About this house rental
Quiet and comfortable 3 bed, 2 bath house featuring a wrap around deck, seasonal stream running through the property into a beautiful private pond. Sit with a hot cup of coffee and listen to the stream ripple over the rocks and watch the wildlife in the backyard. STUNNING views of the MOUNTAINS and GOLF COURSE. Interior features an open concept living space with wood floors, and wood burning stove. A beautiful and NEWLY RE-MODELED KITCHEN features new stainless steel appliances, Quartz counter tops and all the latest amenities! There are TWO Dining Areas; one in the kitchen and one in adjacent dining area. TWO Living areas; one has new pit group around a 55 inch 4K flat screen television and DVD player for entertainment, the other is a comfortable leather couch that makes out into a queen sleeper and a chair facing the mountain view and the wood burning stove! The downstairs bedroom features a king sized memory foam bed and private entry into the adjacent downstairs bathroom. Upstairs features a bedroom with queen bed, walkout deck and view of Mt. Princeton. Large laundry room includes full size washer and dryer with lots of storage. Single car garage is available mainly for storage of skis, fishing equipment, etc. There is a gas grill on the lower deck.

We had a wonderful stay in Buena Vista. This cabin had everything we needed, was well stocked, and had incredible views of the mountains. Check-in was smooth, owner responded right away to any questions, and the house was very clean. This Florida family hopes to come back soon!

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday and absolutely loved our stay! The property is lovely and is in an incredibly peaceful part of Colorado with stellar views of the Rocky Mountain. It helped make Christmas incredibly special with my family and they loved the visit
The host went above and beyond in helping prepare the property by setting up a Christmas tree as well as bringing in some firewood to dry for the incredible wood stove in the house.
Overall, this was a fantastic trip and I highly recommend this house!

This property was in a great location for our family. We were in town for my nephews wedding and we were only 1.3 miles from the venue. House was in a nice location and met all of our needs Gayla was wonderful to work with. Thank you for everything.

Enjoyed our time in your house relaxing on the deck, looking at the beautiful mountains, listening to the gentle ripple of the water over the rocks in the stream. Loved watching the deer appear every morning and evening. We enjoyed a brother and sisters reunion. Thank you Gayla for checking in to make sure everything was good.

Great place to stay and relax on the deck watching the golfers. Were greeted most mornings by deer grazing near the house. Very close to town but still rural enough to enjoy the surroundings.

Our family of four and my friend’s family of four stayed for a weekend. This house was lovely and provided perfect nooks for kids aged 10-17 to spread out. The view of the mountains from the living room/dining room is just as the pictures show. The kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed the Mt Princeton Hot Springs and a whitewater rafting trip (both a 15 min drive) and we loved walking downtown. Thanks for the perfect mountain getaway with friends.

Beautiful and serene property, listen to the elk bugle with your morning coffee and a waterfall complete with mallard pair. The only thing that would make this better is a hammock however no one would ever leave!

House is very comfortable. We enjoyed the common area and kitchen especially. Grilled on the deck, watched the deer, had fires in the wood stove, and enjoyed Buena Vista in general.

We had a wonderful weekend in BV. The house was perfect for two families and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views of the mountains and golf course were my favorite every morning on the porch. We even saw lots of deer! Mount Princeton Hot Springs and St. Elmo's Ghost town were super close and downtown had lots of great shops and restaurants.

Great weekend getaway with friends
A May snowstorm waylaid our kayaking plans but this home was spacious enough for 8 people (four adults, four kids) to just hang out, cooking and playing games and just chilling out. We'll definitely keep it on our list for future stays (and hopefully actually get on the river next time!).

Great stay
We rented this with our family of four and our friends who are a family of four. Perfect fit for all of us. Clean and good layout for us to enjoy our week together. We skied at monarch and it wasn’t that bad of a drive to get there. Beautiful views of the mountains from this place.

Perfect place for our family to celebrate many birthdays. Beautiful views on the golf course and close proximity to town. What a great location on the golf course with a small babbling brook right on the property. Plenty of room inside and perfect decks on the outside. Mountain View’s are excellent! This one is on our list.

Family time
Met up with Ft Collins family for days of fishing and golf. It was great to sit outside on the deck with the sound of the creek and the beautiful mountain setting. We enjoyed out time together and the house was certainly big enough for 5 people.

Great for a weekend golfing getaway
Communication with property owner was easy and pleasant. We were able to walk up to the golf course which was very convenient. Short drive into town to enjoy the great restaurants and river front.

The house is very comfortable and well apportioned. Location is centrally located for activities in area. The house is not an upscale golf resort, but an older home on the golf course. The kitchen, baths, mattress and common area have been updated. Owners are extra accommodating. We will likely be repeat customers.

Beautiful location
The house is at a beautiful location but... My sister took the upstairs bedroom and up at 630am everyday since the curtains do not provide any barrier from the am sun. House was outdated but Kitchen was wonderful and loved having the deer show in the morning for a drink out of the pond. Owner was very nice.

Oldie but goodie!!
This property is a little bit older but don’t let that fool you! The layout of the house is fabulous and you could easily sleep 10 people on the beds provided. Everything you need is provided in the bathrooms and kitchen including a kitchen aid and crock pot. There is a Keurig and a normal coffee pot. The laundry room is available for use as well. We arrived in a snow storm and got to enjoy the white snow covered golf course. Highly recommend staying here!!

Enjoyed our stay...
The location was great in terms of being close to town but just outside the busy part. It's right on the golf course which didn't matter to us either way but it also had a great mountain view from the living room. I appreciated all the fans which meant my whole family slept well. The shower downstairs had nice pressure - especially from the handheld piece (not sure about upstairs). We had everything we need. Many pots were pretty scratched up but we had everything we needed to cook. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was kept, the view of golf course and mountains in background was great. The Hosts was outstanding and great to deal with. Everything was as described. The house itself was great, plenty of room for everyone. I would reserve this property again.

Stayed for Work - Would Love to Come Back!
This property was incredible for my team that was working at Seven Peaks music festival. We needed a place to rest after long days of work and this property was absolutely perfect. Everything we needed was there, communication was fantastic, and I wish we could have stayed longer and just for fun! Thank you so much!
