My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It gave us much more flexibility and better value than staying at the resorts, which were nearby.
The pool was bigger than the online listing, which was great for our kids.
The proximity to Palm Beach and Eagle Beach was greater, which allowed us access to that, but also to have more quiet than being at the resort.

The list of things that needed attention would take an hour to list. Many things didn’t work and many things were broken. There were some things that were missing.

My wife and I are in our mid-seventies; we've rented many villas over the years in Europe, the Indian Ocean, the Pacific and the Caribbean, both for multi-generational holidays and for just the two of us. This villa was up there with the best of them. We had a few issues on arrival but these were resolved promptly and efficiently despite some difficulties communicating with the management team. Some of these issues should have been reported by previous guests, as it was obvious that they hadn't occurred the day we arrived. There are two supermarkets just a 5 minute walk away (even for 75/76 year-olds in 33 degree sun); turn left out of the gate, take the first left, walk past the waste ground and through the gap by Wendy's. Both supermarkets are on the left, stocking packaged and fresh food, beer, wine and spirits. Pika’s Corner, a local cafe is just over the road.

When we first got to property we had some difficulties with toilet refrigerator and instructions on how lights and jacuzzi works. Very impressed all issues were resolved in less than 24 hours. New toilet, bags of ice and in person instructions on utilities at house. The only thing I will say is some appliances need a little upgrade and the jacuzzi area needs resurfacing sheet you lean your back on. But if I came back to Aruba or had friends coming I would definitely recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything was just as advertised. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed dining outdoors in the evening! Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The location was great - walkable to some nice restaurants and not far from Palm Beach. Check-in process super easy. Would definitely stay here again! We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children.

The property was in a good location. There was almost no communication with the manager. The house was clean enough, but there were things like the coffee pot/ maker, shower floor, grill, panini maker and patio floor were all dirty. The dishwasher was repaired with an arm that was too big to spin. The drains were all slow to drain. Dogs barked loudly most nights around 1am.

There was very poor communication with host. Sent a couple messages with no response and then did not answer all questions. Were supposed to be met at house at 4 pm, no one was there except the house cleaners who let us in. Someone came at 4:40 but never showed us anything in the house, no idea how the oven worked, or the pool and hot tub which the water water totally green, a dirty towel and men’s underwear on the chair and the ladder was broken it was very unsafe. That should have been fixed before any guests arrived as a big safety issue. I messaged manager and host with no response until Thursday evening after I had to message again. And told me the guests before us were wild. That is no reason my party had to suffer. We paid a lot of money for a house with a pool and we were unable to use the pool for 2 days. The master bathroom had an old bar of soap and wrappers left on the window ledge. So that tells me that it was never cleaned properly. The washing machine didn’t spin out the water. Someone did come to look at it and told us it was fixed but never showed us what was wrong or how to make sure it doesn’t happen again and of course it happened the next wash. we have stayed in many houses in this area and was very disappointed and nothing from the host not even an acknowledgment of our concerns or complaints. Definitely would not stay here again and it’s a shame because it’s a lovely house and a good location.

Property wonderful ,great area I was hoping to rent this property every year before we move into a timeshare ,however there were too many problems with the host ,pool issues , no gas to stove, lights in yard turned off couldn’t use the pool a few days we were told go to beach and several days no response ☹️In the end they did refund 1 night after VRBO got involved All prior reviews were great That’s why I booked ! Loved the house

While this property had several great reviews, it did not meet expectations at all during our stay. Communication was a significant issue. I requested check in instructions while we were en route to Aruba. The instructions did not include how to operate the stove (we had to light a pilot light) and jacuzzi (no heat), but the host did advise of how to turn off the alarm, however, the alarm panel was dark and not operational. There was supposed to be someone to stop by and give administrative instructions, but no one ever came. There were two refrigerators were in the kitchen, the newer model was inoperable. The swimming pool had debris in it and did not look as though it had been cleaned before our arrival (the pool guy came on our last day). The coffee machine was extremely old and didn’t look clean. There were no dish towels, other than one drying cloth and no napkins or paper towels. There were four of us staying at the property but there were only two washcloths. We requested more towels and they were delivered in a trash bag. The shower drains did not work very well, we needed to wear shower shoes to keep from slipping and the water was at least an inch and a half deep during each shower. We never received any check out instructions, so we locked up and left the keys where we picked them up from and loaded and ran the dishwasher. I also sent a message in the Vrbo app, stating those actions and never received a response or acknowledgement of receipt.

I thought the property was spacious and had a lot of sitting areas. The bedrooms were good size as was the living room. It was nice to have a washer and dryer on the property. The property was in a good location to many restaurants/ hotels within walking distance. I would recommend a car to get to the beach as the walk is a little far with chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and bags.The property could use some upgrades as wear and tear are noted. I was disappointed in the back yard/pool area as it was difficult to enjoy, due to mosquitos biting us.
The home did not come with enough toilet paper or dish towels, and although there was a dishwasher, there was not any dishwashing powder or tablets.
The house was located in a neighborhood with many barking dogs during the day and the night.
I did not find host communication timely both prior and during our stay.

House was perfect for two couples. Walk to the beach was easier than expected. Just cut behind Domino Pizza and cross the street toward the Hyatt. Couldn’t ask for better backyard. Few little things but not even worth mentioning. One AC unit was not working when we arrived but it was fixed within 24 hours so kudos to them. Great location in comparison to Hotels, restaurants, casinos and shopping. Would definitely book the house again. Great vacation 😀.

I spent a very enjoyable 30 days there
The property was very clean on arrival and the AC was on for me so it was nice and cool. Everything is as stated in the listing. There are some signs of wear and tear around the property--the landscaping isn't being irrigated so some of the trees and plants in the yard look sad and dry. One AC in the main living area leaked occasionally with signs that it was a chronic issue. The remote for the driveway gate worked for 2 days and then was broken the rest of my visit (awaiting a part). I heard dogs barking and roosters at night but this didn't bother me at all. (I live in a loud city neighborhood).
I had visitors flying in and out over the month and it is a perfect place to entertain.
The positives:
1. Very responsive and friendly management team. They called back within seconds (even when I accidentally butt dialed). They were there in minutes if needed. It was very reassuring to have such thoughtful management.
2. Beautiful pool with spacious deck and bar area. So wonderful. The pool was cleaned twice a week and kept sparkling.
3. Plenty of propane in the BBQ and a well-stocked kitchen
4. AC in all bedrooms worked well.
5. Very well lighted around the property. I felt safe.
6. Excellent location. Easy walk to the Palm Beach restaurant and hotel action. Short drive to Arashi beach which we went to 3-4 days a week. 3 minute walk to Wacky Wahoos.
7. Good wi-fi (after one hiccup). Many friends were working remotely from the villa.
Any of the negatives I mentioned I did just for an honest review, but for me they were FAR outweighed by the positives. I plan on (I hope) returning next winter.

Property mgmt responded promptly when needed. Rental was nice size. Minimally furnished. Gated. Felt safe. Patio furniture could be improved. Surrounding Neighbors dogs bark every night and for awhile as does the rooster crow before dawn. Though you can walk to palm beach area,We drove to make it much easier.

Excellent location
There were a few issues in the beginning, however, they were resolved immediately. The location was excellent, close to everything, and the property all we needed. We have already recommended it to friends that are coming next year. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent villa
A couple days before going I was nervous because I had not received my check in information but I reached out the the property by email and phone and got a prompt response. The experience was otherwise uneventful and that’s what I like. The villa was clean with all the essentials and the jacuzzi works. Close to the hotel strip and also walking distance from restaurants.

Good property but needs TLC
This was a good house for its value. Located about 10 min walk from main tourist beach (not the best if you like clear water and quiet), have to cross a major road to get there. Pool area is nice, pool is cleaned twice a week and is pleasant. Also liked the bar area that is perfect for barbequing.
The house itself is somewhat dated. Master bedroom has a sagging mattress, we had back pain every morning. Very little furniture and not much comfort. The pool table in the pictures was no longer there, owner agreed to refund $100 and said someone forgot to take old picture down... Also was missing a hammock, which they attempted to replace with a joke for a hammock, was painful to sit in it.
We had a few minor inconveniences, hot water did not work well for first few days until we complained and then it magically started to work. Multiple light bulbs had to be replaced. We arrived to empty gas grill tank, was replaced promptly but it was inconvenient. Then turned out grill has defective which was also fixed.
Owner was semi-responsive, saying that it was a holiday, etc. but ultimately fixed most of our concerns. My advice is to do full inspection first day.

Beautiful Spacious home/property
We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location with beach and shopping within walking distance. Any issue we had with the property was promptly taken care of day or night and the manager was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend. No hesitation in staying another time.

Great location
This villa was the perfect location for our needs. It was a very short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. You really couldn't ask for a much better location. The neighborhood around the property seems to be developing. Great villa for the value.

Perfect little Oasis
Very nice place close to Palm Beach. We were able to walk everywhere. When we arrived there was an issue with one of the AC units, but property management took care of this immediately. Staff was very friendly and responsive.

Good property and walking distance to beaches
Overall was a great vacation for family. Property was clean and well maintained. Pool is great feature. My only complaint was the neighbors dog, which barked all night long and especially in the wee hours of the morning. If you are a light sleeper, this could be problematic.

Wonderful Christmas visit
We spent the week for Christmas. It was a lovely property with amazing landscaping. The gardeners, pool cleaner, and house cleaners all came by to keep the property neat.
Other reviews mention a short walk to the beach. For us it was still a bit too far with a busy road section BUT the drive is only 5 minutes and there is plenty of free parking.
We had a few glitches with WiFi and other minor items. The property management always got back to us quickly and resolved issues fast.
The home doesn’t have left over paper goods, spices or cleaning supplies from prior guests so bring some items with you or plan a stop at the local store just around the corner.

Beautiful private Villa minutes from the beach
We loved our stay at the Villa. The location is very private and the outdoor pool area is fantastic. Plenty of space, and all the amenities you need for cooking and relaxing. The staff was attentive answering emails and the transport from the office took the time to show us around the villa and the surrounding area. The walk to the beach is maybe 5-7 minutes and there are food options near by, not including the hotels on the strip.
Some general suggestions, check out the Old Cunucu house. Authentic food and really close by. Stop by the Super Foods and stock up on groceries and/or alcohol. The villa is has a fully equipped kitchen and grille and the Super foods is the best grocery store on the island. You will need to drive or cab there.

Awesome Villa in the best location
This was the second time we rented this villa. The first time was 3 years ago and we could't wait to come back. The villa is located in a quite neighborhood just a short walk from the shops, restaurants, and the beach. The walk to the beach is safe and took us about 8 - 10 min with 2 small kids. We always used the Raddison's beach and never had any problems. Countless restaurants are within a 5 min walk.
The villa itself is fully equipped with everything you need. If something isn't there, just call Lucy and she will take great care of you. The place is also very specious. The kitchen is large and there is a nice size dining table for 6. The best part of the villa is the pool. The water is crystal blue and the gardens are very well maintained.
Our second trip we traveled with our 2 year old daughter and our friends also had a small child. Before check in we asked Lucy for a crib and there was one waiting for us at no charge. To our surprise, there was also a high chair. Now, thats customer service :)
We searched several villas for our second trip. However, the location and the appearance of this villa and the pool were no match to the other properties.
We are looking to come back in 2 years and will definitely be renting this villa again. Thank you again Giovanni and Lucy:)

Wonderful vacation spot on beautiful Aruba!
This was our ninth visit to Aruba, but our first time renting a villa. We would definitely rent this villa again! Quiet (except for the crowing rooster, but even that wasn't too bad), clean, close to great restaurants and grocery stores. You should rent a car to explore the island and all of the beautiful beaches. The pool on site is well maintained and clean. John, the pool man, is very pleasant and made our stay that much more enjoyable. What a great guy! Any questions or concerns we had about the villa during our stay were answered pleasantly by Lucy from the management office ( an easy phone call away). The housekeeper did a fabulous job keeping the property clean for us. We would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away from the noise and crowds at the hotels.

very nice house with good location
The house is very nice and is located 10 minutes walk to palm bech. A lot of nice restaurants within walking distance. The house is very clean and have all the things you needed. Thanks Natalie for doing a fantastic job! However the swimming pool service was a joke. Since it is blowing a lot many leaves and smaller branches end up in the pool. A net provided for us to clean the pool had been great. Now it was so dirty in the pool sometimes that you did not wanted to use it. The food store that had everything you need for cooking was 10 minutes away with car.
We had a fantastic three weeks in the house and we liked it very much despite of the pool issue. The house manager was very responsive and served us well.

Great Stay @ Palm Beach Villa!
We just returned from a lovely 1 week stay at this house. We were 5 adults and 1 toddler and the house's size and amenties worked perfectly for us. The house was clean and well maintained. Everything was as noted in this listing, no dissappointments. I should note that the house does not come with an oven, this was not a problem for us as the BBQ was top notch, however I do feel I should note it. We got great use of the lovely pool day and night. We loved the bar and sink outside, we ate almost all of our meals out there. The outdoor pool table was used several times by our male occupants - the loved it. Our daughter had great fun with the inflatable pool toys provided. We even managed to take advantage of a fallen coconut from of one of the many trees on the property and made wonderful coconut margaritas in the blender provided - simply fabulous! Giovanni was very friendly, greeting us upon arrival for house orientation. He was both prompt and attentive with all of our requests during our stay.
Both the house and the pool were cleaned while we were there (actually the pool was cleaned twice). The only drawback is that there are several local dogs in the area and they tend to bark quite loudly at night and very early in the morning. In addition, a rental car was very helpful for us with this house, it is a bit of a trek to the beach. It is doable for adults, but not for kids. We can't wait to return for another stay next year!
