it’s a place to sleep

cute motel and nice pool

gave us the wrong room, fan in the bathroom didn’t work, a/c in the room was either burning hot or an industrial freezer with no in-between, had the sign up on the door for three days to ask for the room to be freshened up and nothing had happened. also ants in the bathroom

Close enough to the board walk

Upon arrival my room was not clean. It had dirty bedding, the tub was dirty, the shower curtains was ripped and holy, the room smelled over cleaning product but the room wasn’t clean at all. Staff was cold and not friendly at all. When the hotel staff was sent in the room to change bedding and clean she had a attitude because we stripped the bed of the dirty lining which had stains and hair. The towels and wash clothes where dirty and stained I ended up going to buy wash clothes and towels. Cigarettes all over the hallway just dirty and dingy all over the place

That it has a pool and its across the street from the boardwalk

The rate was insane ive had cheaper rooms better than that. It wasnt very clean. The bathroom had no shower head. I said something to the front desk the next day and she said well you got the last room. That is no excuse to not have a damn shower head. Charging me over $260 for one night and it was nasty. Ive been to motel 6s better than that. Fix your property.

Nice hotel if you only want to sleep a bit. No frills at all.

The hotel is only 2 blocks from the boardwalk. There was a wheelchair ramp to our room, which was great since I have had both knees replaced. It's very painful to go up and down stairs.

Walls are very thin, so we heard everything going on in the rooms around us. No complimentary breakfast or coffee for guests. The heat source sucks, since it is an AC looking device in the window. We had the heat as high as it would go, but it was still very cold in our room. Beds were to high. Because of my knees, I had a hard time getting in the bed.

There were already ants coming out from the wall plug in the bathroom when we checked in. The toilet broke and couldn’t flush the day we were checking out.

Stayed here twice. I know its not the Ritz but the decaying bathroom stall & fixtures need replaced

The employees are great. Location is good too.

The bathroom fixtures have permanent residue stains. The shower head is next to nothing and sprays hard mist. It would be a very inexpensive upgrade to replace with a nicer shower head. The chrome handle and plate for the tub function were disgusting with soap scum. Otherwise I love staying here.

the location was great. near Dunkin’ Donuts, breakfast restaurants and bars

Dissatisfied

We arrived at 8 am and no one was in the office it had a sign on the door saying closed. At 9 someone showed up and we went to see if we could possibly check in early, and the sign said you had vacancy and we noticed that some rooms were empty, but the gentleman at the desk said no we had to wait till 4 or pay $25 for early check in. I understand the 3-4 check in time in prime season, but it was obviously not sold out. Long story short we finally checked in at 4 and we were given the room that was empty when we first got there. It was just frustrating.

The only thing that was convenient was the private entrance to the handicap room which as far as the bathroom was not handicap accessible noe wheelchair accessible

the property is in a good location.

The property was unkept and is dirty. you get what you pay for. I turned AC on in the morning and foul smell came out of the AC.
