This is upstairs unit and has private entrance. Open floor kitchen with custom made concrete countertop, full set of stainless steel appliances. Has dinning room, living room, laundry facilities on the side 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Cable Tv and Wifi.
Newly remodeled with high end finishes 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment in trendy Tremont is available for rent. Unit is located 3 doors down from famous museum "Christmas Story House". Less when 1 mile from MetroHeath and Steel Yard Commons (Restaurants and Shopping). 3 minutes from downtown, Cleveland State University and Ohio City. 10 minutes to Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, Case Western Reserve University and University Circle.

Location worked for our group of friends, and checkin went well. Received the code the day before, and had no issues accessing the space. However, it was filthy. Crumbs on the couch and floor, sticky table, stained & sticky counter, stains on the towels/washclothes and hair on the bedding. When I reached out to the host, they took HOURS to respond, and just told me where the key was to the cleaning closet. Cleaning closet was a nightmare with only a janky vacuum and no cleaning supplies. When I asked for a partial refund, the host said they'll check on the space and let me know. DAYS go by and when I follow up, he says no refunds, and to check the listing before booking next time. The listing did not specify how dirty it would be, so I can only imagine their other reviews are from dirty people or just plain fake. Poorest communication, zero customer service and nasty space.

This apartment was perfect for our stay to see the Rolling Stones at Cleveland Browns Stadium. Conveniently located for all our needs. Comfortable place to relax during our downtime. Would stay again.

I'm a single father whose youngest daughter is in her Senior year of high school. We decided to take a short trip to Cleveland over Spring Break. She brought along one of her friends. We had a fantastic time! The girls just loved the unit. We went on excursions during the day, yet the girls had the most fun coming back in the evening to relax, watch shows, and enjoy themselves. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Be prepared to use stairs and watch out for the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom. The oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and furnace all work great. The wifi works really well! The host was also great to work with. Easily accessible yet not intrusive.

Inside was updated and very clean. Outside curb appeal makes you wonder what the inside is going to be like. You need to be able to manage steep stairs. One set immediately on entering and another set going up to the 2nd bedroom and bath. Would stay there again

We came primarily to see the Astros play the Guardians. The home is not to far from downtown near progressive field. Sports bars and the rock and roll hall of fame all about $15 Uber away. RNRHOF was underwhelming The St John Cathedral was beautiful Being on Ralphies BBC Street and taking the tour was great for fans of the movie. Our friends weren’t familiar so they had fun at pro football HOF about an hour south in Canton The home itself was fine for a few days and Evgeny was quick to answer questions or issues. We’re happy we stayed here and would visit Evgeny’s other properties without question. Don’t miss Rowley Inn on the corner of 14th, Food there was great.

Very comfortable place for just 4 adults and good price. We didn't use much of the house's amenities except the TV, coffee pot and fridge because we were on the go most of the time. Showers had plenty of hot water. The deck was a nice place to go sit in the morning with coffee and in the evening just watching neighbors pass by. If I'm back in the area, I would for sure stay again.

We chose to stay here for a Cleveland Browns game, and the location being close to the stadium as well as the Christmas Story House. The stairs were very steep and I wish this was in the listing, but we were able to navigate them well. Wonderful home and space for our two adult families to stay in, I would recommend that the rugs in front of the TV that lead into the bedroom are either replaced or tacked down, as we almost tripped over them a few times. The third floor bedroom was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your home with us! PS - If you stay here I highly suggest visiting the Rowley Inn on the corner for brunch - so good!

Just as described in write up. Nice amenities. Really pleased driveway parking. Loved the location-so close to everywhere we wanted to visit. The entrance and upper bedroom stairs are quite steep, so would be difficult for those with mobility issues. Rowley Inn at the corner had amazing food. Kitchen could be a bit better stocked if you want to cook there, ie. potholders, dishes to heat up leftovers in the microwave. Would return if back in Cleveland.

We needed a place in Cleveland to stay to catch the Rock and Roll Museum, the Cleveland Airshow and Cleveland Oktoberfest. This house/location was exactly as advertised and central to our events and perfect for our four person party. The fact that it was three doors down from the Christmas Story house was an added bonus. There is a nice little bar/ restaurant, the Rowley Inn, at the end of the block, and a great bakery, Terrapin Bakery, two blocks away. Note that the entry way and steps to the upstairs bedroom are steep. Other than that caution for guests with mobility issues, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend a stay here if you visit Cleveland.

Very close to everything and in a nice community. The 2nd floor has very steep steps which should be announced in VRBO. Loved the 3rd floor shower. Could us a few furniture and window treatments. Put chairs and table on the balcony. We loved the outskirts of downtown. Gotta check out hall of fame while there

Clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the interstates and easy to get around. Beds were comfortable. This is a second-floor apartment with a separate entrance and steep stairs into it. There is parking in the driveway right outside the door.

The only draw back I found was the rug under the coffee table presented a tripping hazard to some of us as it is turned up at the corners. Maybe they could use rug tape to hold down the corners of the rug. Other than that we completely enjoyed the stay. Very homey and welcoming place to stay, close to downtown.

The property is nice and the description is accurate. It would’ve been nice to have chairs on the balcony, and a little help finding a place to eat or a store. Maybe something in a binder. I would recommend this property for anyone it’s very nice, but know your area before you go.

Assets-good location, clean, two baths Possible improvements?-couple hooks in bathroom, a little more silverware, luggage rack for suitcases because there are no dresser drawers for clothes, warning on website that there are lots of stairs and stairway is steep.
