This three level home is located in the heart of the action right in the middle of Rockaway Beach's famous 7 miles of sandy paradise and within short walking distance to all amenities.
The property has two bedroom (plus third sleeping area - den), 2.5 bathroom, private parking garage, two west facing sundecks & a ground level patio as well as a great room on the top floor that boasts a vaulted ceiling with full gourmet kitchen, dining room and a living room with gas fireplace and entertainment system.
Other features include washer and dryer, built in vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board and complimentary internet.
This beautiful beach front townhouse is located in the funky seaside community of Rockaway Beach, Oregon. Boasting three levels, the top two with decks and the ground level with a patio, all with direct views of the famous Twin Rocks, just to the south.
The entire property was furnished from top to bottom just a few years ago with such features as stainless steel appliances, barbecue, sleeping for up to 8 people and beautiful cape cod style furniture throughout.
The community of Rockaway Beach is ideally located right in the heart of the Oregon Coast with easy access to Astoria, Seaside, Cannon Beach, Manzanita, Wheeler, Garibaldi, Tillamook and Portland.
The beach itself is the longest in all the Oregon Coast, seven miles of powdery sand and the Seascape property is literally right in the heart of not only the beach, but the community of Rockaway Beach within close walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and pubs.
This property is ideal for families, couples or friends looking for a weekend get away, holiday vacation or even long term (monthly) vacation rentals.

Property location was amazing and the property itself was super cute, just as seen in the listing pictures. Super dog and family friendly and is not only right on the beach but also right across the street from a grocery store which we found very convenient. Our stay was fantastic. Home was in great shape in a fantastic setting. View of the beach and a short walk from the beach. Took as no more than 2 minutes to leave the house and set up on the beach to relax and watch the kids play. I would recommend anyone to look into this property for a vacation rental in Rockaway Beach.

View of ocean and beach is off to the side as a building blocks a direct view. The kite festival was a short ways away and we had an excellent view of the kites. Property manager was very responsive to us. Enjoyed the seaside themed decorations. Kitchen worked well.

Steps are steep and there is not much of an ocean view as the home faces another building to the west but the home is convenient to the beach, clean and well-stocked. Lots of stairs. The kitchen is on the third floor, bedrooms on the second, so be prepared for the climb, especially if you cook in. Otherwise, a pleasant home and likely perfect for some. I do like that it is dog-friendly but getting our dogs approved was a bit of a challenge as there is apparently a size limit that I was unaware of. The furniture and beds are comfortable.

We had an amazing stay. The house had everything we needed and then some. The view is great and we enjoyed the sounds of the ocean on the patios of each floor. Beach access was steps away. It was also very easy to get in touch with the Property owners and they were very accommodating and understanding. We would definitely book this place again!

Had a great time at the beach! Doug and Andrea were incredibly responsive to my questions and took care of everything promptly. I will reiterate comments by others that if you have mobility issues this may not be an ideal property for you as there are lots of stairs in the condo and rock stairs to access the beach.
Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with basic pots and pans, and we had plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses.
We're already making plans to come back next year.

Lovely townhome. When we first arrived smoke detector was beeping because battery was low. Owners promptly responded and we were able to get situation resolved. Rest of the stay was great. Property very convenient for vacation to coast.

We loved our family get together in Rockaway. A super convenient and comfortable accommodation. Great location near to the beach with a nice view. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we hoped for to prepare meals for 3 days. Overall a wonderful experience.
Caveat is that there are a lot of stairs to provide for the super view, but it would not be a good choice for anyone with limited mobility.
Also in the interest of what to expect when considering the total cost when booking there is a requirement for either purchase of liability insurance or a substantial (3K) security hold. And the pet fee was a bit more than we’ve been used to. This is not meant to discourage because we recommend this property overall and would stay again, but just a heads up.

The home was beautifully maintained and exceptionally well equipped.
It was such an easy walk to the beach…….especially for my grandies.
The home is perfect for young families, however more of a challenge for the 70 and older crowd. The homeowner was totally upfront about the number of stairs, so I was prepared …..or so I thought! Thank goodness for the upstairs balcony. 🤪
The view is to the south………shocking that a new building was allowed to be built directly in front of half of this group of townhomes, blocking the unhindered view of the ocean. So sad for the homeowners. However, you are able to see the beach and water from the 3 levels.
I have been coming to Rockaway Beach for 40 years. The laid back “downtown” is an easy walk from the townhome and the beach is perfect for all that the Oregon coast promises.
If you have little ones, be sure to take the steam powered train ride into Garibaldi and back!

Loved the three levels, could push the kids to the top floor to play games…the short short walk to the beach was pleasant with our bundle of wood for our fire pits. Seaside was so close for a day filled with entertainment and many activities to do..best vacay in a long time!! Would definitely come back! Thank you for sharing 😊💗💫☀️

My family and I really enjoyed this property and location. It was steps away from a really nice beach. There were nice beach views and balconies/patios on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. The property was well stocked with all of the basics including pans for cooking, etc. I would stay here again and my adult daughter talked about wanting to rent the place with her friends.

Close to it all
I really enjoy the quiet, clean beach you can walk for miles on right out your back door. The condo having a deck or patio on each level with that beach view was so peaceful. The condo itself was well appointed and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. No need for a car really although we did drive to Seaside which was just a short drive away. Our last day there we chatted a fishing trip with Giribaldi Chaters. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful home in great location!
The house was spacious, clean and well decorated. Sleeping arrangements were great. Being right next to the sand was perfect since we enjoy spending most of our time on the beach. I would stay again!

Perfect location and great property
This was a last-minute trip. What started as a day-trip to the coast turned into a 3-night stay for my daughter's spring break. The owners were attentive and easy to work with -- especially when I booked the wrong dates and I asked them to adjust. There is a building directly between you and the beach but you can still sit on the deck and enjoy the view to the side. My wife and kids had no complaints. The best part is that you're only steps from the sand! Literally walk out the bottom floor and you're almost on the beach, with an easy rock-staircase down to the sand. I probably wouldn't bring my grandma since you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the main living area (there are 3 floors: TV room on main level, bedrooms on second level, kitchen/dining/living on third level), but for my young family this was not an issue at all. Everything was fantastic and we would happily return!

Great Beach Getaway
Great location just feet from the beach with easy access. House was super clean, beds were all really comfortable (even the pull out sofa) and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. We had a fabulous time at Rockaway Beach. We would definitely stay here again

Lacking Kitchenware and rooms were not fresh
We've stayed many times in Rockaway Beach, OR. This was one if the first times the experience was not a good one.
KITCHEN: The kitchen did not have any glasses (drinking/wine, etc) to use. There was very little utensils to cook with. There were only two glassware dishes to store leftover food.
CARPETS: The carpets needed cleaning really bad. There were bleach spots in every carpeted room. Look as if someone tried to clean pet stains or some other types of stain with bleach. Nevertheless, the carpets were in really bad shape.
LINEN: The linen on the beds was not good linen, it was very cheap linen and had been heavily used and needed to be replaced. The pillows were dirty and pretty much lived the span of their life. We used our personal t-shirts as a pillow-case.
There was no welcome booklet, which normally let you know the wi-fi password, garbage location and other necessary items that makes a stay easier. We did receive an email prior to arriving with the wi-fi information and how to unlock the door.
After being there several nights we decided to leave a day early since it was not an enjoyable stay. We will not be staying at this location again in the future.

Rockaway Beach family weekend.
We had a nice and relaxing family weekend in Rockaway Beach with our daughters and their significant others. Walked the shops in town, went to a few Tillamook breweries, went crabbing at Kelley's Marina and had a great crab dinner, and firepits on the beach in the evening. Great location just a few steps from the beach.

Very great property and owners
We took a family vacation at this property. The owners were very up front about the new building in front of the condo. We were still able to see the beach from the windows by looking to the side. It is so close to the beach that the new building didn’t really matter. The construction on it is almost done.
The property worked very well for our family. We had our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter with us that isn’t used to stairs and we had some concerns but were pleased to find baby gates. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the appliances etc that you may need for preparing meals.
The beach was really nice. Not as crowded as some of the other beaches we have visited in the past. We were able to set up a shade tent in the morning and spend all day down there. We went up to the condo for lunch and nap time, leaving all our stuff down there and never had an issue with anything disappearing. The beach was very clean.
The property owners have been really easy to contact and respond almost immediately. They were even extremely helpful after our stay. We got home and realized that our granddaughter’s bracelets that we had made on our trip were missing. We could only think she set them down somewhere we didn’t see when doing our final walk through. The owners contacted the cleaners and they located them and are sending them to us. They may not have a large monetary value but they were very special to her.

Close to anything worth seeing in Rockaway
This is a great location. You can go out, cross the street, and have access to stores and places to eat. The train station and large parking area for Rockaway is even closer. The view from the two decks is looking at the twin rocks. There is a newly built condo right in front, but it doesn't block the view to the left. The best view, for me, was the bottom street level porch. It felt like you were sitting on the beach.
We had a couple issues with cleanliness which we addressed with the owner and we felt like he was going to handle it appropriately.
Kitchen is well-stocked, including a Keurig, could use a tea kettle, though. There are lots of extra bedding and blankets, if needed. The garage had great items for taking to the beach, chairs, toys, even kites.
Main living is on top level, 2 bedrooms in middle level, lower level has a very nice "living area", with TV, couches, and high-end hide-a-beds. Beds were high quality.
Overall, this is a great location, with the things you would need to have a very nice stay at the beach.

Relaxing, beautiful stay
My husband and our two year old traveled to this property at the end of February and it was a great place to stay! The owners were nice enough to let us check in early and were very accommodating ( we were planning on bringing our dogs initially but decided to leave them at home with a sitter). The townhome is beautiful and spacious and the community where it is located seems fairly family-friendly in a quiet beach town. The beach is a short walk from the house and was so fun for our toddler to run around. For those with little ones, there is also a playground nearby that is open. There is a building directly in front of the balcony blocking the view of the ocean (pictures are a little misleading and prob need to be updated) but if you step out onto the balcony and look to your left, there is a beautiful view of the beach. We would love to stay here again in the future :)

There were some fires going on and a wind storm that caused a power outage before we got there. This caused the cleaning to be running somewhat late. We had a very negative confrontation with the cleaning person however after talking with the owner, she was very understanding and made things right with us!!!
There were 5 of us on a girl trip. The house more than accommodated us. Could have used some dish soap and a few more trash bags, but overall it was a great place to stay, just steps from the beach!!

The property was perfectly located with beach access footsteps from the back door. My kids go nuts (good version of nuts) for the ocean and beach time, so that was the biggest thing we were looking for (convenience and proximity to beach access). Rooms and beds were super cozy/comfortable. I'd stay there again.

Good location, NO VIEW!!
Overall experience was good In reference to time spent together. Went there with the children and enjoyed the week bonding and playing. However like most children it’s run, run, run, crash!! That brings me to the point of disappointment. Children could not nap/rest with the sound of construction constantly echoing from 30ft away. We all know how lovely children get when they don't get sleep. In fact, nobody was able to rest on the vacation as anticipated, nor was it pleasant to be bothered nonstop by hammers and equipment. You would think you pay enough money for peace and relaxation. Likewise, the owners made it seem like the view of the ocean was partially obstructed by the new construction directly in front of them. That was a false statement indeed. All you can see is the new bright yellow building you wished you rented with the view you should of had. A real eye sore. You can see the ocean when you go out on the balcony and crank you head to the left. No longer are you able to see it outside your windows as advertised on the photos. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT unfortunately. The townhouse is near the beach which was nice but for the price I would have chosen another location that has both views and beach walk out. The children’s beds have pee stains which was rather unappealing when washing their sheets and the dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes well enough. However, I do understand this is a rental. That all being said, we would not stay in this particular townhouse again. For the price, we would look for one with a better view.

Construction on the condos being built directly in front of the rental block the view of the beach and they start no later than 6 to 7 am during the week. You can see the twin rocks if you look directly to the left on the patio.

Great location for a family get-together. We had excellent weather for time on the beach.
The construction in front of the unit limited our view of the ocean only to the south from the balcony - no west view. Construction noise was very distracting.
