Home is equipped with all the amenities of home and comes with flat screen tv's in all rooms, includes premium cable channels.Great WIFI for all of you zoommers! Home is centrally located just a few minutes from downtown. There are amazing restaurants and wineries all within minutes of the home. Also for those who like to cook property comes equipped with a BBQ Island outside..

My husband and I stayed here with our son and his fiancée. The house is very well kept and clean. The backyard is a nice haven, even though we didn’t use it much. Frank was very responsive and checked in with us several times during our stay to ensure everything was in order. Great stay!

The place was better in person than the photos showed. There were two couples in our group, we had several spaces to gather together and have our own space when needed. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer.

Thank you to Frank a great host and a beautiful home with many amenities. The house was in a great neighborhood and was so close to restaurants and stores as well as easy to get to wine tasting venues. House was very clean. The home had comfortable seating and a great outdoor patio. The kitchen was well equipped. Just bring your own spices, condiments, cooking oil and of course your food. We made breakfast before heading out and it was convenient for us. The bedrooms are large and roomy. Definitely would stay there again. Thank you again Frank for being a great host. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.

Great Property and Frank was awesome to work with. I set up tastings based on his recs and we had a fantastic time. He drove us around one day as part of his package he offers to guests and it was SO WORTH IT!! He has great info and so helpful!! Will def be coming back. Fantastic weekend !!

Loved this home, great location close to downtown, perfect house for a fun weekend in Napa with our friends. Frank the owner was really kind, even supplied coffee and fresh flowers. We also enjoyed having wine and lunch in the backyard too.

The host was very helpful and friendly. We were only here for one night and did have 1 big issue late at night. The homeowner told us he was on it the next day to be sure the next guest did not have the same issue. Lovely backyard area

Nice place and great access point to Napa and Sonoma. We had a very nice time and the owner is a strong communicator. The house had everything we needed for a 1 week stay with 2 couples. Thanks for a great time no a very nice place.

We had a great time at the house! Frank was super accommodating and was great to work with. It was a great location and downtown was an easy mile walk. There was a super cute outdoor space but it was a little too chilly while we were there. Overall we had a great time!

This house was perfect for our stay. A decent walk to downtown Napa but quick Uber if walking isn’t your thing. Frank was amazing at answering our questions quickly, giving great recommendations for spots to eat and visit and overall a great host checking in with us and being there when needed! Would highly recommend and were already talking about rebooking with him for our next trip!!

This was such a great place for our family to stay while visiting Napa. The home was very comfortable and spacious and I loved the great style, decor and attention to detail that shows they care. The fresh flowers and beautiful backyard were also very much enjoyed. From the beginning, Frank the owner and host was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating which is so important. He answered all of our questions and made great suggestions regarding wineries, restaurants, time frames and even offered a driver which was especially helpful as this was our first time to Napa. We were very pleased with our experience and highly recommend Frank and this amazing home for anyone visiting Napa! And we look forward to returning! Thank you Frank!

Very happy with property. Franks rents generaliy to two couple, even though it is a three bedroom. So that left a lot of space for luggage etc. we found it very clean and well appointed. Frank met us there and spent a half hour discussing the area and details about the house. He was through and very likable.

Wonderful experience staying here. The house is even better in person than pictured. We stayed in December, and the host had decorated everything for Christmas and also put out tons of fresh flowers everywhere. It was so homey and cozy. The beds are also very comfy! The host also went above and beyond with tons of recommendations for restaurants/wineries. Would absolutely come back!!

The house was perfect for the four of us! The outdoor space was amazing and great to relax after a day of wine tours. Frank did a great job helping us plan our long weekend. Highly recommend his car service too. We loved every minute of our stay in Napa. Also, the location was so convient to everything!
