Es ist mehr eine Jugendherberge als ein Hotel.

Zimmer war belegt, da sich jemand die Zutrittskarte aus dem Schlüsselsafe besorgt hat. Eigentümer benötigte 40 min., um die Person zu entfernen. Ich erhielt dann ein völlig verdrecktes Zimmer (da es 23:00 war und Oktoberfest gab es keine Alternative). Bezüglich Rückerstattung ist der Eigentümer wenig kooperativ. Booking.com ist informiert. Geschirr verdreckt, Fliesen voll Erbrochenem, kein Zimmerservice (um 09:00 erhält man kommentarlos 2 Handtücher und 1 WC-Rolle). Die Mängelliste ist lang…

Dach über den Kopf zu haben

Es war nicht sauber. Die Bettdecken waren dreckig. Die Handtücher waren dreckig. Der Boden war dreckig. Das Zimmer hatte einen üblen Gestank.

The position, near U3 (about 30 minutes from the city centre)

The reception opens at 12. The room (3-person) was small and the night there was an awful stink, in particular in the bathroom. The towels was old.

Parkeren onder het hotel

Ondanks nette foto's op de site, een uitermate gore kamer. Waar je na openen van de deur al een walm tegemoet kwam. Tevens zat alles onder de kalk vet en stof, Bedden kneiterhard, tv stuk. Het leek erop of dit hotel veel gebruikt word door arbeidsmigranten... Voor ons niet weer.

Basic but overall clean accommodation, close to bus stop which can link you to the trains.

Our room and bathroom both looked and felt clean. Beds were comfortable. There's a bus stop at the end of the road (only 2mins walk away if that) that can take you to U-bahn and S-bahn stations to head further into Munich centre or out to the airport.

The tap faucet in the kitchette was working, it was broken / not attached - so the whole tap just lay tipped over in the sink rather than being secured and upright. There was a pretty strong cigarette smell in the common areas - hallways / elevator / reception.

Wir haben es überlebt.

Ein typisches Hotel für Arbeiter aus dem Ausland. Bierflaschen stapelten sich vor der Eingangtüre, Zigarettenkippen fanden selten in den dazu vorgesehenen großen Aschenbecher. Die Arbeiter waren ziemlich laut (Gitarrenmusik bis nachts um halb 3); am Morgen wildes diskutieren am offenen Fenster, dass man förmlich aus dem Bett fiel. Unter den Betten wurde schon lange nicht mehr gesaugt und den Boden sollte man mit weißen Socken nicht betreten. Auch funktionierte eine Bettlampe nicht und die blickdichten Vorhänge waren teilweise aus der Vorhangstange gelöst, so dass man das Fenster nachts nicht ganz abdunkeln konnte.

Cheap and what you pay for.

Cheap and good bed to sleep in. Quiet area.

Man from front desk walked into our room without warning. No knock- nothing. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Whole place smelt funky and at night the septic system got a weird smell as well. Our room also started to reek of cigarettes in the middle of the night, likely from the outdoor exit right next to our room where men would loudly smoke until 3 am.

It isn’t very clean, mostly workers live here, shady ones. Avoid with women and children.

Location is good, bed was comfortable, size of room is good. Check-in and out was smooth and easy.

Room wasn’t clean, bad smells, lot of people smoke inside. Shady people. Didn’t feel safe, cuz often there is no staff present.

This property has no redeeming features. I suppose the building appears modern from the outside.

The location is awful - about 10 minutes walk to the train station. The room wasn't clean - it hadn't been vacuumed properly and the bathroom was gross. The shower smelt dirty. The towels provided were small and not very effective. Reception staff were virtually non-existent. Cigarette smoke permeates the hallways and can be smelt in the rooms.

The room was generally clean, the beds were comfortable and there was a reasonable sized fridge as well as a hot plate. It was close to a U-Bahn stop and a few different grocery stores.

The shower smelt a bit funky (it was clean so may have been a drainage issue) and there was no kettle (although you could boil water in a pan if you wanted). An additional towel wouldn't have gone amiss but no biggie.

Poorely equiped: for 3 persons, but 1 cup. Nothing for cleanining dishes. No broom to clean the floor, nothing to clean the table.

Room was clean and spacious. Sufficient towels and toilet paper. Kitchen area had all the necessities. Bed was comforable, besides the pillow.

The pillows were not comfortable but I still managed to fall asleep. Also, the shower door was a bit tough to open and close while being inside the shower because the door kept squashing against me.

Comfortable beds for a one night sleep and that's it.

Communication with Hotel staff was good. Location is in the quiet neighbourhood.

The ammenities were not as advertised. The glass on the cooker was shattered, there was no water heater to replace the cooker either. Almost no dishware, what was there was either broken or dirty. This combined with no option for breakfast, would be a deal breaker for me, if I had known that in advance.
