Soggiorno a Berlino

Posizione molto comoda, fermate del tram e del bus vicinissime. La camera era spaziosa e pure il bagno. La colazione a buffet, sia dolce che salata, abbondante e abbastanza varia. Una grande comodità il dispenser d'acqua per riempire bottiglie e borracce, gran risparmio visto il costo dell'acqua a Berlino! Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo per essere una capitale.

Dopo tre notti la camera non era stata rifatta. Abbiamo appeso il cartello per richiedere la pulizia. Sono passati, hanno rifatto un solo letto su tre, svuotato i cestini e in bagno pulito la doccia sì, il lavandino no e per terra solo una passata.

Mitarbeiter beim Check-Out Hochagressiv und ausfallend. Optisch und charakterlich der Woke Kultur zu zu ordnen. Absolut nicht ansprechbares oder Absprachefähiges Personal. Sehr enttäuschend !

The temperature in the building was extremely hot and warm after 7am and the noise is everywhere because the teenager’s trip was common every week also the walls are made of paper

Preis-Leistung ist top

Preis-Leistung ist top. Uns hat besonders die Laage und das Frühstück gefallen. Wir hatten einen super unkomplizierten Aufenthalt. Toll war auch das Auschecken und ebenso das späte Frühstück bis 12 Uhr.

Parkmöglichkeiten aber das ist Berlin :)

Prima ontbijt, voldoende variatie in broodjes, beleg en yoghurt

Veel scholieren in groepen verblijven er en die maken nogal wat herrie. Ook de binnenplaats is erg gehorig.

Das Hotel wird viel von Schulklassen genutzt. Was sich an zwei Abenden / Nächte auf die Lautstärke des Flures auswirkte.

The first time I have had such a bad experience, very hard and disappointing!

Deutsch: Das Bad im Zimmer hatte einen üblen Geruch und die Luft war im ganzen Zimmer schlecht, so dass es völlig unmöglich war, zu schlafen. Der Boden des Zimmers hatte eine sehr dicke graue Schicht und die Tapete blätterte ab. Das Obst zum Frühstück war aus der Dose und nicht frisch. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, aber sie stand den Gästen nicht zur Verfügung, so dass sie Kaffee aus einem großen Eimer trinken mussten, was sehr schlecht war. Das angebotene Frühstück enthielt nicht einmal die einfachsten Eier. English: The bathroom in the room had a bad smell and the air was bad throughout the room, making it completely impossible to sleep. The floor of the room had a very thick grey layer and the wallpaper was peeling. The fruit for breakfast was canned and not fresh. There was a coffee machine but it was not available to guests so they had to drink coffee from a big bucket which was very bad. The breakfast offered did not include even the most basic eggs.

Great location and staff, the room was comfortable but bathroom could be renew

The room was big and had all that I expected. The beds were comfortable and the windows were perfect for allowing outer fresh air.

The bathroom was a little bit smelling due to the old facilities. The shower area was very small and uncomfortable to move easily in it.

Cool little hotel on the top 3 floors of an old factory

All the comfort and privacy of a hotel but with the fun vibes of a hostel. The building itself is a converted factory and is very cool. When we stayed the guests were a real mix of (very polite!) groups, couples and families. The continental breakfast buffet in particular was delicious and available all the way up to midday. I don't think I've ever had a breakfast available that late, usually it's a choice between sleeping in or eating but not both! Staff were friendly and location was good, in a quiet area but close to public transport. Would stay again!

Very little negative to say, but in the spirit of balance - the rooms were a good size, clean and well-appointed but not in perfect repair - we had a broken socket that had been covered with tape and buzzed a bit when on. The beds were VERY firm, which was okay, but if you don't like that it's not the hotel for you.

Next time same place!

Very good breakfast, but a bit croudy, perhaps it could be served in a more spacious way.

I asked for a twin room but got a double bed.

The management of the hotel was careless with the client.

i didn’t like that I had issues with flashing the toilet water. For three days the problems was not solved. it was stinky and i wanted to be outside all the time. They said they would give me some money back, which never happened.
