Wer kurzen Weg zum Klinikum möchte, muss diese sehr dürftige Unterkunft akzeptieren.

Das Hotel liegt nahe zum Klinikum artemed. Ich konnte informell mit E-mail den Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verlängern.

Es ist eine Gastwirtschaft mit einigen Zimmern, kein Hotel. Als Zimmermieter wird man kaum beachtet und eher unfreundlich behandelt. Frühstück erst ab 9 Uhr. Dass ich deswegen nicht frühstücken konnte, war dem Personal nicht einmal ein Achselzucken wert.. Der Zimmerpreis änderte sich deswegen nicht. Der Aufgang zu den Zimmern (kein Aufzug zum 2. Stockwerk) über Treppe im Hinterhaus. Zimmer hatte keinen Rauchmelder (Mit Foto dokumentiert). Ein Plastikvorhang als Duschabtrennung ist nicht jedermanns Sache,

Im großen und ganzen trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Alles in allem ist der Alte Wirt zu empfehlen.

Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und sehr sauber, in U-Bahn Nähe deshalb komme ich trotz den unten aufgeführten Unannehmlichkeiten demnächst wieder, über einen Preisnachlass würde ich mich freuen, zumal ich als einzelne Person 80,00 Euro pro Nacht bezahlt habe, fast genau soviel wie im November 2023 mit meinem Mann zusammen. Das Frühstück und der Schweinsbraten waren Spitze. Für ihre Antwort im Voraus besten Dank

Der Spiegel im Bad hängt viel zu hoch, das heißt oberhalb von meinem Kopf. Deshalb ist ein Styling insbesondere der Frisur unmöglich, und ich musste zu diesem Zweck auf den Flur ausweichen. Da ist ein sehr schöner großer Spiegel, allerdings ist die Steckdose zu weit weg und außerdem gibt es gar keine Ablagemöglichkeit. In der Nacht vom 3. auf 4. Januar ging ein starker Wind und die klappläden außen an den Balkontüren ließen sich nicht verriegeln. In ganz kurzen Abständen sind die vier Läden mit lautem Knall gegen die Wand geknallt, das war mehr als unangenehm und ich habe das zwei Leuten vom Service Personal mitgeteilt.

Ottima esperienza!

Situato in una zona residenziale molto comoda con la stazione della metro Thalkirchen a pochi minuti a piedi dalla quale con la linea U3 in 6 fermate si raggiunge Marienplatz. Comodissimo anche per l'Oktoberfest a sole 4 fermate di metro. La camera quadrupla, seppur molto minimal negli allestimenti, era molto spaziosa e dotata di un piccolo balconcino. Letti comodi e pulizia impeccabile. Ristorante al piano terra che serve ottimo cibo e birra con prezzi decisamente adeguati. Personale molto amichevole.

Nessuna nota negativa, ma solo dei suggerimenti: le camere potrebbero essere dotate di un frigo minibar. Eliminerei la tenda della doccia che, per quanto pulita, è comunque poco igienica. Il ristorante per la colazione apre alle ore 9am, poco funzionale per chi vuole uscire presto la mattina o deve fare il check-out presto. Tuttavia, a poca distanza dall'albergo, sulla strada per la stazione di Thalkirchen, è presente la caffetteria/boulangerie Backstube Wünsche.

Pleasant

The staff told us that there was no booking on my name. This led to more than 1 hour panicking where we will be spending the night. Finally, the issue was resolved, but the staff was very negative.

Poor

The top floor was under the roof and it was terrible hot. They did not provide any fan to vent the room. At 7 in the morning the church that was next to the hotel started to ring the bell and they had a clock that rung every quarter of the hour. Not a good place to rest.

Dated tructure that require extensive renovation works and reorganisation

Convenient location, free parking available out of dinner time, bavarian restaurant at ground floor. Accomodation acceptability clean.

Reception not existent, restaurant and cleaning personnel is unwelcome and not trained. General status of the building old and to be renovated. Breakfast not available. Heavy smell from the restaurant spilled every evening in the hotel stair and corridor.

Go for the food, stay overnight somewhere else.

The food was outstanding. Large portions and excellent quality. I recommend the Apple Strudel in vanilla cream sauce, and the Farmer's Breakfast was enough for two. They also have a nice shaded beer garden with a playground for children outside. Everything we had from their kitchen was absolutely fantastic, the cook was top notch, and the wait staff were very kind and pleasant.

The rooms were very well cleaned, but without an elevator you need to be able to carry your luggage up 2-4 flights of stairs. The rooms we stayed in were sparsely furnished with the bare minimum of old furniture, no refrigerator, coffee maker, bottled water, or other amenities usually included in hotels in that price range. The two chairs in the room were barely adequate. The beds could use replacement. I would recommend updating the rooms for the price. The bathrooms were clean, but barely to code with cheap broken cabinets. The toilet in our room only flushed correctly half the time. The showers were outdated and dangerous. The curtain was not big enough to seal in the shower water, so it was nearly impossible to take a shower without getting water all over the slick tile floor. The showers are raised about 12 inches from the floor so getting in and out was a huge step up or down, with no handles to hold onto except the shower pipes. If you were not very careful you could easily slip and fall, and that is what happened to my 88 year old mother. Fortunately no bones were broken.

Good place to stay, thanks to its location and price

Very good location, to the Zoo, and the Flaucher on the Isar. Easy to get to this hotel by car. Found great restaurants nearby, and there is bus stop and U bahn stop as well. Parking is quite secure. There is a restaurant downstairs. The churchbell of the church opposite the hotel stops at 10pm and re-starts again at 7am :-) We had a large clean and airy room, with a view to the street. Beds were very comfortable. WIFI was fast and reliable.

Cracked sink. Only tiny packets of shower gel was available. We stayed for 2 nights, and our beds were made up during the day, bathroom was cleaned, although we did not ask for this. The previous guests' child's extra nappies and picture book were left in the cupboard.

Bells bells bells

Hotel has a free private parking, shared with a restaurant. Room was spacious. Restaurant (beer garden) is great, with good beer and food. Good place to spend a night or two while visiting Munich with car (because of parking). Also price is fair. But...

From 7:00, church, which is next side on the road, start's to ring bells every 15 minutes, with more bells every hour. I don't know if it was a special occasion, or the automatic bell machine malfunctioned, but I kid you not, they rang the bell 123 times at 8:30. And Im not exaggerating, I actually counted. I even thought about recording it and putting on YouTube. It is absolutely crazy. Bed was not great, reception is the restaurant bar.
