De ligging was echt heel goed! Tevens een uitgebreide ontbijt buffet.
Ik vond t erg jammer dat we geen koffieautomaat/waterkoker hadden op onze kamer.
Tevens hadden we een gewone kamer geboekt maar kregen een kamer voor invaliden, de badkamer etc oogde lelijk.
Onze bed kraakte ontzettend en lag niet lekker. Tevens hoorde je de afzuiging de hele nacht door.
Ik ben beter gewend van deze keten.

Nettes Personal. Perfekte Lage um Berlin zu entdecken. Das Frühstück war sehr ausreichend.
Wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Kaffee und Tee konnte man mit dem Wasserkocher im Zimmer zubereiten.
Der Teppich hatte ein paar Flecken.
Der Schrank hat nur ein Regalbrett. Und das ganz oben. Zu wenig bei 3 personen um seine Kleidung aus dem Koffer zu holen.

Proche d'Alexanderplatz, l'emplacement est parfait pour tous les transports en commun. La place comporte également beaucoup de restaurants si l'on souhaite manger aux alentours.
Le petit déjeuner ultra complet était très bon. il y en a pour tous les goûts - sucré, salé, sain, moins sain - boissons chaudes, boissons froides.
Belle surprise de voir que notre chambre était déjà prête à 9h30 le matin alors que les clés sont normalement remise a 15h.
Petit bémol le sèche cheveux qui ne souffle pas d'air chaud et le réglage de la température de la douche qui dysfonctionait un peu mais rien d'insurmontable !

Het is een druk toeristenhotel. Dat merk je vooral in de ochtend bij het ontbijt. Goed ontbijt maar door de drukte valt het toch tegen.

I chose it mainly for the location and price. Both turned out as I wanted. Very easy from the airport and to the venues I had. Checking in and out was smooth. The room was nice and functioned very well. Breakfast was ample and with good quality. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The reviews for the hotel varied a lot, so I was a bit concerned. However, I only had very good experiences. So, there was nothing I didn’t like.

Very basic hotel , bed not very comfortable and worst pillows I have ever used . Not very clean , items behind tv that had not been cleaned from last occupant . Stains on pillows . Only one towel per person for two days until housekeeping on third day of stay . Small room .Television channels only in German .

Breakfast and location are definitely main attributes of this place.
The price to quality ratio was far from good. The hotel was taking in large groups as we arrived, therefore longer queues were present. Cleanliness was not so good, as floors were not 100% clean, and the toilet seat as well seem to have been cleaned in rush. Overall, the first impression when you entered the room is ''it has just been cleaned in rush''.
Also, the garage can only take up to 20 cars, which is ridiculous for a hotel this big. I could not buy a 2 day ticker, rather I had to go to the reception each time I wanted to exit garage and pay for the parking.
The hotel is located by a very busy road and a tram line, therefore there is noise present throughout the night.
Altogether I would not recommend this hotel for business people that spend a couple days in Berlin and whose time is money. This hotel aims at tourists that have city centre within their walking distance.

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und die Lage bestens.
Leider war die Aufbettung (Sofa) derart unbequem. Ich habe schon viele Schlafsofas in Hotels kennengelernt aber das war mit Abstand das Schlimmste. Die Federn u Kanten merkte man bei jeder Bewegung. Ein Topper würde dies ggf mildern.

El alojamiento en una ubicación fenomenal, aunque lo que sí diría es que a los al rededores la zona visualmente no se ve muy bien pero estratégicamente si lo es.. la atención del personal fue excelente, nos atendió Martin que hablaba español y fue muy fácil, nos resguardaron las maletas en lo que estaba lista la habitación y había un módulo de atención a turistas donde compramos el pase al city bus.

Super Frühstück, Parken ist Glückssache (bei uns war die Tiefgarage "besetzt", daher eine Straße weiter geparkt), großer TV, lange Frühstückszeiten und Sauberkeit insgesamt gut.
Mehr Parkplätze wären gut, die Betten waren nicht wirklich bequem und es ist schon wirklich sehr laut bei offenem Fenster.

A 5' de Alexanderplatz y su torre, aire moderno, funcional y correcto. Incluso a pie se pueden visitar muchos de los atractivos de la ciudad. Muchas opciones de restauración en la plaza.
El desayuno nos pareció estupendo, muchas opciones y con muchas mesas que no se llenaron aún estando muy concurrido.
Se alquilan bicis en el hall (15€/día) sin problema.
Personal amable y correcto.
Hacen la habitación pasadas dos noches, no antes.
El sofá cama es bastante incómodo para un adulto.

נגנבו מהחדר אוזניות ולא סייעו לנו במשך יומים עד שאיתרנו בעצמנו ומישהי באורח "נס" החסירה אותם למשטרה באלכסנדרפלאצ. ואספנו מישם. אמרנו בזמן איתרנו את הבית היכן זה נמצא בלילה הairpods ולא סייעו בכלום. לקחנו מונית לשם צילמנו הבית יכלו לאתר בקלות מי גר שם מהעובדים לא עזרו. וגם לא החזירו את עלות המונית למרות שהנהג חליל דיבר איתם בגרמנית ואני ביקשתי והצגתי קבלה.

I left my iPhone charger cable in the room and when I returned at night, it was gone. I lodged a complaint but they never resolved anything. They even told me it was more likely that I had lost it myself. In the end, I had to buy a new cable... very disappointing."

Breakfast was decent, and the check-in process went fast and smooth
The cleaning aspect needs to be improved. The room had stints in the carpet, the shower didn’t look quite clean either. It looks like the room had been cleaned days ago, and they never refresh it. The windows do not isolate completely the noise from outside, and also we could hear some doors being closed late at night around.

Mugav asukoht, vaatamisväärsused jalutuskäigu kaugusel, mõnedel päevadel ei kasutanudki metrood. Lähedal on Alexanderplatz metroojaam, kohvikud ja poed. Voodid olid OK. Hommikusöök oli tõesti suurepärane ja rikkalik, toit igale maitsele. Lapsele eriti meeldis, et saab ise vahvleid küpsetada.
Linnaosa ei ole minu hinnangul kõige ilusam, aga sõltubki sellest, mida tahad linnas vaadata ja kuhu poole liikuda, et mitte kulutada palju aega (või siis raha transpordile).
Queen tuba, eeldasin, et see on suurem, aga pole hullu.

Die Lage ist für Stadterkundungstouren hervorragend, und nach einem fantastischen Frühstück geht man gut gestärkt in den Tag, sehr zu empfehlen!
Teppichboden, aber das ist in Hotels mit Trittschalldämmung und Lärm immer Thema, alles mit Vinyl auslegen ist da sicher keine Option, aber der Teppich war sehr gepflegt und sauber.

The location
They only clean the rooms after the second night. However, it was not the case for me because they forgot it so I spend three days without cleaning. When I complained they said they will do it the following day. The following day I asked in the reception to have the roomed cleaned while I was away and that I would be back in 40 min. It didn’t happen and I complained again demanding cleaning. They only sent messages to the cleaning personal and said that was all they could do. It was unpleasant to have to complain twice to have the room cleaned. I don’t recommend the hotel at all

Had some issues with check in, missed 1st night because of the flight delayed, although it was all paid, my room was sold out already next morning, although I notified hotel via booking.
The pillows are full of dust, this should be cleaned up.
The place is really noisy because of active traffic outside.
