Wie kommen bestimmt wieder 😌

Schönes Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück mit freundlichen Personal. Kostenloser Hotelparkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Zimmer war etwas klein für 3 Personen. Wir hatten eine Baustelle im Haus, durch die wir mussten wenn wir ins Zimmer mussten.

Comodo per raggiungere Monaco e staff disponibile. Comodo per il parcheggio interno e vicino a supermercati, bar.

Stanza molto piccolo e priva di aria condizionata...bagno minuscolo e non dava il senso di una grande pulizia

Mooie entree hotel, goed ontbijt

De douche was in zo’n kleine hoekopstelling dat de douche deur niet dicht kon. Ook was het benauwd op de kamer.

Generell sehr schön. Essen war gut. Zimmer wegen fehlender Klima sehr warm.

Das Frühstück war ein Buffet und sehr lecker. Zimmer waren gut, hatten sogar eine Kapselmaschine für Kaffee. Es war auch sehr sauber. Direkt in der Nähe des Hotels sind in beide Richtungen Parkplätze auf denen man sein E-Auto über Nacht aufladen kann. Keine 50m vom Hotel entfernt sind auch die Bushaltestellen, mit denen man nach München (oder die andere Richtung) fahren kann. Mit dem Auto ist man während der Stoßzeiten auch nicht schneller in der Innenstadt. Läuft man noch ein wenig weiter so erreicht man auch zu Fuß sehr schnell den Bahnhof von Unterhaching, so dass man egal wie man anreist, sehr schnell am Hotel ist. Im näheren Umkreis gibt es auch diverse Restaurants (neben dem Restaurant im Hotel), so dass man sehr schnell mit dem Lebensnotwendigen versorgt ist. Ist man Urlaubstechnisch nicht auf München festgelegt und möchte evtl. auch noch nach Österreich hat man zumindest mit dem Standort Unterhaching einen idealen Standort um unterhalb von München, den ganzen näheren Süden zu bereisen.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich alles aber nicht Schallisoliert, wie beschrieben. Ja, sie sind am Renovieren... nur irgendwie sieht man von den Fortschritten nichts. Die Flure sind mit einem Glasdach versehen. Durch die fehlende Klimaanlage im gesamten Gebäude staut sich die Hitze, obwohl es draußen noch nicht mal warm ist. Beim Frühstück, das einen fairen Preis hat, erwarte ich schon, dass man nicht nachfragen muss, ob man die Platten am Buffet nachfüllt. Das sollte schon von alleine passieren. Bsp. Kommt man um 6:30 Uhr sind die Platten voll, erscheint man um 9:00 Uhr sind viele Platten einfach leer und es wurde nichts nachgelegt. Das angeschlossene Restaurant gehört leider nicht zum Hotel. Wodurch es den skurrilen Fall gibt, dass es zwar Plätze zum draußen Sitzen gibt, diese aber nicht genutzt werden dürfen. (Außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten des Restaurants) Die Zimmer sind vom Design her schon so wie auf den Fotos. Die angegebenen 16-17m² können natürlich auch passen. Nur erwartet man dann auch eher das dargestellte Zimmer. Für einen evtl. nächsten Aufenthalt würde ich mir persönlich zumindest wünschen, dass für den jeweiligen Zimmerstandard ein passendes Foto abgebildet ist.

Gerne wieder

Personen sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber und bequem. Das Frühstück war angenehm und hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war sehr gut, 7min zur S-Bahn Station (19min zum Marienplatz).

Insgesamt gut

Neues Business-Zimmer, sehr schön gestaltet - tolles Bad, Platz ist sehr großzügig - insgesamt eigentlich gut.

Fenster ging zur Straße und unterhalb meines Fensters versammelten sich die Raucher, was wiederum ins Zimmer zog. Wenn man allerdings die Fenster schloss, wurde es schnell stickig im Zimmer - eine Belüftung / Klimatisierung würde hier gut tun.

Ein freundlicher Empfang und ein sauberes Hotel (trotz Bauarbeiten). Ein sehr geschmackvoller, moderner Lobbybereich!

Jammern auf hohem Niveau ;) Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, der angekündigten Bäcker hatte leider nicht am Sonntag geöffnet. Es gab Alternativen.

Perfektní ubytování, vše jak má být, kousek autem od centra Mnichova

Příjemný personál, prostorné pokoje, kávovar a kuchyňka v pokoji, pohodlná postel, balkon, kryté prostorné parkoviště na vstupní kartu. Hotel se renovuje a dle fotek/ plánů na recepci bude vypadat úžasně. Jistě se sem v budoucnu vrátím :)

Spa tubs didnt work, no breakfast as advertised, unfinshed construction throughout with wires hanging out everywhere. Hotel staff needs to be informed gow to use spa tubs. We loss 5 euros and no tub use.

Good location, bad WI-FI

The staff was really friendly, room was clean. Location is great, nice district, near S-bahn, that goes directly to the city center.

We were not informed that the hotel is under construction. Wi-Fi was working really bad or not at all that is one big minus.

There is potential here

The room decorations and color scheme was very nice…the staff spoke English!

There was massive construction being done and we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs because the elevator was not working! The cable was distorted, the internet did not work and the AC blew but did not get cold! We were in a King apartment and probably should have asked to move, but we were wiped after a very long day! It was unfortunate…

Very clean. Modern new furniture. Comfortable bed.

I have booked in this hotel for Air-conditioning in the apartment. But there is No Air-conditioning at all in the hotel its in room facilities in booking.com how come they deceive us . I paid for the Air-conditioning I should get acompensation for that .

A good option for a short-term stay

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and there was a good variety of breakfast options. I stayed with the pet, which wasn't a problem, the facility is pet friendly.

The hotel is currently undergoing some renovation, which includes an elevator exchange, walking up the stairs can be challenging for people with disabilities. Facilities like the sauna and gym were closed at the moment of our arrival. We were woken up by the noise at 4:00 am, as our room was next to the entrance.

Nice, quiet and clean place, few minutes of walk to the train. Breakfast was great and stuff was very polite and helpful. I would come again.

Family vacation

We were family four people. We booked two double rooms. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The only problem was the internet that was down for two days and the hotel staff was unable to fix it due to holiday
