Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! As you drive down the road you will soon realize you are in paradise. Located at the north end of the island our home is within walking distance to Times Square, the beach and numerous great restaurants and shops. The location of this home cannot be beat.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located directly on the Bay with a private boat dock. You will find a beautiful pool with unbelievable bay views. Enjoy a cocktail at the built in bar area or relax on the sun ledge. A grill is provided for those outdoor dinners by the pool.
Updated with modern furniture and flat screen T.V's in all bedrooms, and updated bathrooms our home can accommodate 6 adults comfortably. Relax on the lanai watching the boats go by and observing the Florida wildlife. There is plenty of seating on the lanai to either relax or enjoy your lunch with the beautiful bay views.
The master bedroom contains a king size bed and flat screen T.V. along with your own bathroom and shower. The second bedroom contains a king size bed and flat screen T.V. there is a bathroom with shower just outside the door. The third bedroom contains a king and twin bed.. There is a downstairs area with a bathroom and fridge.
Our home is about location, location, location, located 1/2 mile from Times Square, the sandy white beaches, shops and restaurants. Several parks and the Beach Pool are only a trolley ride away.
We have a private boat dock with electric and water if you choose to bring your own boat or rent one, or just enjoy fishing from the dock.

The location is in perfect proximity to the beach, restaurants, and various on the water activities. We caught snapper and red fish from the dock and watched a 5.5’ tarpon troll for a before sunrise breakfast thanks to the under water light. The sunrises were amazing and watching the cloud to cloud lightening in the afternoon storms from the panoramic view of the windows was mesmerizing.

Absolutely awesome!
We couldn’t have asked for more from this house. Location is great, short walk to beach, restaurants and night life. The view of the bay is wonderful. And the house… fully stocked kitchen, linens, beach towels, beach chairs/toys, wagons to take items to the beach. The pool is perfect. We had a great time staying in this house and would definitely book again in the future!!

Amazing and fun!
Fort Meyers was a blast, I don’t think we could have gotten bored if we tried. Especially with the great place we stayed at. The house was set up perfectly, and the outdoor pool was awesome. Along with fishing off the dock. Close to the beach and popular events 👍🏻

Awesome Place!
Very nice and convenient location. It was close to the beach and restaurants (everything was in walking distance). There was also a dock that was great for fishing! The house was also very big and spacious. We plan on coming back to this place the next time we come to Fort Meyers!

This property is even better than the listing and the photos don't do it any justice! The property was more than we imagined and we would definitely come back! I loved fishing from the dock and the location of this property is superb! It really is just a short walk to the shops, beach and great eats! I loved the taco stand and having the convient store right there was awesome! Thanks for sharing this property with us and we'll be back!

Excellent water views
This place was amazing. Location was even better. Walkable to 7 eleven and tons of restaurants/bars and the beach. Wagons were super convenient to transport beach essentials. Publix will deliver your groceries thru the Instacart app if you are into that. I think my husband would've eaten "yo, taco", nearby taco stand, every night if I would've let him. We will be back again!

January Vacation
Quick one week getaway to the beach before going back to college. Celebrating my daughters 21st and having my son and girlfriend tag along was great. The view from this house is absolutely amazing. Dolphins in a pod swimming by twice a day. Boat traffic, there are some gorgeous boats on the bay side. Very close to the downtown square and walk to the beach is easy, though leaving the house and pool would prove difficult. . Restaurants are numerous and some excellent seafood. I would absolutely stay at this house again. Fridge and freezer both upstairs and down lot's of games. We spent some time fishing off the dock and the green light attracted fish to watch every night. Landlord was very responsive to any request we had. I can't say enough great things about Fort Myers Beach.

Incredible
This was an incredible experience for my family and I. We have vacationed on Ft Myers Beach several times, have booked waterfront homes each time, and this one was by far our favorite. We HIGHLY recommend you book this home if its available. We rented a pontoon boat almost everyday and cruised around the intercoastal; and thanks to the location of this house, I could drop off and pick up the family from the dock. The fishing directly from the dock is absolutely outstanding. We caught Mangrove Snappers, Seatrout, Snook, Grouper and even some Jack Cravelles and a blow fish! The pool is great, the place is loaded with a ton of little things that make the experience that much better. The owners were so nice and responsive. This is what VRBO is all about; houses like this one.

Decent stay until the owner tried to keep extra money
Property was ok. Air conditioner upstairs is not strong enough to cool down the entire upstairs and the bedroom. Despite being set to 72 the entire time, house never got below 75 by the thermostat up stairs.
Shower wouldn’t drain, but the owner did volunteer to put draino in it.
Overall house was dusty, but in decent shape.
Location was great, but at the end the owner tried to keep our security deposit with a bunch of false claims. For example they said there was an eggshell left behind the garbage can. They also tried to claim kids left feces in a bedroom. They even accused us of bringing our kids, which we had communication through VRBO prior to the trip telling them there’d be kids and they said no issue. Luckily for us we had video Walk through of how we left the house and VRBO refunded us the security deposit the owner tried to keep.

Perfect place to stay!
This house is truly incredible! The property is even better in person than it seems in the pictures. Easy walking distance to a gas station that is stocked well with drinks and snacks. Close to bars and restaurants! We loved the pool and beautiful setting so much that we rarely left the house. The owners were very responsive and the house is stocked with everything you could ever need. Can’t recommend enough! We will most definitely be back.

We had a great time! The location is great your within walking distance of everything you would need. The sunset views of the bay are priceless. This is are 2nd year spending time at this house and we hope to do it again next year.

Great house and location
We really enjoyed staying here. My brother was getting married at Bowditch Point Park with reception and hanging out other nights around Old San Carlos Blvd. We didn't know anything about Ft Myers Beach, but it turns out location is big if you're going back and forth to the north end a lot. There's a lot of traffic, but we never had to worry about it because we could easily and quickly walk to everything. The nearby 7 Eleven made a great place to do our shopping. (Ha! But, seriously, yes. Better than having to drive anywhere.)
We'd hoped to be able to rent a boat and dock it at the house, but I'm not sure that would have worked out (even if we had time, which we didn't). It wouldn't have been easy to get into some boats at various tides. I think most of the houses in the area have boat lifts for a reason. I've only really been lake boating, so maybe there was some obvious solution I didn't know.
The downstairs smelled musty, but the double sliding glass doors down there (they open to the deck and pool) make it so you can air it out quickly. Wasn't a big deal for us. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the upstairs is very nice and clean with no smell at all. If you are super sensitive to smells, you probably want to heed this warning. For us, we didn't care. It's Florida. Don't hang out downstairs. There's a pool and it's a short walk to the beach.

New Years at Fort Myers Beach
This location is excellent, it is back a private street on the inlet. However, it is a quick walk to Times Square and the beach. In my opinion an excellent location. The house had plenty of places to sit and relax inside and out. The grill was a very nice addition to the outdoor patio. We use the grill almost every day.
Perfect house at a perfect location. Hope to book again for next year.

Family Getaway
This was a perfect location for a family trip. The view is gorgeous, watching the boats while the people swim/play in the pool. The owners were responsive when the code wasn’t correct for check-in. The rooms were nice and had a bunk bed for the kids. There were plenty of toys for the beach and pool to use. We would come back again to this lovely house!

Amazing Vacation Spot!
Great location, Wonderful property. Owners thought of everything and then some to make you feel at home and were readily available in the event you reached out to them. The reviews are true, the pool and dock area are fabulous and provide stunning views, frolicking dolphins and plenty of fish. The house itself was very nice as well and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again, but would shop around first because we discovered adjacent properties and others nearby were as nice or better, but were significantly more economical.

We stayed 5 nights and had a great time. Its a close walk to time square. The views from the pool area were fantastic. The house had everything you would need or want. Top Location
This home was great. The owners had so many extras at the home that made it very convenient. The pool was amazing and the dock was a hot spot for our family. The problem we had with this home was the cleanliness. The owner did send the cleaners back to clean however the problem is this place needs a DEEP cleaning not a surface clean. There was thick layers of dust on the fans, old food behind the couch, pills under the bed etc. I have a baby under one so this set the tone for the entire trip and I was constantly worrying about what she could find. If the home gets a deep cleaning this place needs it would of been a 5 Star rating.

Great pool, great location!
Our family spent five great days here. The house is great but the pool is the star of the show. The outdoor area is fantastic with several seating areas, umbrellas, the pier, and grill. We spent hours in water just hanging out, grilling, and chilling.
If we wanted some salt water action it was a quick 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars in Time Square. This is truly a great location and we're happy we chose this place to stay.

So many extras, I don’t even know where to begin!
We loved our 5 days here, wish it was a month! The listing set our expectations pretty high and the house totally lived up to it. Clean, comfortable, and in good working order. Now the big pluses:
The private/personal pool: Everyone knows southern Florida gets real hot in the summer. We used the pool throughout the day to keep cool (Early morning, after the beach, evenings, etc). Beautiful condition, super clean, even floaties. Most popular spot of the house. Enough space away from the other houses for some privacy even though we actually wound up making friends with the folks next door (who had their own pool too).
The location: If you like having a secluded buffer from the outside world but still want to be able to walk to everything, this might be the best location in Ft Myers Beach. It’s at the end of a quiet street with canals on either side. So technically it's only a couple hundred yards from the restaurants/bars and shopping, but the water acts as a natural barrier from all the public cars and foot traffic. But it’s only about a 3-7 block walk to get to just about every main section of commerce on the strand. The beach is an easy walk just at the other end of the street a few hundred yards away.
The View: Stunning! It’s like having your own personal marina on the pass. The sunrises and sunsets and boats are beautiful.
The Fishing: Check the tide tables and when the tide is moving you’ll catch about 6 species of gamefish right from the private dock on almost every cast, especially around sundown. Nice size Spotted Trout and Spanish Mackerel.
Extra Values: two adult bikes to go exploring, plenty of beach towels and super light portable beach chairs, everything you need in the kitchen, lots of blankets and bed linens, 2 fridges, lots of extra useful stuff that you need but can't bring on a plane yourself.

Perfect place for a girls weekend!
The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable! The pool was great and we loved being bayside. The beach was a short walk, the location could not have been better. We even saw dolphins from the dock. Thank you for sharing your fantastic house with us.

Place is phenomenal
We had an absolute blast at this home. If you have children in your travel plans this home is worth every single penny. Amazing set-up for children. From sand toys to wagons- they've got it all already there for you.
Everything is within walking distance. We also rented a pontoon from a local Marina and kept it at the house for several nights. (the dock is awesome for both fishing and boating)
I could not recommend the place enough. The owners were fantastic with communication and provided multiple ways to contact them.

Very nice Place
Very nice place. It was close to the beach and had a great pool and well organized home. We were able to use the house's wagons to pull all the toys, beach chairs and supplies to the beach several times. Close to restaurants and Times Square shopping. Only issue was the top bunk had noisy springs that kept the bottom bunk occupant have a hard time sleeping.

This is our second time staying here as a back to school getaway with our grandchildren, before school starts.
The kids love this place, close walk to beach and shopping, great pool on the water and they love the game room downstairs.
We also love the convenience of the location and all the amenities that are provided. Great view of the bay to enjoy your morning coffee.
