Need a beautiful, relaxing vacation, with a peaceful place to fish right off the dock?? We’ve got a place for you here on Smith Mountain Lake. What makes our property different from other vacation properties on Smith Mountain Lake?? Simple.....we are located on the cleanest, clearest, deepest, biggest part of the lake. Our home is centrally located and offers some of the most breath taking wide water sunset views you've ever seen. The view is simply as good as it gets. The property adjoins a perfect recessed cove that provides low boat traffic ideal for swimming, fishing, kayaking or just floating. The property is designed with children in mind. No need to worry about your little ones wandering into the lake. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake while your children play in the fenced in yard with swing set, sandbox and toys. This property also features an expansive ball field for those soccer players, baseball enthusiasts and fun loving outdoorsman. If biking or hiking is your thing, the Smith Mountain Lake State Park is just a couple miles from the house, with awesome hiking trails and roads for biking. There is also a fabulous beach area at the park.
Back at the house you will find a spacious screened in porch with cozy deck furniture, the perfect spot to watch the gorgeous sunsets. A gas grill is located on the deck just off the screened in porch. Below the deck is a large hot tub looking out over the lake. A beautiful fenced in yard with a swing set and toys for the kid, along with a fire pit for enjoying the night stars and roasting smore’s.
The lawn slopes gently to a large, covered dock with a hose pumped from the lake. The dock features ceiling fans, a huge picnic table, deck furniture, floating dock, and a storage room/cabana with an under counter refrigerator and small microwave. There are steps on the floater as well as steps into the lake. Room for up to 3 boats. For the avid fisherman, we’ve got you covered too. At night, become mesmerized by our submerged green fish attracting light. Sit back, relax, and enjoy as this amazing underwater light beautifully illuminates the waterway and attracts the entire aquatic food chain for your viewing or sporting pleasure!
There is ample paved parking with room for several cars and boat trailer parking.
The house is lined with large windows throughout which open almost every space in the house to a view of the lake. Three awesome two way fireplaces provide fire views at night from numerous spaces in the home. Upon entering the home you walk into a two story open space full of windows and light. On the main level, the living room and dining room share a spectacular large two story two way wood burning stone fireplace. The living room has lots of seating and a large flat screen HD TV and Blue Ray DVD/CD player. The dining room adjoins the custom kitchen. The dining room table with seating for eight combined with the four kitchen bar stools and four seat breakfast table allow for seating of sixteen. The custom kitchen includes granite countertops, top of the line appliances, small flat screen TV and the breakfast table all overlooking the lake. The lakeside master suite features a king bed and large bathroom with a garden jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, flat screen HD TV and shares a two way gas fireplace with the bathroom. An office/den complete with professional desk and comfortable furniture provides space for those who need to do occasional work or get away with a good book. The laundry room and a second half bath are also on the main level.
The upper level consists of three bedrooms (two with views of the lake) and a large full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a twin rollout. The third bedroom has a full bed with a twin bunk overtop and a full rollout.
The lower level provides all the entertainment you could ask for. A large custom bar has seating for six, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice machine and the essentials for the adult comforts. A flat screen HD TV is next to the bar to ensure you don’t miss your favorite sporting event. The bar area adjoins a space with an eight person table ideal for games and family time. The bar area also adjoins the billiards room with a high end pool table and pub style dart board. The lower living room is just on the other side of the two way gas fireplace. This room provides plenty of seating, a flat panel HD TV, DVD/Blue Ray, and Wii (video and board games provided). For those who love a good book, the living room also features book shelves loaded with books. The lower level also features a 6 person hot tub off the patio. Views of the lake from just about every room in this house.

It was our 3 families first stay here and we were very impressed with the cleanliness, size, amenities and quiet neighborhood on the lake. Communication with the owner was quick and responded to all our questions before we arrived. The house was as described, short walk to lake, included directions to help us settle in and all beds made plus a set of towels set on each bed. For the family chefs there was a double oven, counter top stove, microwave and various small appliances. It was stocked for one's cooking needs plus a grill. We loved the dock and kids spent hours swimming or fishing. Kids found books, toys, games and movies to occupy them too. We had everything we needed. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Eastlake Pointe estate is a beautiful home, has ample parking, and is on the main channel of the lake. The house provided everything we needed, was well-equipped, the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Excellent views from nearly anywhere in the house! The dock was spacious and offered plenty of room for the 2 boats the family brought. Our 4-year old grandson spent countless hours on the boat dock catching several bluegill and a small bass! He had a blast "reeling" them in! One of our party caught a 28-inch striper within feet of the dock! When he wasn't fishing, our grandson spent time on the lower level of the home which has plenty of activities to keep (and the rest of us) entertained, and had a wet bar with fridge and dishwasher. Very convenient! We couldn't be more happy with our stay and would love to stay there again!

My family all enjoyed our holiday at this beautiful home. It was an early Christmas get together, and the owners had it decorated. The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive.
It was warm enough for us to take out the kayaks and canoe. There was plenty to do. The house is solid and well laid out. It was not noisy... even with our crowd that included 9 grandchildren. Plenty of room to spread out ... and also to be together.

Very kid-friendly. Great location. Beautifully decorated home. We loved kayaking, paddle boating and making s’mores. We rented a pontoon at the nearby marina for a week. It was very spacious for our family of 10 adults and 6 grandchildren. Lots of wonderful memories were made.

We had an amazing week. Our family consisted of grandparents, parents, and kids ages 21-5. There was sleeping space and living space for everyone. Our favorite area was the dock! There’s enough room for everyone, and lake stuff to keep us all entertained. The green light was a definite hit! We barely left the house because we had everything we needed.

Our family of 7 adults and two kids had a wonderful week-long stay! We were attending Virginia Tech’s homecoming and decided to spend the week before at Smith Mountain Lake.
The house is huge with the master on the main level, 3 bedrooms upstairs, and two bedrooms downstairs, which worked perfectly for our family. Loved the high ceiling in the entry and dining area with the beautiful lake view.
If you have young kids (our twin boys are 4) this place was really ideal. The swing set overlooking the lake was used constantly, as were the construction trucks outside and the TONS of toys inside! The backyard was fenced in which was a huge plus, too. They loved the air hockey table in the basement.
We all enjoyed using the paddle boat, canoes, and kayaks - it was so nice that everything was provided, including life jackets. We made s’mores on the backyard and enjoyed the hot tub, too.
We reached out to Pam with a question once and she was very responsive.
Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to our kind hosts!

This property is absolutely beautiful in every way possible. The pictures/listing are very accurate in what is included. there are many things in the home, also, that are available for your use to make your stay so convenient. We were traveling with two young kids and did not have to bring a crib, pack and play, toys, high chair, or anything of that nature! The home is set up accordingly for kids but also for adults looking to fish, enjoy the games, and cook meals for their family.

We were all very impressed with the location of the house and the way the house was furnished. There were plenty of small appliances(waffle irons, George Foreman's, griddles, crock pot's) in the pantry that could be used. There were also lots of spices on the racks by the oven. One guest even took the time to organize the spices while there. The house was large enough for our group of 10 women- an aunt/cousin reunion, to be spread out and not get in anyone's way. Plenty of games and puzzles to keep us occupied. The dock was great just to go to and sit and talk or read. The host was very easy to work with and responded to our questions promptly. We will be back next year.

This house was so well set up to host our entire family and a few friends for our daughters graduation from Liberty University
Beds for everyone -separate living spaces and loved the hot tub and pool table. The large kitchen table accommodated everyone and we spent great family meals together.
The boat dock and deck we enjoyed so much -we rented a pontoon boat the owner recommended the marina and they were so friendly. We relaxed -we enjoyed watching our hockey team in the playoffs -pool competitions -and stories in the hot tub.

What an incredible lake front house! We had 10 folks stay for a long weekend and had a blast. The house was immaculate and fully furnished with state of the art amenities. Incredibly clean, spacious all surrounded by breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Would highly recommend staying here and look to stay here again next year!
