This spacious new home built in 2005 is set between the Pacific Ocean in front, and a beautiful forested Wet Land in the back with a view of Tillamook Head.
At almost 4000 sq feet of living area and decks, you will have plenty of room for everyone. (up to 12 adults + children under 5)
The bedrooms are very large with either a King or Queen bed. And there are 2 dens with several additional beds. We do not allow outside bedding to be brought in. There is ample bedding provided.

We stayed at Ron and Marcy’s over the weekend of Hood to Coast. It was a wonderful space to stay with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Ron and Marcy were very responsive to any issues that came up. We’re looking forward to coming back next year.

Many in my family have vacationed in Seaside for years, and this is the first time we have rented a house for the annual trip. We were not disappointed. The Property Owner was amazing to work with, and I have no complaints from that angle. The house was in a great location, close enough to the Promenade, etc. to walk if you would like, but far enough that traffic was extremely minimal. We had a great time watching pelicans dive all day out the main windows, and even my family members who live on the coast in Florence were amazed with the view. Highly recommend.

Overall good experience. Having to wash and dry all dishes and linens before checkout is a lot to ask. The floors weren’t particularly clean. Sleeps lots of people. Great location to beach and golf course. Views are wonderful! Well equipped kitchen. Huge rooms and bathrooms.

Right from the get go the communication with the hosts was prompt and friendly. Walking into the front door made us feel like we were ready to relax and be with family. There was so much room for accommodations and to be together in one family room and kitchen. The view was amazing! Sitting there looking out the wonderful picture windows was so relaxing and serene. It was fun to watch surfers and fishermen do their thing. We would most definitely stay again!

The house had more than enough rooms and beds for everyone as well as seating for mealtime. It was convenient the house had high chairs, baby gates, portable crib/playpen as well as electric outlet covers on the top floor. It made vacationing with 2 under 1.5 years old less stressful. The view is beautiful and can be seen from every floor. The beach is literally across the street. However, there are rocks that lead to the beach that can pose a problem to someone with mobility issues. Otherwise this part of the beach is perfect to see surfers and collect sand dollars.

The home was lovely, with lots of available options for space and beds - real beds, not hide-a-beds or cots! We were in love with the view of the ocean, and thoroughly enjoyed watching the waves and the surfers. One member of our party was recovering from a serious illness, and found the experience to be very healing.
The kitchen equipment was adequate, but not impressive. I would definitely suggest bringing your own knives if you plan to do much cooking.
I am not sure why, but the communication with the property manager was difficult, like our e-mails did not connect. I gave her every contact method I have and it finally worked out.
All in all it was a great experience. (My brother chose another property and was jealous of our accommodations!)

Great communication from start to finish. We’re a family that travel to seaside each summer for 50 years. Our parents started the tradition and now my siblings and i All book and stay to carry on a wonderful tradition. This little cove is spectacular, waking to watch the surfers and ending our day with a magnificent sunset. Everything was great! Marcy and Ron are wonderful hosts🌟

50th Anniversary trip to Seaside!
My parents, siblings, and I live in Washington state, Indiana, and Kentucky, but we wanted to be together to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. We also needed plenty of space to sleep, cook, eat, hang out, and play, with seven kids ranging in age from 19 to 4, and eight adults. A big group! Ron and Marcy’s property met all of our needs and more. We could all eat and visit together at dinner time. The teenagers could hang out on the 3rd floor, and the adults could take in the spectacular view on the 2nd. Plenty of bathrooms, linens, and dishes. We’ve stayed at other cabins together before, but this one was just perfect. Ron and Marcy were great about answering my questions. The beach in the cove is not as busy as on the main drag, the downtown is within the walking distance, and you can make a fires on the beach in the evening for s’mores. Overall, we think the property is a gem and would love to make another trip to Seaside in the future. Thank you, Ron and Marcy!

Better than expected
This house was amazing! There is so much room for everyone and the house is so well stocked with anything we could possibly need. The views and access to the beach were our favorite part. The only complaint that anyone had was that a couple of the beds were not comfortable.

Sibling vacation
The rooms in the house were even bigger than we expected and the location was perfect! Not only did we have a great view of the ocean and surfers, but behind us we had forests and mountains. We enjoyed early morning walks through the neighborhood seeing deer, and beautiful homes and gardens.

Owner cares about your stay
The owner lives down the street and sent us a text one evening when she saw whales breaching so we could look out the windows and see, too. It was cool to see the whales and thoughtful of her to let us know.

Best view of the beach!
We stayed with family for the Independence Day holiday. We were treated to the best firework show the OR coast could offer. The house was clean and well equipped and pleasant communication with the owners made our vacation stress free and enjoyable.

Great location!
This house was perfect for our needs. We loved the location and views were spectacular. With three floors, it felt big enough for everyone to have their own space, but had common areas that allowed for game playing and visiting with each other. Can’t wait to return!!
Our families rented both units for our family vacation/reunion. We had ages ranging from 76-2 yrs old and these houses worked exceptionally well for us. As with most places accommodating that many people, there are several floors which means stairs to climb.
It was very nice that the kitchen/living area was on second floor which had a superior view, which made it easy to enjoy the view and not have to always navigate the stairway.
The layout of bedrooms and bathroom’s was perfect to allow individual family units to share sleeping quarters. All of the rooms including the bathrooms, were large enough to make our visit comfortable. Laundry was easy to keep up with for our large busy group with 2 laundry’s in each unit. Garages were awesome to store our assortment of kites, beach toys, wagons, wet shoes, etc!!!!
Loved that we were out of the busy downtown area but it was an easy walk to get there when we chose to go.
Watching the surfers was a fun morning highlight while we were getting up and moving.
Marcy was easy to work with and dropped off anything we needed.
This will be a great memory for the 6 families that were able to make it.

Amazing views, Very Spacious, Fantastic Management!
Everything about our experience here was fantastic. We used both houses together (#148425) and even though we had a very big group, we had way more space than we needed. The helpful and responsive management added positively to our experience with flexible check in and check out times and when we had to stay an additional night due to unforeseen circumstances, they were extremely generous and kind in extending our stay. We hope to use this beautiful vacation home again in the future. Thank you for helping to make our time in Seaside the best possible!

Outstanding vacation rental!
This place is amazing. Awesome for big groups. We had eight families together in Seaside for a basketball tournament and everyone had a great experience. Used both houses together. Tons of room for everyone to gather in common areas and have their own personal space as well. Views of the ocean are simply mesmerizing. Great location on the beach and also close to town. Ron and Marcy were an absolute pleasure to work with and helped make the whole stay that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend. We will definitely rent again if we're ever back in Seaside!

The only place I'll ever want to stay in Seaside!
I've stayed in many rentals around Seaside and this one was hands down the best experience I've had at the beach! Exuberant praise to Marcy and Ron, who were wonderfully helpful during the booking process as well as during our stay. The location is unbeatable; on the sound end, in a beautiful cove, steps away from the tide pools and surfers and waves! This end of the beach in Seaside is almost deserted; even on a brilliantly sunny September weekend. The house itself was unbelievable! The bedrooms are spacious and well apponted. The shared spaces are great for watching the ocean. You will not regret renting from Ron and Marcy. It is a great space for any beach getaway! We can't wait to come back! stunning ocean views
Drinking coffee in the morning, watching the waves from the kitchen, having a drink on the couch in the evening, watching the waves made for a peaceful start and finish to each day. The place was very spacious, even with 9 of us, it was never crowded, there was ample privacy, and we did not even use the bottom floor , only the top two levels, and we didn't even use every room on the main floor. The rooms were all large, clean, one had a balcony, ours had a very comfortable king bed. Every floor has a full bathroom, the deep jet tub in ours was a perfect finish to a busy day. The washer and dryer came in handy after fishing for salmon and crab all day. The garage was huge and had its own fridge/freezer where we kept everything we caught. There was more to do in tjis area than we had time to fit in, but we did the tilamook cheese factory tour; went to the air museum in the old blimp hanger; chartered a fishing boat and caught our limit of salmon and crab in one short day leaving time to go to the beach; eat out; shop; and relax in front of a great ocean view while playing cards at the enormous dinning table. This place had everything inside we could have needed, including clamp guns for clamp season, and was a short walk to great food and shoping, and a short drive to many other fun things to do. The kids collected sand dollars and played in tide pools, the family spend time laughing and relaxing. This weekend will be a do-over for sure but next time we will bring a lot more family, maybe even have a full family reunion. Our beach house slept 15 and the one next door does too, they are owned by the same person and have the same fully equipped and supplied living spaces, so we could have 30 people easy, more if the kids sleep on couches or double up. It was a pretty neat experience and I plan to do it again next year, but for more days.

best beach front location ever! Great spacious and clean place, near great food, and lots to do!
This place was amazing! Rooms are split on three levels for great privacy. I never heard the kids on the floor above me even one! Great insulation! There were bunk beds, king beds, queen bed with balcony. A bathroom on every floor (ours had an awesome deep jet tub!) With a washer and drier, great for extended stays. A huge tv, although we never turned it on because if the huge trio of picture windows and the oceans amazing views! A full and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, plates, coffee machine, and much more. There was not a single thing we needed that was not there. The location was perfect! Only a few steps out the front door and we were on the beach, that we could watch with an unobstructed view front a glass enclosed seating area that blocked the wind but not the sound of the waves. It was so close to so many great places to eat we never had to get in the car on a sunny day, we took the prom (a paved walk way) to more food and shopping galore! Even did a fun "old-time" costume picture. Bike riders, sand castle builders, surfers, fishers, kite fliers, beach combers, roller bladers, sun tanners, shoppers, foodies, and tourists all enjoying this area and the beach and it never felt crowded or hectic. We walked to the beach house from the shopping area and it was a lovely walk! Soft sand, sea shells and sand dollars , tide pools with star fish, hermit crabs and all sorts of cool things. Seasonally it is a great place for crabbing and digging clams. Surf fishing wasn't our thing, so the guys chartered a boat to catch salmon and crab just a few minutes away. They saw whales and a sea lion and caught their fill! There is an air museum near by, the tilamook cheese factory on the way, places to buy fresh fruit, and way more than we could fit into a long weekend! The price was very reasonable, to sleep that many people in a hotel would have cost more, we would not have had a common area to hand out as a family, with a huge dinning area that we played cards on all night. I highly recommend checking tjis place out. I know we plan to very soon! There was so much room that a family reunion seems likely! There is another beach house just like it right next door, same owner, so we are even thinking about renting them both for a huge reunion! Girls weekends, guys get-a-ways, family vacations, reunions, weddings, anniversary, birtgday, graduation, or any other celebration would be well accommodated by this place! It was a lovely time in a perfect setting.

Expansive Ocean View
My extended family and I have rented Sunset Cove for the past 6 years for a gathering in memory of my mom. We can't say enough about how great this place is for us. There are plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas for our group of 10-12, allowing each couple/person to have their own personal space as well as good space for getting together as a group. Of course, the expansive ocean views are what set this rental apart from others. Wow! The owners, Marcy and Ron, are very accommodating ... we are booked again for next April!

Great Getaway for the Gals
This is our second visit to this lovely townhouse with an incredible view of Sunset Cove from both the 2nd and 3rd stories. About 12 ladies stayed over Mother's Day weekend and several came for just the day from the Portland area. The owners, Marcy and Ron, are more than accommodating to answer any questions and are readily available as they live up the street from the townhouse. There are activities for everyone. One of the ladies brought her own wood to build a bonfire right across the street; she even befriended a family who caught perch and to her delight cooked them on her fire. Several of us walked up the street and took a walk in the beautiful woods. It was so relaxing watching the tide come in and out and observing the surfers take long rides on the waves. The house is very well stocked with cooking supplies. There are several large excellent soup pots for making our clam chowder - no burning the bottom with these pots! It also was nice having two refrigerators which provided plenty of room for all the food we brought. Also, having two coffee pots were perfect for our needs. There were plenty of towels, bathrooms and hot water for our group. The owners have a great TV and DVD system, but I'm so tech-challenged and too confused to figure out how to use the five different controllers so I gave up. LOL! The bedrooms either face a beautiful quiet wetland or face the ocean so there's a serene view for everyone. Most of all, the home provided the perfect atmosphere for us to have great meaningful talks and deepen our friendship with each other. By the way, this was the 2nd visit in 2 years that our friend with 4th stage ovarian cancer was able to come. We are hoping and praying for a cure/healing so she'll be able to come again! She loves the beach!

Fantastic Home, excellent location
My family, of 21, stayed here for 3 nights and were most impressed with the quality of beds, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. We found the two units to be perfect and they did a great job of housing all 21 of us nicely. Great tables for outside eating. Owners were very pleasant to work with and were very accommodating. The views cannot be beat. Wonderful location. While we were staying in this property, we called the owner and reserved for next year. We all loved it. Thank you Ron and Marcy!

Sassy Seniors Savor Sixty Seasons
Our sassy seniors celebrated 60 years since being initiated into our sorority at an Oregon University. Thirteen gathered together. It was only perfect. Each elderly lady had her own bed, the bathrooms served three or four nicely, the kitchen/dining facilities allowed us to enjoy snacks anywhere or dinner all together. The view was spectacular, and we so enjoyed watching the young surfers. Walks on the beach were easy, even at our ages. We try to gather every year or two, and we hope to return to Seaside and this address another year. Marcy and Ken were wonderfully accommodating. Thanks!

Fantastic property exactly as promised!!
Each year, a group of women that graduated from a very small town in Montana many, many years ago, get together for a long weekend to reconnect. This is the best venue we've ever had...lots and lots of room for the 16 of us, many bathrooms and 2 washer/dryer combinations...right across the street from the ocean with a tremendous view and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook for all of us. Marcy was amazing to work with...Thanks Marcy for a memorable get together! We would recommend this rental for any group.
