About this house rental
This newly built 2017 Spanish villa fully decked out with a nice pool. Everything imported from Mexico. Saltillo Tile, modern retro bathrooms and open floor plan. Every room has a master suite with king size bed. The house was designed with an open floor plan in mind. Right when you walk through the door and see the pool, you feel the tropical feeling. The maids come daily to do the dishes, clean the bathrooms, clean the floors and do the beds. There is free WiFi, and a computer with high speed internet. Big rooms, lots of space, beach is close by, great pool and back yard in the very quiet area called RUBY. Everything is new and the completion is due for November 19th. The Spanish architecture through out the house will make you feel like your in Mexico, but an added touch of the Caribbean puts you over the top. Very close by is Malmok beach and Arashi beach. Your 1 minute away from Golfing at Tierra Del Sol. 3 Minute drive to Palm Beach and the Ritz Carlton. Take advantage of the pricing, it won't last. Our maids and property manager are there to help your stay be nice and comfortable. Each towel has a logo of the Spanish Conquistador, white towels made of Egyptian cotton towels. The pool was built in mind of you the tourist. Shallow chill pool with a baby entrance to the pool. Relax under the pation and remember, each room has large plasma TV's so you feel at home.

We will definitely return; The house was stocked with towels and beach chairs; wifi always worked. The layout of the house was great for us as we were two couples and used opposite sides of the house. The house was very spacious. We had a couple of meals there and hired a private chef one night who brought everything including dishes. In the a.m. we would walk to the beach and back 20 min each way.

We were 4 couples and this house was perfect! Jenny is a great hostess. I enjoyed meeting her! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house suited our needs wonderfully from having 4 king size bed rooms with their own attached bath to the back lanai with a well tended pool and the well stocked kitchen was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and we were close to our choice of beaches and restaurants. This rental was a huge part of how much we enjoyed spending time with friends in Aruba.

From the moment that we booked this vacation we could not have had a better experience. The owner was available for anything and any questions that the seven of us asked either through text or phone calls. The house was just as described in the listing maybe even better. And we can’t say enough good things about the very nice lady (Jenny)that comes to check you in and clean for you. She gave us the option to have her come in every day or every few days. And we knew that she came to clean when we returned from the multitude of things that are available for you to do while visiting this beautiful island by how clean and straightened up the house was. We asked the owner for a late check out as most flights out are in the afternoon and without question he accommodated our request. I would HIGHLY recommend this house for your visit you won’t be disappointed in the slightest.

We have been to the island three time now and this was one of the best houses for the lay out. When we had one little issue they were there immediately to fix it. The host who greeted us Jenny is amazing and so sweet. She is so nice and so friendly!!! I would definitely stay again and look forward to again!!

The stay was overall great. The Housekeeper Jennie was really nice. The owner Kane was great too. Very accommodating. The property is listed as new and I’d recommend the description to be modified to reflect actuality.
The beds were comfortable, rooms and bathrooms were clean. The pool was clean and refreshing and location of the neighborhood is exactly where we wanted to be. We will definitely recommend this property.

The house is comfortable and roomy. The 4 master bedrooms were amazing and gave us the privacy we were looking for. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was convenient and quiet.
Jenny made the check in process easy and explained everything. She came twice during our stay to clean the house and answer any additional questions. She was wonderful!!!
Kane communicated with us well and took great care of us. We asked for some additional items and he didn’t hesitate to help us.
The utility bill was much less than we expected.
We would definitely be interested in staying in the house next time we stay in a house in Aruba.

With four large bedrooms it made it super easy for our family with grown children and significant others to all feel like there was plenty of room. The house is kept up well and lots of small amenities really make a difference! I would book it again.

As far as location this home is perfect! Jen was very professional and non-intrusive. The home was perfect for our group of four scuba couples with four king beds and four full baths. We will definitely return to this home!

Great, great stay. The 4 bedroom house is close to all areas and has enough room for 4 - 8 people. Jenny, the housekeeper, is awesome! Kitchen is great for cooking and the outdoor gas grill is also very good! Highly recommended!

We clocked it at 0.8 miles on one of our jogs. Nice neighborhood, friendly dogs and we walked or jogged daily. Jenny, was wonderful and available and happy to work with us on a cleaning schedule. We enjoyed the pool after the days activities. Some reviews mentioned the added costs for water and electricity, we factored it in to the entire stay and there were no surprises. The total cost to rent this large comfortable home was well worth it and comparable to surrounding available rentals. We didn't cook much but noticed plenty of dishes, pans and bowls. The pans could probably use some updating but they were very useable for breakfast and lunch. There are so many fabulous restaurants to try and the seafood served caught locally. The location in Noord was wonderful, very close to nice beaches and shopping. We did drive to most outings and always found plenty of places to park.

Friends celebrating 60th birthdays no boys allowed
4 women. Exactly what we wanted. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Pool was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Location wasn't within walking distance to beach but a short easy ride. Neighborhood was quiet except for the barking dogs at the house behind us. Jenny the housekeeper was a delight. We only had her come once during our stay because we just aren't used to that or need that kind of service. She would have come everyday if you wanted. Overall this property is well maintained, clean and comfortable.

Outstanding experience
This owner was amazing to deal with, especially with a booking at the beginning of Covid. Always responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ruby 40. Don’t hesitate to book this home, located close by to Palm Beach and all that is happening!! Thank you Kane!!

By far, the best experience I have had in the caribbean. The villa was amazing, the assistance we received from our host was top notch and the cleanliness of the property and care of the staff that helped us once we got there far exceeded our expectations. Recent stay
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The bedrooms are all very large, we had more than enough space for all of our belongings. Beds could use new pillows though, they were extremely flat even when using the extras in the wardrobes. My children were each able to have their own bedroom and bathroom which they loved! The living space is quite spacious. The pool was enjoyed many times and although fairly small, it was more than sufficient. We loved the covered patio for anyone who didn’t want to sit in the sun. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Certain kitchen items appeared to be fairly worn and well loved but we used them just fine. Air conditioning unit above the dining table didn’t appear to be working but all other units worked perfectly. The location of this house was perfect, we were less than 5 minutes from restaurants and the beach. I would recommend this property!

Ruby 40....a piece of paradise!
Anyone vacationing in Aruba - Ruby 40 is the place to stay! We had 4 couples so we all had our own king suite bedroom with own bath! Everything possible in the kitchen you can think of to cook with, but going to the grocery store on a Saturday evening was a nightmare and be prepared grocery items are very expensive. The pool area was awesome and everyone enjoyed having coffee watching the sunrise! We were a couple of miles out from all the hustle and bustle but it was so nice to drive away from it all to our piece of paradise! We did order pizza an evening and had no problems getting it delivered. Jenny was there waiting for us to explain everything and Kane even had some cold refreshments for all of us after our long day of travel. Ruby 40 is an exceptional place to stay and if we ever go back - we definitely will stay there again!

Lovely home with 4 master bedrooms!
Absolutely loved this property. There were 3 of us, and each woman had her own king sized bed and nicely appointed bathroom (The two-sink master comes with a huge lighted magnifying mirror). TONS of extra towels, sheets, and beach towels. The kitchen had everything you could need, including a Keurig, spices, tupperware, and an ice maker. I recommend checking ALL the cabinets and refrigerator before you head to the grocery store. There are a lot of supplies left from prior guests. The back yard is completely private if you want that all over tan! Also, there are gold finches that live in the light fixture above the patio. It is a few miles to the bars and restaurants if you choose to drive and taxis are $14 each way. One thing I hate about VRBO is cleaning. I'm on vacation and I don't want to clean. Problem solved! This home comes with Jenny the housekeeper . She is a lovely personality who will clean every day or every other day or whatever you like! If you have never been to ARUBA, liquor is expensive and its hard to buy a good bottle of wine. You are allowed to bring in two bottles of wine per person or 1 bottle of liquor. If you don't want to carry liquor, defiantly stock up at the duty free shop in the baggage claim area. Prices are in line with the US. Otherwise you will pay 2 to 3 times for the same bottle at the liquor store. Home comes with a HUGE safe and an alarm system. Air conditioners in each room and they cool quickly. If you want to hang out at the high-rise portion of palm beach, we parked at Moomba beach bar and restaurant. Good food and drinks. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at Moombas. Unlike Mexico, you will rarely be disturbed by someone trying to sell you something on the beach. Also many tourist activities such as prirate ship rides, catamaran rides and other tourist activities are right there. FYI, the entertainment district with the shops, bars, and restaurants is delightful and safe. Never once did we feel uncomfortable even as we partied all night at Gustos, South Beach and then at the after hours club The Mill. Once people discover Aruba, they always come back!! It truly is One Happy Island.

We found this house to be very comfortable and spacious and stayed a second time this past summer l, However limited seating outside as there were no lounge chairs by the pool and the grill was a bit old and non-functioning. Also not happy with having to pay extra funds for water and electricity as we did not abuse either one Aside from that the beds and bathrooms were clean and spacious and Jenny the house made is so sweet and accommodating

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! Accommodated 4 couples very well with the 4 master bedrooms and spacious common areas. The private pool was a plus! Minor issues were tended to immediately by the owner and the property manager Jenny was fabulous!

Great house!
We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would return. The house looked just like the photos, was super clean and modern. The pool was the perfect size and great for small children. It was so nice having a maid come with the cost of the house. She was very friendly and helpful. The house is located minutes from a few beaches. I highly recommend watching a sunset near the California lighthouse which is a 5 minute drive from the house. The beach chairs could be replaced but besides that everything was great!
