7 and booked the two apartments. We loved how the apartments could be adjoined. We had a beautiful view of the castle from the balcony which was magnificent in the morning and evening.

We loved everything about the apartment but maybe let guests know that the welcome pack was only for cleaning. This wasn't a problem but we would have bought extra things with us.

Convenient to tourist attractions - great views from terrace.

View from terrace was exceptional.

There is a bit of a problem with the water system. Toilet flushing very slow.

put us smack bang where we needed to be for a great price, great view and AIR CONDITIONING!

fantastic view of carcassonne. Valerie was excellent, even helping us with a medical issue when our son got an ear infection. highly recommended and in comfortable walking distance of both Cite gates

Very Large, spotless, modern appartment

It is a self catering, very large appartment with 3 bedrooms, so very comfortable for our family of 4 and dog. Everything was spotless and easy. It has a garden and a terrace. It is a 20 minute walk to the old City and about the same to the modern main street and the Canal du Midi. Everything can be done on foot. Dogs are welcome. Valerie, the person who met us, was very helpful and congenial. A great place with a few minor gremlins which should be easy to fix and make the place perfect.

The tiles on some of the steps down to the apartment (We had the Garden Suite) are loose, making it uneven and unsteady. During rain the move around, and might cause a slip or fall. Also the lock to the garden gate is broken and it swings open meaning that it was not possible for us to leave our dog unattended in the garden. Other than that nothing in particular. In the old City, I would avoid the restaurant called 'La terrace', very cold welcome (if any) and moody service. The Trivalou on the same street was very good with a lovely service. Fred, in the center of town by the Canal du Midi was ok (their cassoulet was too big for one person, and overpriced we thought)

Highly recommend to stay in the apartment

The apartment was absolutely fantastic. All rooms were greatly furnished, huge balcony with a beautiful view to the midevil city of Carcassonne. Valerie was extremely nice and informative. We will definately stay there again and would highly recommend it. It is certainly a great value

Everything. Stunning views and modern stylish apartment. Letting agent in Carcassonne was fantastic. Could not have been more helpful.

Picking here now but sun loungers were not great. That’s the only thing though
