Magnifique séjour au coeur d'une ville historique, calme et radieuse.

L'hôtel Intergate Kanazawa est très bien situé entre la gare et les principales zones à visiter dans la ville, comme le château, le jardin qui lui est associé et la zone où habitaient les samuraïs. A partir de l'hôtel on peut confortablement parcourir à pied les différentes distances et s'attarder pour apprécier les charmes de la ville. Concernant les équipements, la chambre était très confortable, relativement spacieuse et silencieuse. Avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour un agréable séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment copieux et la salle lounge est spacieuse, agréable. C'est un bel endroit pour se poser un moment, prendre le petit-déj. ou un verre et penser à ce que l'on va faire de sa journée ou soirée. Le personnel est également très sympathique et prévenant.

Ce n'est pas quelque chose que je n'ai pas apprécié, mais les bains pourraient être plus grands. Ils se réduisent à la zone où on se lave et à un seul bassin. Il n'y a pas d'autres variantes en dehors de ce bassin. Mais l'endroit est extrêmement propre, bien éclairé, le bassin est décoré de carreaux bleus, disposés en damier de coloris différents, et il y a une joli panneau à contempler sur le mur. Certes celui-ci est standardisé mais il laisse l'imagination se promener quelque peu. Donc j'aurais aimé que les bains soient plus grands mais ils m'ont néanmoins offert de très beaux moments dé détente.

Excelente relación calidad-precio

Habitaciones bien equipadas y bastante modernas y amplias. Lo mejor el servició de snacks incluido en el precio durante todo el día. Se puede tomar café, tés, zumos, refrescos y algunos snacks, vino e incluso arroz caldoso por la noche, todo incluido. No incluye el desayuno de la mañana que es de pago, pero te puedes llevar café o té para el camino. Tienen un baño público (onsen) que es bastante pequeño pero se agradece para un baño caliente al final del día. Muy buena relación calidad precio. La habitación doble nos salió por 55-60€, el hotel más barato de nuestro viaje a Japón y el que más cosas incluía.

Todo estuvo perfecto.

Perfecto

Ofrecían bebidas y snaks a la hora de la merienda y una cena sencilla, a base de sopa y verduras gratis. Tenían un montón de amenities de cuidado facial. El onsen público de mujeres muy limpio y agradable. El check in y out a través de unas máquinas que había en la entrada muy fácil y cómodo. La habitación muy amolia Los kimonos disponibles muy bonitos y cómodos.

Está a 20 minutos andando de la estación de tren, pero en autobús son 10 minutos.

Good location for sightseeing

Good location, solid breakfast, complimentary coffee-drink-snack lounge, useful laundry, helpful staff.

Room a bit tight, the entrance corridor serves as a part of the bathroom (sink) and as a table for complimentary beverages. No facilities such as bar, restaurant etc.

A great hotel !

Amazing staff, very helpful and kind Room was big, sparkling clean and the bed was very confortable Happy hours (and other hotel offerings) are a very nice addition which create a friendly atmosphere in the hotel The location is ideal to visit Kanazawa (and region) as it is close to the city center as well as to the train station

新しく、大変きれいである。 TWNでしたが、部屋はバス、トイレ、洗面台が別々。お風呂は椅子があるほどゆったりと広いですが、その上　大浴場まである。またロビーラウンジではウエルカムドリンクからハッピーアワーの飲み物、夜にはとても贅沢なお茶漬けまで用意されていた点。

Close to everything, nice areas to walk around in. Clean and very nice, welcoming fragrance when you enter. Free drinks and snacks through all hours of the day (they even mix cocktails for you for free). Loved the communal bath on the 2nd floor.

INTERGATE had very clean, comfortable rooms- everything looked very new and well maintained. They have amazing additional services including laundry, Japanese baths and free drinks/ coffee/ snacks in the lobby lounge all day. Location is also very convenient to main sites. A great stay and excellent value at a low price

Comfortable, clean and value-for-money! Will stay again!

It was a very clean, quiet and functional hotel very conveniently located near Omicho Market and the Castle, and there's a Family Mart nearby. I really loved the design of the Superior Twin room as it was spacious and very user-friendly in the space layout and aesthetics! I also appreciated the firm bed and pillow that was a mix of firm and soft, depending on which side used. I appreciate too the Japanese hospitality where they provided a useful selection of toiletries, and also food and drinks throughout the day, and the breakfast selection was very good too -- a very wide variety of international and Japanese options! I loved that they had a public bath with both indoor and outdoor options!

Nothing. I was very pleased with my choice. The walk from the station wasn't too long -- about 20 min away, but in the winter and with my heavy luggage, it seemed a bit longer. But, nonetheless, it's a good location for sightseeing.

Excellent location

Great location, very central to walk to the castle park gardens, Kenroku, the fish market, samurai district and also loads of restaurants and shopping in the neighbourhood. In the lounge stairs they provide tea, coffee and juice all day. From 5-7 is happy hour, red, white and sparkling wine with snacks. Fantastic service and very friendly staff.

ラウンジの兄さん、青年が、不親切極まる！出張で来た、文化会館へ行く道を尋ねたら、大通りに出たら真っ直ぐ行く、と返答。行っても行っても、文化会館は見つからず、さい川？向こう迄行き過ぎ、会議に間に合わず大混乱した。他府県から仕事で来て宿泊して、土地に不案内だからわざわざ聞いて居るのに、極めて不親切だった。信頼出来ない。

サービスが充実している。朝食もおやつもお夜食もおいしい。大浴場がある。場所が良い。

朝食の混雑時は待たされたる。一列に並んで行列になったり、満席と断っているならば、〝お好きなところからお取りください〟などスタッフが声を出して回転を良くすれば良いと思った。部屋のソファーの横の壁に小さな虫が付いていて、流行りの虫かと慌てて調べたところ、違ったが焦った。ラウンジで忙しい時だからか、スタッフに返事と表情がきついなと思う方がいた。

ホテルの設備が素晴らしくバスタブが大きい。ベッドのマットも寝心地が良かった。新しいホテルなので綺麗で申し分ないホテルでした。

大浴場が小さく夜の８時以降は大変混み合っており、２日目は入ることが出来ずに部屋のお風呂を使用した。

Perfect hotel for weekend stay

Nice check in staff, able to check in an hour early as our room was ready(which was great as it was raining). Also able to look after bags for departure. Good breakfast options Excellent value for money.

Outstanding staff, value and location for a short stay on Kanazawa

Conveniently located to the Castle gardens and close to the hop-on/off bus stop. Great staff and added extras really make for an excellent and value packed stay.

Rooms a tad on the small side, but standard for value priced rooms in Japan.

Very central location, kind and helpful staff and everyone could speak English. In the lobby there was a lot of free drinks and food, even some wine in the evening. For breakfast, the hotel provided a broad variety of different delicious foods.

Really good value for money. Amazing location

Nice hotel in a great location. We were close to all the main point of interest: Kenroku-en Garden, the castle, etc. When we arrived there were free refreshments which was great because it was incredibly hot. At night, staring ~9.30pm there are free rice and beverages. The receptionist explained everything to us, very clearly and was very kind. The breakfast was good, with Japanese options, not just continental breakfast The room was bigger than we expected, comfortable and clean.

Difficult to find something to complain about.
