Great place to stay at, unfortunately we had to deal with a racist person making derogatory comments

Everything is clean. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is very helpful, attentive, and friendly. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym.

A racist guest repeating “there are too many illegals here today” making reference to all the Latino looking people at the kitchen area.

A great stay on our Route 66 trip!

Hotel is very modern and well decorated. Room was very spacious, clean and tidy - enough room to leave our suitcases open. Breakfast was brilliant, with a Texas state shaped waffle machine which was greatly appreciated!

I very much have enjoyed staying here, I have a couple times.

The front desk personnel was pleasant and polite. Helpful. The hotel was clean and the lighting in the room was very good. The bathroom was very clean.

The modern decor, the cleanliness and the location.

The TV was located on a side wall, had to turn to watch from the bed.

100% recommend!

Bathroom door was a repurpose sliding door leaving a big gap.

Clean, well managed. The Staff was outstanding. Breakfast lady did an amazing job restocking breakfast for our 40+ party.

Outstanding Breakfast and morning staff.

Check-in staff was not friendly, nor helpful without persistence on my part. Hard to find how to get to at night, even with google maps.

Nice room. Beautiful new property.

The check in attendant and process was less than welcoming. Rather than a friendly face, the desk clerk seemed frustrated and unsure how to proceed. Not a professional appearance. Digital information to click yes or not to rather than a human who explains the facility is less than warm and cozy. Where's the oatmeal for breakfast.

Great find for overnights in Amarillo.

This property is well maintained and very clean—seems brand new. Great location and good value.

Staff at check in could be friendlier and more helpful.

High crime area for vandalism of cars.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff are friendly.

Two cars broken into.. Not only did the damage all the windows they were able to get a cell phone and hack into all our accounts. The hotel should make customers aware that there is a huge problem in that area!

Overall the time we had was great.

It was clean and looked to be brand new. The customer service was great!

The breakfast was subpar. And the gent working in the breakfast area was a bit aggressive about the consumers touching things. It made it hard to sit back and enjoy the food. I don’t think it was I’ll intended.

It was excellent in every respect. The management and staff is to be commended.

The breakfast had a very good variety. The gentleman responsible for the breakfast area was great--helpful, always cleaning and stocking the counter. The entire facility was clean. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Our experience was great.

Very nice facility; spacious and comfortable.

Nice newer facility. Great breakfast, nicely presented, and the friendliness and positivity of the gentleman who worked the breakfast area should be noted by Best Western management.

Lobby bathroom needed attention. Apparently it was a very busy travel weekend.
