Bene ma non benissimo.. ma tutto sommato utilizzabile se non si hanno grosse pretese.

Buona posizione per raggiungere il centro città in Metro. Buone possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in posti gratuiti. Nel complesso una buona insonorità, anche se di base siamo già in un'area non confusionaria della città, il che è sempre un bene! Sfiga se si trova un vicino di stanza col sonno un po' rumoroso: quello, complice un po' il fatto del silenzio all'esterno, si sente invece! ma non è una colpa imputabile alla struttura, piuttosto a chi mangia troppo pesante!

La pulizia complessiva della stanza lasciava un po' a desiderare, specie nella biancheria ed asciugamani. In camera dei miei amici c'era qualcosa da bere e qualcosa da mangiare oltre che un piccolo pensierino, da me niente di tutto questo nonostante abbia pagato anche più di loro per la stessa stanza. Ho avuto un problema con la doccia, che perdeva acqua all'esterno del box, ed ho passato una buona mezz'ora a pulire ed asciugare tutto il bagno per farlo ritrovare decoroso.

Solamente la posiIone vicino alla fiera

Struttura sporca: letto vin piumino sporco r macchiato, bagno sporco con asciugamani macchiati (uno anche di sangue), spazio per tavolino: angusto, stoviglie e pentole sporche (ho dovuto rilavare tutto), terrazzo sporco con cenere di sigaretta e mozziconi, porta a vetro piena di ditate, servizio di portineria inefficiente (dopo segnalazione hanno cambiato solo un asciugamano e il piumino sporco lurido messo dentro l’armadio), un rotolo di carta igienica per 4 giorni di soggiorno, no raccolta differenziata, riscaldamento non funzionante e stanze fredde. Microonde sporco. Frigorifero: ho dovuto ripulirlo a fondo, così la doccia. Maniglia porta finestra rotta. Lampada non funzionante (ho chiesto sostituzione lampadina ma totalmente incuranti).

Für mich das erste und letzte Mal!

Die Lage war optimal für einen Besuch der Messe.

Das Mobiliar war neu und in Ordnung, aber insgesamt war es unsauber. Die Mikrowelle war dreckig, die Töpfe und sämtliche andere Utensilien musste ich vor Gebrauch erst spülen. Flecken in den Handtüchern, das Bad roch nach Urin, unter dem Waschbecken wurde schon lange nicht mehr geputzt. Die Klobrille war so wackelig, dass ich fast runtergefallen bin. Ich habe nur eine Nacht dort geschlafen und schließlich das Hotel gewechselt.

...in Ordnung, weil unkompliziert...

Für meinen Zweck war die Lage super. Parken war kostenlos auf der Straße möglich. Relativ ruhig, Bett sehr bequem. WLAN funktionierte gut. Self-Check-in und Check-out.

Die Angaben zum Check-in an der Zimmertür waren etwas verwirrend, hat aber trotzdem geklappt. Auf dem Schrank lagen leere Alkoholflaschen... Fernbedienung fehlte, Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht.

Estava tudo organizado e fácil de acessar, o quarto é gigante e a cama era extremamente confortável. Todo apartamento estava perfeitamente equipado, da cozinha até o banheiro

A localização estava apontando para o outro lado da rua.

It is ok

Proximity to the U-bahn station. For couple of days, you have everything, except washing machine.

Shower drain is horrific. It is actually huge hole in the wall where you can see concrete and the end of the pipe that is drain. I was just waiting for something to come out of that hole.

Proximity to the U-bahn station. It is ok if you need a night or two to just sleep. It has almost fully equiped kitchen.

The apartment it noticably worn down. There is that strange hole to drain in the shower that looks horrific. Bed is not really comfrotable, the falt smells a bit like cigarettes.

Before you arrive, they send you the codes for entering building/room, which is very uncomplicated and makes it uncomplicated to arrive any time.

While the cleaning service did great work, the condition of the appartment was not great for the 250EUR/night that I paid: Noisy AC at night, mold in the shower. The breakfast is a deal with the local bakery shop, not a buffet as one would expect.

Convenient, by the fair

Near munich fair, room has kitchen, refrigerator, coffee machine, iron, etc.

A bit small, bit confusing the password system to get in the room and the building.

In general, I really liked the room and it's facilities except a couple of small negatives.

The room was very neat. The colors in the room are chosen properly. I like that it has a kitchenette.

The heating system is not really good. On the first day of my arrival it was a bit cold and I wanted to warm the room that didn't work as I expected. Moreover, the coffee machine was malfunctioning.

Excellent. Really good stay. Some small issues, but overall, completely fine and great value.

Location good. Close to Aldi Sued. Very handy location and quiet. Good to have laundry facility and it was clean. Cleaner was a lovely helpful woman.

You have to pay for the laundry via an app (worked fine) and there is no detergent available. My cleaner (who was lovely) unfortunately didn't get the room sorted by my checkin time. However, I left my things while she cleaned and came back to a perfectly clean room. The TV antenna had issues and they were never resolved, but TV wasn't my priority.

Great value, excellent water pressure, nice room, ok location.

The shower had fantastic water pressure, best I've seen in any property. Price was reasonable for what was being offered. The property was nice and clean before I arrived (except the walls; they had marks/footprints on them). Heating was more than adequate in the room, I actually had to turn it down a little, despite the below freezing December weather.

The location is far from the city centre, but is close to the U Bahn (a ten-minute walk). While kitchen equipment was provided, it was limited. Would have preferred a physical key, as I was nervous that I would be locked out if I forgot the code. Very little could be changed to improve the property, though, as the property met expectations.

The door to my room was not lockable when going out, when informing the staff, they dismissed it completely. The oven worked once and not anymore after that. The room smelled like smoke when arriving.

Student dorm with plenty of house rules

Place was clean and the staff that I met was very friendly.

Its actually nothing but a student dorm now (partially) converted to a place for leisure/business travels. Not sure if this was just because of Oktoberfest (to capitalise on the pricing), or an overall decision. While I was sold 2 beds room, its actually one tiny student room where you will get an extra bed if needed, but it is not ment for 2 people. Be cautions - if you want to make some noice, than I would suggest you think twice as the place has very detailed list of house rules, such as no parties. Everyone tends to respect that though, so if youre into a calm night, it could be good for you.
