Beach Front view of White Sandy Beach & Stunning Sunsets!

This gorgeous, newly remolded home is located right on the beach. This is a private two story house with each level being an individual home with its own deck. This is the top level which provides incredible beach views. Updates in all the common living areas include: new floors, paint, furniture, appliances, and electronics.

The home comes fully furnished with all the necessities for a relaxing and pleasurable vacation. Includes an elevator from ground level that takes you up to steps away from the front door access to the home. The elevator is located in the covered parking area directly under the home and there is additional outside area for more parking.

If you’re looking to take a break from the beach, there is a spacious deck for sunbathing, gathering for happy hour and enjoying gorgeous sunsets. There are two sitting rooms for your enjoyment. The first provides stunning views of the beach and the ocean where you can sit and gaze or enjoy conversation. The second overlooks the deck and the north side of the beach and includes a large smart TV.

The accommodation includes three bedrooms and three full baths. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and private bathroom. In the second bedroom there is a queen size bed with an attached full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with an attached full bathroom. Bath towels and bed linens are provided.

Fully equipped cooks’ kitchen with convection oven, Vitamix blender, coffee maker (drip and Keurig), toaster, (all gadgets exist here). You can make or bake anything in this kitchen.
Fully equipped laundry room with washer/dryer, folding table, hanger bar, ironing board and iron.
Free high speed WiFi internet.
Charcoal grill

Weekly and Monthly Rental - No Smoking, No Pets

Activities and Attractions:
On The widest part (Southern end of the Island) of the white sugar beach! Parasailing, jet skiing, fishing, are all available on the beach. Time square is approx. 3.5 miles by trolley or bike! If you love fishing, you can charter a boat and captain for a half or full day at sea.
There are over 65 golf courses all within an hour’s drive from the beach.
The Key West Express offers service from Fort Myers Beach to Key West. Departs Fort Myers Beach in the morning and leaves Key West in the evening for a one-day round trip of fun.
Located just over the bridge to the south is Lover's Key, one of the most beautiful nature preserves in the state.
Nearby, Fort Myers is host to the Thomas Edison Winter Home. Mr. Edison's home laboratory is just as he left it 75 years ago and directly across the street is the Henry Ford Estate. Both are available for touring.
Also nearby, shopping, shopping, shopping! Coconut Point, Gulf Coast Town Center, Shops at Waterside, Edison Mall, Miromar and Tanger Outlet Malls.
Do you know that Fort Myers is the spring training home for the Minnesota Twins (Lee County Sports Complex Hammond Stadium), Boston Red Sox (JetBlue Park), Tampa Bays Rays in Port Charlotte (Charlotte Sports Park).
To the north, beautiful Sanibel Island is just 25 minutes away - the 'Seashell Capital of the World'.
To the south, Naples is nearby, where you may find the Naples Zoo as well as a beautiful downtown area for shopping and dining.
If you are visiting without a vehicle, the beach trolley stop is only a short walk away. Download the Lee County Transit Mobile App. Also available are bike rentals.

Bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Requests for booking options deferring from this are not often accepted especially during the winter months. They will be considered on an individual basis, not guaranteed, and may result in an extra fee.

This stunning beachfront property has all the comforts of home and is extremely clean. Beautiful kitchen with every kitchen appliance you could want. Our teenage son was in heaven watching the dolphins swim in the morning and catching an array of fish including baby sharks steps from the back door. Our teenage daughter loved the beach and sun bathing on the balcony. We enjoyed reading on the balcony and watching the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen! We loved having the hose outside to clean ourselves before stepping inside. There is a Publix just a few minutes away with the nicest employees. The owners have thought of everything from sewing kit to first aid kit to books and games. No complaints at all, just a few things to note. There are very few beach toys if you have young ones. The elevator was still not fixed so if you have someone older or with walking difficulty just make sure you ask if it has been fixed before you book. The elevator would have been the icing on the cake.

The property was better than described! It was new, clean, and located right on the beach. The view was amazing and we made multiple trips each day to the beach. We had everything you could need for a week long beach vacation. We will make every effort to come back and would recommend this place to anyone wanting some “beach” time with family.

You don't need to bring a thing, it's fully stocked with beach chairs, toys, rafts, coolers, everything for the kitchen. The elevator is priceless. Beach access is right there, the kids stroller drove on it. The sunroom is now all glass windows that open with screens, really nice. Great communication with owner and check-in. Overall awesome experience.

We traveled with our kids age 9 and 15 as well as my mother-in-law. Despite the wide range of ages we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The elevator made mobility a non issue for my mother-in-law and a breeze for groceries. The kids had a blast on the beach and there was a volleyball net down the way we were able to make some use with as well. We brought a lot of beach games and rafts and didn’t need them as this house has it all. The only thing we really had to get when we arrived was soap for the showers. Otherwise, the place had it all. It was the perfect house for us and we hope to come back. If you book this one you wont be disappointed. Thanks for the great stay!

This is a beautiful home in an outstanding location. The beach here is wide and uncrowded. Property owner and manager were both fantastic to work with. My family and friends thoroughly enjoyed spending time here. We would love to come back next year. Next time we would rent or bring bikes to avoid the traffic jam going North.

This is my second time in Ft. Meyers and I can only say that I wish I had rented this property last year as well. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen is fully stocked. It is very clean and comfortable. Andrew was so helpful and was very responsive to any questions I had. It is a great location. If I return to Ft. Meyers I will definitely try to book this location again! The only critique I have is that wi-fi signal could have been better and interfered with some meetings I had scheduled. The beach chairs could also be updated. These are very minor things and really do nothing to take away from the awesomeness of this trip.

This place is amazing. The way the deck is designed, you feel like you are the only place on the beach and the sun sets are incredible. The condo has everything you could ever need. The elevator is very convenient for moving groceries and luggage and the "beach toy closet" was an unexpected bonus. Outriggers Resort is incredibly close by for renting a beach cabana ($30 for a full day) or getting a tropical drink or bite to eat. When we come back to Fort Myers Beach, we won't look any place else. The pictures are an accurate representation of the house - it is very comfortable. (FYI - in the master shower, hot is cold and cold is hot; it took us two days to figure that out). If you're looking for a place on the beach, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend Elevator to Paradise!
