We never stayed anywhere. They didn't give me a date, a room, or lodging. I arrived tired after more than 7 hours of travel from Austin with two children (2), an older adult (1), my wife and I, to be told that my reservation did not exist and that I could not stay at the hotel because there were no rooms. I called customer service and they cancelled the reservation and only apologized. Do you think it is fair to leave someone without accommodation late at night with children etc.??? I decided to call booking and claim for a refund or relocation. I called and they cancelled the reservation, apologized and told me to wait for a relocation email. I still miss that false email, if I didn't go on my own and pay for another hotel again I would be on the street waiting for you. They don't call or email me. With a PIN confirmation code, everything and it doesn't work. Very bad experience with the whole rental sales system, without satisfactory results. Thank you.

The fees were horribly overpriced: pet fee of : $75.00. In all my years of staying in hotels I have never paid this much!! A parking fee of $10.00 was not listed on the website and thrown in on a parking permit at check in; were else is one supposed to park and I have NEVER had to pay to park at any hotel in the world!!!!! Pay for breakfast, no free coffee.... a horrible experience = I will not stay at Courtyard again.

I liked that I was able to lay my head down in a bed & sleep.
There was a dirty food container under pull out couch, hair in the bed, food was so-so, dried boogers on shower curtain, stains on carpet in room- gross! Pool was closed indefinitely by health dept.,

This hotel was a major disappointment, definitely not up to Marriott standards! Other than the friendliness of the front desk staff, everything else was sub-par. The room had dust on the carpet like it hadn't been vacuumed; the sink in the bathroom didn't supply hot water and had a dripping leak; the shower also went off when you turned the knob to hot; and the thing that irritated us the most was when we checked in, the clerk mentioned that there was a PAID breakfast, so I said, "We'll just go out and do fast food then", to which she replied, "Let me give you a complimentary breakfast"...we were very happy about that UNTIL we went down the next morning and discovered there was a limit of $20 for the 2 of us and coffee was like $6.50 each, and a fruit cup was $7 each, so we couldn't even get a coffee and a fruit cup without going over the limit! We went to McDonalds and had a nice breakfast for about $13!! Definitely will not be going back!

I was very disappointed we stayed in Amarillo and they charged $10 for parking. That's ridiculous. This place is not new York so why charge for parking.
I can't believe they charge for parking. The wall paper was coming off all the walls. Half of the wall paper was missing. The bath tub was all rusty. I thought this was a nice hotel. My mistake. I paid to much for a run down hotel

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. I was worried about noise due to the proximity to the highway. Request a room on the other side.
All was fine. We changed rooms as they had put us on a street side room, which was a bit noisy.

It was an okay stay
It is an older property. Room smelled of swap and it is so close to the freeway that the cars kept us up. Being a Marriott Hotel we were pretty disappointed with it for the price we paid.

Couch six inches from bed with hard edge. Lobby smelled disturbingly like poop. Halls were visibly dirty and scraped. Bath/shower was grimey and discolored. Bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. TV did not work (would not turn off until I unplugged it).

Receptionist was very hateful, broken lamps didn’t get our room. Do not accept cash, half the doors for the building were out of order and unable to use. We could have stayed somewhere a lot nicer for the price. And to top it off it was for my wife’s 30th birthday. Overall horrible experience

It was clean and convenient to where we wanted to visit. The hot tub was passable but the pool was very very cold.
The staff was friendly. Check in was easy. Bed was firm so if you like that your are in good shape.
Due to "staffing issues" there was no food or beverages. That was one of the major reasons I picked this place, it advertised food and beverages. We had to walk to another place to have food and drinks.
Also they charged 10 dollars for parking and I never saw that information when booking.
