A fost o minivacanță minunată și datorită acestei locații pe care chiar o recomand cu căldură și încredere

Camera a fost curată, suficient de mare pentru un cuplu, amenajată chic , pe masa ne așteptau 2 pahare de sticlă și o șampanie de bun venit. Micul dejun se servește în camera, acesta fiind frumos pregătit de gazda acestei locații, Monica, o prezență atât de plină de energie și bucurie care ne-a ajutat cu informații de câte ori i le-am solicitat. În recepție găsești și umbrele în situația în care este nevoie. Să nu uit de patul si pernele atât de confortabile, încât nu îți venea să ieși din ele..😁

Nu am ce să reproșez acestei proprietăți însă locația în sine, Gara Termini este plină de boschetari si persoane dubioase, dar noi nu am avut nicio problema cu ei, ce e drept, nu am ieșit după ora 22.30. Atenție mare oricum, la hoții de buzunare din zona metrourilor…

Just perfect !

Camera curata , acces ușor la locație. Indicațiile primite de la gazda au fost explicite și de ajutor. Monica a făcut ca vacanta sa fie perfecta oferind atat detalii cu privire la check in ,cât și recomandări privind obiectivele turistice. RECOMAND !

Adoramos nossa estadia e recomendamos!

Adoramos a receptividade da Mônica que fazia de tudo para nos agradar. O estilo da acomodação é quase como um Bed and breakfast e tudo funciona perfeitamente. O quarto é limpo e confortável, com ótimo aquecimento. O café da manhã é farto e saboroso, servido no quarto com os itens que escolhemos na noite anterior, com hora marcada. O prédio fica a 3 minutos a pé da Estação Roma Termini. Também conseguimos chegar em algumas atrações turísticas caminhando por 25/30 minutos. Há comércio variado nas ruas próximas.

We liked everything. Monica contacted me by WhatsApp to send me pictorial instructions on how to get there. The breakfast delivered to our room was lovely and as big as you wanted.

Excellent spot for spending time in Rome and having many sights withiin the reach and walkable to!!!

The host Monika was absolutely the best ever, caring, attentive and professional!!! We likes that the breakfast was served always on time and right into the room. Coffee machine and a teapot in the room was absolutely nice to have!

Хозяйка гостевого дома произвела хорошее впечатление: все подробно объяснила, рассказала, как добираться до разных достопримечательностей. Отличный завтрак! Сам гостевой дом находится у вокзала, что очень удобно как добираться из аэропорта, так и до метро. До центра 20 минут пешком.

Слышно все что происходит в туалете и в коридоре.

Just what we needed

Our host Monica was very attentive to our needs and provided great self selected breakfasts in our rooms each morning. The location was excellent close to the station which helped all our travel needs. Perfect facilities and nurturing for a couple of weary travelers on their last stop

Good location

Very good location. Metro, bus, train just a few minutes walk. Breakfast was good as well. Hostess Monica was very helpful, knowledgeable and just very sweet overall.

Uitstekend B&B met een excellente charmante gastvrouw op een gunstige plek vlakbij station Termini

De gastvrijheid en klantvriendelijkheid. Eigenaresse was via whatsapp uitstekend bereikbaar. Goed ontbijt. De locatie is op loopafstand van station Termini.

Appartementen zijn gehuisvestigd op de 5 e etage. Weliswaar is er een kleine lift midden in het trappenhuis, maar er is geen andere vluchtmogelijkheid bij bv. brand in dat trappenhuis. Dat zie je overigens in veel hotels. Wel zijn er brandblussers en de vluchtroute is duidelijk aangegeven. Deuren lijken overigens wel brandbestendig.

Lovely, clean and modern. Monica is lovely too and a great hose. Great breakfast which was really convenient before a busy day exploring Rome. Excellent location for the train station and airport shuttles. Quiet at night time too.

What a wonderful stay! Comfortable and convenient.

It was better than we had hoped for! It was directly beside the Termini station, and the location was close to the centre of things. Restaurants to coffee shops are all walking accessible. The room is spacious and the beds/pillows were super comfortable. Thankfully there is air conditioner which was very much needed as we travelled during a hot season. We cannot say enough about the host, Monica, who welcomed us with open arms from day 1. She is friendly, accommodating, and available to answer any questions or need some assistance. She made our stay and trip easy, comfortable and enjoyable. From the check in and check out to housekeeping, daily breakfast, clear and prompt communication, and quick resolutions. For example, when we had a hard time getting into the building or when we had problems with the safe, Monica was prompt in providing a solution. The breakfast was fresh and a lot more than anticipated.

The only thing was the shower- due to the gap at the front and on the sides, it would often have minor leaks after a shower; because it can easily wiped up with a towel, it didn’t bother us.

very clean and close to the Roma Termini. Monica the host was fabulous. amazing breakfast tray. We left very early on our last day and we’re not there for breakfast so Monica made us up a breakfast to go. Thank You Monica

Exceptional

Monica went above and beyond to accommodate us. Her directions to the hotel were spot on. We had plenty of coffee and food for breakfast each morning with a large variety of options and she even packed us a snack when we left on our last day! Facility was a 3 minute walk from trains and buses.

The only thing negative that I experienced was the shower head needed to be replaced, because it did spray water outside the shower

Amazing location right next to the Rome main train station. Room is big and comfortable. Water kettle refrigerator, fast internet, and all the amenities included. Monica is an amazing host that delivers breakfast to your room every morning. She is fast communicator and is an excellent host. This is one of the best stays in Europe.

Everything was great. Monica was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast provided was excellent as well. Overall Monica really puts in a lot of effort to make the stay as welcoming as possible. The location is also excellent.
